Their people seem insincere and aren't the friendly tellers they used to be. I only have a savings and a credit card with them and have been a customer since I was 17. I now have Navy Fed and USAA. I don't bank with them as they are unreliable as a customer driven credit union that takes care of the customers. Too many bad loans made before 2008 and the customers that have stayed have paid for it ever since.
