While I love the truck, the way they did the deal was pretty scummy. We had agreed upon a price, with interest rate and monthly payment and everything. I took a couple days to think about it and decide to buy the truck. I called in and confirmed price, interest rate, monthly payment. When I got in there they lowered the interest rate and kept the same monthly payment. Effectively raising the price. Then they lied and said they never agreed to the interest rate blah blah. "Oh I forgot what the interest rate was". They literally said that when we confirmed in the phone that morning. Be careful of this little maneuver and I would advise spending your money elsewhere. If you hear the name Semaj, run far far away!

Roberto referred to me as "picky," then looked at my husband and called me "spoiled." When I explained that my husband does not buy my things and that I purchase and pay for my own car myself, the response I received was, "Oh, you can do that?" It was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I asked to work with the salesperson Traveron I had previously worked with months ago and was absolutely amazing , but I was refused and told he "doesn't know the product." The entire interaction felt dismissive and sexist. Women are fully capable of making their own financial decisions and purchasing vehicles without needing a husband's approval or involvement. I expected professionalism and respect and received neither.

I received a recall notice on my car back in November and when I got word the fix was available, I wasn't interested in dealing with it during the holiday season, so I called the service department and made an appointment for after the holidays. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. On the day of my appointment, I was helped promptly and informed they were out of loaner vehicles but they would set everything up with Enterprise and provide a rental car for me. They even provided the shuttle to the rental car location. The text and service updates were nice and kept me informed. I was told when my vehicle was ready for pickup and that I could bring the rental car back to the dealership and they'd work with Enterprise to get it back to them. Super helpful! Also nice there's a gas station right next to the dealership which was super convenient. Hoping to make this my regular dealership after such a positive experience!

After having my car since June 2 I just no× received it back today and Im appaled at how dirty my vehicle actually is. For management knowing how unhappy I was on the service provided as far as communication you would think I would get back a clean vehicle. To top it off my dome light in my vehicle was replaced and my husbands Hurley sunglasses that were in the sunglass holder under the dome light are now gone. Jeep Fontana not only has poor communication but steal from the customers as well. I am completely disappointed with my experience which is unfortunate because my history with jeep has always been great. I will be forsure consider returning back to Ontario where all of my vehicles have always been serviced after this experiencem I switched to Fontana due to how close it is to my home and the previous services I had experienced were exceptional. She was super helpful and got us into a test drive immediately. We then sat down and talked to JJ and his energy was very welcoming and not pressuring AT ALL! Both were positive and brought us into an amazing positive calm atmosphere. JJ was blunt and honest about every step and was able to match what we were looking for! After all the phone calls with banks and finance talk, we were thankfully able to close the deal and walk out with the price we are looking for! All parties are happy and they offer an amazing warranty as well into our closing price! Process was easy not stressful at all and very happy with our car purchase today!
