The staff is not friendly at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPEEDY CASH TO ANYONE WHO HAVE SELF RESPECT. read more

Sitting in the store right now and been coming here for a while and the young kid Israel just made it a horrible service. The youngsters needs to not make judgments, he Assumed my check was false? for the first time in years I have never had anybody assumed that. All the women working in there have been excellent help. But the kid ISREAL is rude. Not happy with that. read more

Worst place to do business. Rude staff!!!! I stood in line for 25 mins and was never acknowledged. 3 people working and before I knew it the 3rd person left after taking a phone call before helping us who had been staring in line for more than 20 mins !!! Ugh very disappointed read more

Thank you for great service and assistance between pay days. Chris helped me and he was very helpful, personable and great customer service skills. read more

Horrible, horrible service. Also very misleading. I tried to get a loan like 3 times and every time there was a different reason not to give me one. Went in to get a loan because it said "No credit loans" verified employment and bank deposits but got turned down due to credit score. Like if they don't want to lend loans the don't advertise it!! I will never go here again not even to cash a check. I don't want to get charged a hidden fee. read more

They always have a smile on their faces even when diversity is right in front of them. They keep their composer and are always willing to work things out. I've been a customer here for at least a decade and just want to say thanks for all you do. read more

This was the only place that was able to cash my check from pick your part. So that I do appreciate . this place does get very busy. Wait lines are a while I waitd 10-15 min just to get help. The employees are nice and very patient at least the one helping me was. read more

I called to ask if I borrow when would I have to pay back, and the girl was lazy as fuck all she said was look at your pay stub, and I asked her if she could check the system and she just wasted time explaining to me speedy goes by the date of your pay stub and blah blah.. ( they don't always do, so I was trying to confirm) I gave up, I called speedy in Montclair which ppl are more understanding and the first thing they asked was my info to look it up and give me a straight answer rather then me looking for it on my own! It's so sad how its had horrible ratings and it's known for horrible customer service and the owner/ manager still employs lazy fucking people! Don't bother calling nor walking in they won't help you for shit. read more

I have done business with this store off and on for a while with no complaints on service except if you are going by the hours listed on the web site they really close at 4pm on Sunday while it is listed as 5pm. Not a big deal unless you drive 10 miles to get there at 4:30 and they have been closed for 30 min already. read more

I recommend a person name Hector, he's very flexible and generous person. And other friendly females worker are nice too. One women with a dreadlock hair she's black it best not to go to her since she have a experience who my hubby have a smart mouth when she say something at first when my hubby dislike and straight forward to her she dislike I have no idea why probably it was her bad day always put the bad day aside while at work always smile for new customer. We been here 12 min before 4pm on Sunday and he was supposed to get money order that Blk dread lock decide not too. Until HECTOR was very friendly and willing I would give him Stars because he willing. At first usually worker will ask if need money order before process loan or pay money. The dread lock lady didn't ask my hubby so that's the problem. Since I see Hector how well he work there for months and he always put a smile and flexible with customer I like that. Keep it that way Hector! read more
