Horrible, horrible service. Also very misleading. I tried to get a loan like 3 times and every time there was a different reason not to give me one. Went in to get a loan because it said "No credit loans" verified employment and bank deposits but got turned down due to credit score. Like if they don't want to lend loans the don't advertise it!! I called to ask if I borrow when would I have to pay back, and the girl was lazy as fuck all she said was look at your pay stub, and I asked her if she could check the system and she just wasted time explaining to me speedy goes by the date of your pay stub and blah blah.. ( they don't always do, so I was trying to confirm) I gave up, I called speedy in Montclair which ppl are more understanding and the first thing they asked was my info to look it up and give me a straight answer rather then me looking for it on my own! It's so sad how its had horrible ratings and it's known for horrible customer service and the owner/ manager still employs lazy fucking people! I have done business with this store off and on for a while with no complaints on service except if you are going by the hours listed on the web site they really close at 4pm on Sunday while it is listed as 5pm. I recommend a person name Hector, he's very flexible and generous person. And other friendly females worker are nice too. One women with a dreadlock hair she's black it best not to go to her since she have a experience who my hubby have a smart mouth when she say something at first when my hubby dislike and straight forward to her she dislike I have no idea why probably it was her bad day always put the bad day aside while at work always smile for new customer. We been here 12 min before 4pm on Sunday and he was supposed to get money order that Blk dread lock decide not too. Until HECTOR was very friendly and willing I would give him Stars because he willing. At first usually worker will ask if need money order before process loan or pay money. The dread lock lady didn't ask my hubby so that's the problem. Since I see Hector how well he work there for months and he always put a smile and flexible with customer I like that. ok so i do some business here at this place they are fast and get you in and out. but my advice for anyone is do not get a car titlr loan through this company because i barrowed 2600 on a car title loan and after making every payment on time for 7 months i called to see my payoff on the loan and it was more than i freaking barrowed. you will pay more than triple for a ca title loan don't do it save your money. read more
