it's a bank. bank stuff is done here. The reviews giving this place 1-3 stars? WTF!!! you want the bank to make you dinner? Do your bank ish and leave. not complicated read more

Stepped in last Thursday at this branch around 4:50pm with my wife to simply have me added in my wife's checking account. The greeter didn't want to take/provide service to us, instead, asked us to schedule an appointment because according to him, it will take around 45mins to have someone added into my the account. I'm not generalizing but on this branch, there's full of unprofessional and lazy people. We went to the Eastvale branch next to Home Depot by Limonite and Hamner Streets and we were taken care of right away without any complication. The overall process only took 15mins since I already have a business account. I will never waste my time going to the Magnolia branch in Riverside again. They need to do a revamp on this branch to improve the quality of service. read more

Terrible experience in this bank, starts with the manager and gets worst with employees. Everytime I use this branch. The manager should be terminated. Worst branch ....extremely bad customer service, people need to be retrained under different management.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Went across the Street to Bank of America more than glad to help. They have customer service. read more

I knew better than to go to the magnolia location. I was in the area doing other business and thought it would be more efficient since it was near. The lady that greeted me was extremely unhelpful. She was also somewhat weird. Go to the one at the plaza on Riverside Drive. Always amazing customer service! read more

with over 200 K in this bank, magnolia, and Tyler ,I know it's definitely not the largest and definitely not the smallest account but I would've thought it was enough to get some respect but then you're running into two snot nose arrogant women. First it's Kiley Then you have to deal with her Branch manager, Bernadette. WOW what a pair. Then I look on consumer affairs website and find out Chase has a 1.2 out of five star rating. It all makes sense. It's definitely time to move money to a smaller, more personable financial institution read more

Just walked out of Chase with a huge smile on my face due to the phenomenal service provided to me by Yesi. She was so helpful and very informative with everything I needed done. Anytime I need to go in there I hope I get her and she deserves a lot of praise! read more

This chase is always fast! I'm always in and out within 5 minutes, and the customer service is by far better than any of the banks on this side of town. - A Small Business Owner read more

I come in to open a bank account (you know when a corrupt bank holds our money to reinvest it) and they say soonest appointment is not for another week!!!! Firstly, since when do we need an appointment to open a. A m account? And a week out??? I just feel bad for the workers as this will make me and others just go to online banking while chase keeps getting government bail outs. read more

Lots of tellers, great service and smiles, good cooperation and teamwork too. Pamela was especially helpful, patient and kind. There was a security guard too so felt very safe and secure. read more

It's always a sh*t show in here... never fails Posted sign says it closes at 6pm... but apparently bankers hours got even shorter cause it's closed up tighter than the pentagon well before that. Go to the hidden valley branch read more

Chase Bank - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Riverside, California

The cashier was asking me so many questions to deposit two business checks when I told her I didn't need to show up anything, she apologized and told me I'm in training. They should have a person all the time when they have someone in training. read more

$8 to cash a check when your a non account holder is pretty desperate. I'm aware that this policy is not new but I've been to several other banks that have got rid of that policy or waive the fee. I rarely get checks and never process them directly through my bank. I will make sure to pass that cost down to my customer but I still think it's pretty horrible that just because a person wants to ensure that a check doesn't bounce in their account by playing russian roulette that I have to incur a fee. read more

Chase bank is terrible! One they're so -called employees STOLE a check I wrote out to a business. The copy of the check was "doctored". The Chase employee changed the amount from $35 to $200! Some people! Chase bank did everything they could to cover the theft up for their employee and then they closed my bank account with them without any justification. May Chase get taken over hostily by a better financial institution! read more

So imma be honest, I actually want to close my account here because of my checks taking to long to process. I've called to get it processed faster but I would be on hold for 3 hours. Moral of the story is one employer helped me a lot with the fee's because I was already in the negative in my account since my check was taking to long, I also forgot to mention that they are about to close to but he to the extra mile to help me and try to fix the situation. Thank you Izael for helping me I was already having a bad day but u helped me a lot. read more

Ridiculously long wait. Seriously the line goes all the way to the door to get in. I've already been in line for 45 mins! I use to love Chase bank. However, it has become glaringly obvious that they no longer care about customer service. There are now only 2 windows available to service people and out of those 2 windows only 1 is currently open. The rest of the window have been replaced with 4 machines. And the 4 window behind these machines are covered with a panoramic photo that says "So much you can do. So much we can do to help". Help my butt. Help me waste my day maybe. Yeah... I hate to state the obvious but if I wanted to use an ATM I would have done it outside. Not taken time out of my busy schedule to come in! Obviously I need to find a new bank. read more

My fiancé and I visited this location on Saturday to open up our first joint account. We placed our name on the list and was called just a few minutes later. We were lucky to work with Jaime who was so patient with us, professional, and answered all of our questions in a way that helped us understand. I am grateful for the amount of knowledge he shared and the customer service he provided. This is a good location and we will be back! read more

Grossly understaffed with an incompetent manager. The bankers themselves are actually very nice. One particular, Patricia, was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. But during our loooooooong wait time, we saw several other very frustrated customers come in and leave fed up with having to be re-directed all over the place to get a simple questions answered. Come on, Chase. HIRE SOME PEOPLE. read more

Been a loyal customer for well over 10 years, but now it looks like I need to find a new bank. The new format is ridiculous. Unless you only need to use an atm, Chase no longer wants your business. There is only ever one window open. For those of us that have to do actual banking, this bank now sucks. It's a shame, they used to be focused on customer service, now they're just another B of A. read more

When I opened an account with this branch, I did so because I work nearby and thought it would be easy to pop in and cash my check. Unfortunately that is not the case. When you use the ATM to deposit a check, it takes about 3 days to clear. When you go in to deposit, they have the ability to make it completely available, but usually use the excuse that they can only clear up to whatever amount you have in your account. Like say you deposit a check for more than $200 and you only have $10 in your account, they can only make $10 available to you and you have to wait for the rest. But that's more of the company itself and not the branch. When I opened my account, I had to have a special account, and the man who opened it for me failed to explain it properly, so I thought my card wasn't working. I talked to someone there who said I had to wait to order a new one, but I figured if I could still use it in the ATM, then it was okay. That was only the beginning of the problems. One day, about 4 months into having this account, I went to cash my paycheck. The teller flat out refused to cash it for me, and when I asked to speak to the manager, she told me the manager wasn't available, and I should take my check to my company's bank to cash it. So I drove over to the other bank, and they wanted $5 to cash it, and I said, screw it. So I drove back over to this Chase branch, and was helped by the same teller, who proceeded to deposit my check and tell me to have a nice day. I asked her for my money, and she told me I could have it when the hold was lifted. I was so angry, I asked for the manager again, and she told me the manager was busy. So I left. Three days later I came back, withdrew my money, and closed my account. The woman who helped me was named Patricia, and she even told me that what happened should not have happened. A while ago I opened another account at a different location and they were very helpful. (The one on Arlington in the Ross shopping center.) So I decided to give this branch another shot and asked them to deposit my check and make it completely available. When the teller told me she couldn't, I asked for the manager, and when she came over, I was told that she couldnt do that either. When I told her about my other branch, she did it for me, but told me that it was a "special exception." This branch does not care about its customers and the employees are the rudest I have ever come across. I recommend you avoid it at all costs, except for withdrawing money from the ATM. read more

Hands down the best bank around all thanks to the superior service from Jamie at this branch. I own a window company and we've experienced price increases on many materials due to tariffs and always get a rush of orders before pricing goes up. I had a regular customers check of $15k put on hold and the customer obviously didn't want to pay the increase so he was quite upset. I tried calling the customer service line with no luck so I waited until this branch opened and asked for Jamie who was who opened my account. Within 1 hour he had verified my customers check with their bank and trust and the funds were available. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jamie @ this branch. read more

Takes too long to open an account. If it wasn't for the bonus in opening an account we wouldn't be here. Taking a deposit and transferring money to another account also takes too long and the teller couldn't even locate my account using my name, she had to use my social.... The future is here.... 30 minute wait time to see a teller. 4 machines that "are the new way of banking" (glorified ATM machines). A large establishment with an inefficient way to bank. I find it ironic that a sign in the bank says "bank your way so you can make the most out of your day" is above the tellers, yet I just wasted 30 minutes of my day. At least I was able to write this review while waiting in line. Avoid this bank! read more

Chase Bank - Line out the door - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Riverside, California

Absolutely horrible customer service. I went to chase to open up a business account, when I arrived one of the bankers came to help and was followed by the bank manager. When I started to explain what I was there for, the manager quickly cut me off mid-sentence. In a condescending tone, he asked if I already had a business account. "No, that's what I am here for." Granted, I didn't come as prepared as needed, and would have had to have brought some other documentation. He did not provide me any further information about what I would need in order to open up an account. Instead, I left. I will be looking for another bank and closing my accounts with Chase bank. Oh yeah, the bank teller line was out the door, so you won't get good service and it won't be quick either. read more

Do yourself a HUGE favor and save yourself incredible amounts of time and frustration, DO NOT USE THIS BANK AND SPECIFICALLY THIS LOCATION. The lack of service and INCOMPETENCE on all levels from the this location to the corporate level is absolutely staggering! Without getting into details because of privacy issues this bank is the worst I have ever dealt with! I deal with 2 other large banks so I have a baseline standard to compare it to. This bank fucken sucks who wants to fucken wait in a line that's fucken 20 people long and only 1 teller to service you, it's not my fault these assholes fired the rest of the tellers and put up the fucken worst service in the personal client machines. How about you try and hire some more tellers. Come here if you enjoy having your time wasted and standing in line for over 30 minutes. To make it even worse the other bankers who open accounts and can cash checks and make balance transfers as well don't bother calling people from the line to help them in their cubicles. They rather just sit in their cubicles and not pay any attention to any one. read more

I've been debating, but I'm switching over to a credit union. While it might be a little farther of a drive, I'm sure I'll save time. Chase is attempting to save money by installing new "high tech" ATMs and having only 2 tellers even during the busiest times. If the ATMs can't do what the tellers can then what good are they? I've been in line for over 30 minutes to talk to a teller for 2 minutes... Ridiculous. read more

I had a check that I mistakenly deposited into my other bank (wells) and I had forgotten I had deposited by mobile on chase. I quickly realized my mistake and I called my employer and my banks to get the issue resolved. Chase froze my account. Then canceled my account with them and my money was held. My employer has already verified the mistake and transaction and then chase tells me I could open a new account to where I received my debit that I had money in when I opened the new account to only call and tell me I could never open a account with chase again. So they wasted my time with me having to open a new account after I was brutally honest of my MISTAKE. I'm human for gods sake. Ending to me never being able to ever open a new account with them. Ridiculous. I remember now why i had closed my account with them when I was a teenager. HORRIBLE BANK read more

I normally don't come to this location because it's out of my way. However, I was in the area and needed to make a deposit. I can say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had with chase. The teller Nani was extremely professional and nice. Most tellers just ask what you need and then send you on your way. Nani actually took the time to ask how my day was and that meant a lot considering no one ever cares to ask anymore. I feel like that one question is a big part of costumer service and she nailed it. Chase you need to hire more individuals like her. read more
