I came in to cash a check, they tell me they need to verify it after previous telling me after I'm verified once I don't need to do the process anymore. I try to be patient with the process then they tell me their managers says their closing so they can't cash it and to leave a copy of my check and my information and they will call me the following day to come back in. I call back at 11 next day because no one has called me and they tell me they have yet to verify my check due to lack of response, I offer help with verifying they have the correct phone number and offer to call them for them as I got them on the phone within 4 minutes. They proceed to tell me in a rude and disrespectful manner that they won't lose their job over that and I may mention they stated this several times to the point they make you feel like a criminal. Very horrible service, literally go anywhere else. I don't even feel comfortable they have my information now.

The greeter didn't want to take/provide service to us, instead, asked us to schedule an appointment because according to him, it will take around 45mins to have someone added into my the account. I'm not generalizing but on this branch, there's full of unprofessional and lazy people. We went to the Eastvale branch next to Home Depot by Limonite and Hamner Streets and we were taken care of right away without any complication. The overall process only took 15mins since I already have a business account. I will never waste my time going to the Magnolia branch in Riverside again. They need to do a revamp on this branch to improve the quality of service.
