I've been calling for the past year trying to get my loans situated and I get no call back. Last week I finally got someone to answer they told me Crystal is not in but they will look at my account and find out what I need to put on my taxes. I told them it was urgent that I got the info that day since my accountant was working on my papers. The lady assured me she would call, leave a voicemessage, abs email me by the end of the day. A week later and not only did I not hear back from them but they are not answering any calls. I loved working with Crystal but the stress I've been under because of the company putting me on the back burner is not even worth it at this point. So sad I have to find another loan advisor.
