I don't fn get it! I am almost NEVER rude to ANYONE when seeking some type of retail service! Most of the time NOT even AFTER I'm shown rude & ugliness in their attitudes, tones of voice & facial expressions! So I just said forget those ugly broads! (I'm referring to their attitudes but they were both pretty UNattractive on the outside too! :/ Lol.) & I drove my car, literally running on fumes & had NO $, to this place on Chapman & prospect JUST to get good customer service! Solely due to the other chicks on Tustin St. right before Palmyra. They DEF had NO place or reason to be so mean & ugly towards me & CLEARLY don't know what giving good customer service really means! This lady working here, was very friendly & didn't show any signs that she had an ugly heart! :) She was very pleasant & kind & ACTUALLY smiled most of the time I was there! As opposed to the ugly chicks that didn't smile NOT ONCE at me the WHOLE time I was there nor did they greet me upon entering the vacant store! Then at the counter the young girl behind the glass is acting as though I'm some type of Criminal right from the gate. I explained why it was hand written being I quit my job and that she can call the place that's shown on the check to verify I was employed there. She asked me for another form of ID other then my passport I explained I had lost my ID a week ago but I had it on my phone. So I give her my phone showing her my address and such. She asks me to have a seat, I step outside for a breeze instead. 2 other customers walk in and she helps one he walks out and says she's calling me so I go back in only to be told the check was "declined". Which is impossible it's a well established business. Then when I walk back into ask her if she even tried to put the check through . She said "it was declined here at the business" which makes no sense considering she NEVER EVEN RAN THE CHECK! She has absolutely no idea how to conduct business for this company and should be retrained in Customer Service. It was blatantly obvious she thought I was commenting some type of Fraud. What's worse is she had me endorse the back of my check and now I can't cash it! No where else is going to except a check that has been previously endorsed. SHES WRONG AND NOW IM PISSED!
