Where should I begin, for many years I felt so unhappy with my financial status. I had made some really poor financial choices that affected my credit score. Believe me, it took a lot of courage to pick up the phone and make that appointment. All I knew I needed some kind of outside expert to help me improve my credit score. After reading the reviews on Yelp I did not hesitate to called Brilliant Credit. I had a consultation with Crystal Mayoral. She was amazing!!! THANK you so much. She was so informative and caring. You could tell she really cares about the clients needs. I felt so comfortable and I understood. I also met with another representative from brilliant credit ( sorry I forgot her name) . She was very professional and informative as well. Thank you for your knowledge and expertise. I left brilliant credit feeling so hopeful, confident, and knowledgeable. I cannot wait for this journey to unfold. I know big changes are going to happen. I cannot wait. Thank you Brilliant credit! read more

Extremely disappointed in the service. I've been using this company, specifically working with crystal, for 4 years now for my student loans. I've been calling for the past year trying to get my loans situated and I get no call back. Last week I finally got someone to answer they told me Crystal is not in but they will look at my account and find out what I need to put on my taxes. I told them it was urgent that I got the info that day since my accountant was working on my papers. The lady assured me she would call, leave a voicemessage, abs email me by the end of the day. A week later and not only did I not hear back from them but they are not answering any calls. I loved working with Crystal but the stress I've been under because of the company putting me on the back burner is not even worth it at this point. So sad I have to find another loan advisor. read more

I ran into this office this morning after I went and paid my insurance company my last payment and I saw that their sign said Credit Academy I have good credit, but I know you can always learn more. Spoke with Heidy for 40mins and she totally taught me so much in those 40mins then I've learned in my 21yrs of life. Super game changer and I signed up for the FREE Credit Classes they're offering for the month of November. The office is so neat and everyone speaks to you when you walk in and they're so polite. The office smells great and I love their art work. Looking forward to sending them my family and friends and can't wait to tell you guys more after my classes. Thank you Heidy for being so informative and an amazing Teacher! read more

I was referred by my sister in law and at first I was so unsure about it all...I talk to luz she pulled my credit and I learned so much she explained in detail about what I needed to do to meet my goals. I've never owned a car or knew anything about credit till I sat with them. 30 days after sitting with them she helped me get approved for my new car! I am so amazed by her and her Amazing team! Thank you Brilliant Industries for all your help, support and patience! I love my new car!! read more

Heidy- Thank you for correcting the error, but this is one of many examples that validate why I have no confidence in the company. There were too many misunderstandings with the company. I received paperwork with another client's name and phone #, I received a letter from a legal firm threatening legal action against me, a debit was made this month even though the company had 1 month to modify my account so no additional debits would be made but that wasn't done and my credit scores dropped. Unfortunately all of this and I'm out a large sum of money on top of that. read more

I'm speechless on the amount of work they've accomplished. Price was more reasonable, and the customer service was their #1 priority. Highly recommended to anyone needing credit repair.. Jimmy @ Azusa Ca. read more

Came here with my husband to get our credit super Gucci because we are trying to buy a home within the next couple months. Everyone who helped us so far has been amazing! Very knowledgeable and realistic about where they can get us. The office is really nice and clean and the atmosphere was really pretty. I'll update in a couple months with more info as we go along in the process. But thus far we are very pleased! Wish we would have came in a long time ago!! And is it sad I want the girls who work there to be my friend? LoL they are so nice!! 7/20/18 So sadly I have to give an update and it isn't a good one. The same remains about the staff, they are so sweet and very professional. However it cost me and my husband $1200 to start then $200 a month for "processing," plus $35 a month to another credit pulling company to get our scores. Our goal was to purchase a home and after about 9 months they didn't help us get there. Even after paying off ALL of our debt.... we barley saw improvement. We cancelled service with them and upon working with a different credit repair company, we found out that that techniques brilliant credit were hauling to fix our credit were actually hurting our credit. So a lot of damage control had to be done. Again, the staff is wonderful but unfortunately we didn't benefit at all from their services. read more

these people are scammers. I paid $700 and none of the fraudulent accounts I paid for came off my credit report, they just collect people money and don't shit shit. I reached out millions of times via email and phone for a refund and they just ignored me. Don't even bother with them. If you go on their instagram it's nothing but fake advertising and their owner heidy does not know how to run a business. She never replied to any of my messages. All she did was have one of her minios reach out to me trying to plead their case with "oh she's pregnant, that's why we haven't been in the office" I don't know what the owner being pregnant has to do with all the other workers doing their job. read more

I was about to get my credit fixed through Brilliant Industries cause the reviews look amazing but in reality I couldn't trust that they would take my credit file seriously. They are nice and have good customer service but their knowledge isn't all there. Crystal told me that a 3rd party collection agency can't sue you and after research I found out that they can. They wanted me to pay 1200 up front and a monthly payment until my credit file was fixed. C'mon, do you really think they want to let go of that monthly payment so quickly after 6 months? I read the negative reviews and they do mention what I assumed from this company. Word of advice, just go to Credit expectationoff of Haven and 6th. You will def see fast results for sure. read more

The team at Brilliant is professional, consistent and trustworthy. The process was clear and precise on what could be resolved along with realistic timelines. If you're looking for a company that cares and gives their all you don't need to look any further. After our initial 90 days results were evident and issues were resolved. I can't thank this team enough for all their help with getting our credit back on track. read more

I have removed my previous positive post because if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a whole scam! Do not trust Heidi, Cristal, or Consuelo. They lie, don't answer the phone, take your payment, and don't even keep you updates on what they are working on. They also try to act like they used to be Brilliant Credit, which by the way was an amazing business, and they are nothing close to being amazing. Save yourself some time and don't even call these scamming ass, lazy ass people! read more

What a gem of a company! Luz and her team are professional, organized and last but not least Caring! The perfect combination and everything you want out of a credit repair company! I've also participated in their community events that they voluntarily put on to benefit other businesses and feed the hungry! I mean seriously it's not often a company gives back and pays it forward like Brilliant Credit! If you're in the I.E. area or even surrounding areas (totally worth the drive) I highly recommend you give them a try! read more

This review is long overdue but here it goes, I found Brilliant credit on Yelp a few months ago and immediately gave them a call after reading all of their reviews. After just my first conversation with one of the representatives (sorry, I forget her name) I was already impressed and eager for the ACTUAL consultation! When I arrived to their facility, I couldn't help but notice the positive atmosphere. Every corner of walking through that office I was greeted with a smile or a "good morning." It feels really good to be acknowledged by all employees and not just the one I was working with, that's how i could tell they were a REAL TEAM! My consultation with Sarah was VERY informative and left me feeling confident and more knowledgeable. A few weeks after my consultation, I started getting results in the mail, i couldn't believe my eyes, I was holding one of those papers that said "Deleted, deleted deleted deleted." Those beautiful pieces of paper are still making their way to my mailbox and i couldn't be more thankful! If you have doubts about your credit or even questions, call Brilliant Credit! You've got nothing to loose but LOTS to gain!! THANK YOU , THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!! read more

Just got off the phone with one of the case managers customer service was great. I learned about four different things regarding credit; how to boost my credit, how to handle negotiations with my future car purchase, how to remove an address off my credit and what a charge off means. Luz at Brilliant Credit is incredible! This was the best financial decision I have ever made. Starting from my consultation, the experience was very easy going & informative with absolutely no pressure. We mapped out a blueprint of my financial goals, timeframe and got the process started. Throughout the process Luz was so great! She was very attentive to my questions and needs, I almost felt as if I was her only client at times LOL. She answers all of my calls and emails, and if she did miss my call she got back to me promptly. I gained tons on knowledge through the process. Fast forward a few weeks shy of 3 months and I am now sitting in my brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado I sat out to get in my blueprint along with a 752 FICO score. One of the best decisions I have ever made was coming to Brilliant Credit to help improve my credit score. Despite paying all of my bills on time for years, I had some negative items on my credit report that were dragging my score down. These negative items were the result of poor decisions I made 10+ years ago when I was young and careless. I had a vague idea that it was possible to "fix" my credit on my own, but honestly I didn't know where to start, and combing through credit reports is the last thing I want to do in my free time. I went to to Brilliant Credit for a consult in February 2016, and now a mere 3 months later, my credit score has improved dramatically. All of the negative items have been removed except for one, and they have assured me that this one will come off also. I worked mostly with Luz, who was awesome and so easy to talk to. She explained everything very clearly and helped me better understand my credit so that I can obtain and keep a good credit score. I never felt judged for my mistakes, which was such a relief because that's one of the reasons I avoided addressing this issue for so long. I'm excited to see where my score is once I've paid down some of my balances. I finally feel motivated to get my remaining credit cards paid down, now that I know that my score will continue to increase. Finally, they will work with you on flexible payment plans for their services. Considering how much I will save by having good credit and lower interest rates, the cost of Brilliant Credit's services will easily pay for themselves. Don't wait years like I did, go see them today! read more

Team 800 was recommended by my Attorney friend to dispute and clean some of my daughter's credit report that had been ruined by her ex husband. I called them and spoke to Vanessa Romo and informed her of the situation. We were told by Vanessa that she can assist us in this matter and will take about 6 to 8 months to clean the report, and that her credit score will go up. But before she can start the process, they want the full amount of $1,200.00. We agreed upon on March 2020. Up to date, or over a year later, my daughter still cannot rent an apartment because Vanessa and Heidy was not able to clear one creditor. They are not aggressive enough. Lack of communication in that office is the main reason. They stopped informing us about where we stand. We wasted $1,200.00. Nothing happened! I asked to be refunded half of what I paid for, but they promised that they'll do their best! Their best was not good enough! They should not promise their client and give false hope. I trusted them because it was a recommendation from an attorney friend of mine. read more

For the past two days I have been communicating with Luz about misspelling my name in important document and on emails. Luz has been attentive and helpful with me. We all make mistakes and that is the reason I chose them to fix my credit, because I made mistakes and I want them to be fixed. So far they have deleted two items and working in another items to be deleted and improve my Fico. The score has gone up on 20 points average and it only has been a month of work. I hope we can keep communicating and no more mistakes are made by the processing team. Thank you Luz. read more

I decided to make a review after almost a year working with this company to fix up my credit due to the fact that I did recommended my sister to them because they did do their job while I don't appreciate them telling my sister that they had a glitch in their computer stating they serviced me for free for 5 months which is not true whatsoever because I have my receipt stating I paid $1300 to get my sh*t cleared like they would which they did 9/10 inquires that I had on my record. Anyways nice ladies but to say I didn't pay what pissed me off and for this three stars. I know they have helped many others and I'm not trying to knock them. They've done great with knocking my collections off and I appreciate that. I made sure to ask if I would have to pay anymore after the $1300 and they said no but to keep my credit monitor open that was it sooo for them to close my account without notice and to find out through my sister is so unprofessional ‍ anyways rant over. read more
