Extremely disappointed in the service. I've been using this company, specifically working with crystal, for 4 years now for my student loans. I've been calling for the past year trying to get my loans situated and I get no call back. Last week I finally got someone to answer they told me Crystal is not in but they will look at my account and find out what I need to put on my taxes. I told them it was urgent that I got the info that day since my accountant was working on my papers. The lady assured me she would call, leave a voicemessage, abs email me by the end of the day. A week later and not only did I not hear back from them but they are not answering any calls. I loved working with Crystal but the stress I've been under because of the company putting me on the back burner is not even worth it at this point. Heidy- Thank you for correcting the error, but this is one of many examples that validate why I have no confidence in the company. There were too many misunderstandings with the company. I received paperwork with another client's name and phone #, I received a letter from a legal firm threatening legal action against me, a debit was made this month even though the company had 1 month to modify my account so no additional debits would be made but that wasn't done and my credit scores dropped. Unfortunately all of this and I'm out a large sum of money on top of that. read more

these people are scammers. I paid $700 and none of the fraudulent accounts I paid for came off my credit report, they just collect people money and don't shit shit. I reached out millions of times via email and phone for a refund and they just ignored me. Don't even bother with them. If you go on their instagram it's nothing but fake advertising and their owner heidy does not know how to run a business. She never replied to any of my messages. All she did was have one of her minios reach out to me trying to plead their case with "oh she's pregnant, that's why we haven't been in the office" I don't know what the owner being pregnant has to do with all the other workers doing their job. read more

Came here with my husband to get our credit super Gucci because we are trying to buy a home within the next couple months. Everyone who helped us so far has been amazing! Very knowledgeable and realistic about where they can get us. The office is really nice and clean and the atmosphere was really pretty. However it cost me and my husband $1200 to start then $200 a month for "processing," plus $35 a month to another credit pulling company to get our scores. Our goal was to purchase a home and after about 9 months they didn't help us get there. Even after paying off ALL of our debt.... we barley saw improvement. We cancelled service with them and upon working with a different credit repair company, we found out that that techniques brilliant credit were hauling to fix our credit were actually hurting our credit. I was about to get my credit fixed through Brilliant Industries cause the reviews look amazing but in reality I couldn't trust that they would take my credit file seriously. They are nice and have good customer service but their knowledge isn't all there. Crystal told me that a 3rd party collection agency can't sue you and after research I found out that they can. They wanted me to pay 1200 up front and a monthly payment until my credit file was fixed. C'mon, do you really think they want to let go of that monthly payment so quickly after 6 months? After just my first conversation with one of the representatives (sorry, I forget her name) I was already impressed and eager for the ACTUAL consultation! Team 800 was recommended by my Attorney friend to dispute and clean some of my daughter's credit report that had been ruined by her ex husband. I called them and spoke to Vanessa Romo and informed her of the situation. We were told by Vanessa that she can assist us in this matter and will take about 6 to 8 months to clean the report, and that her credit score will go up. But before she can start the process, they want the full amount of $1,200.00. We agreed upon on March 2020. Up to date, or over a year later, my daughter still cannot rent an apartment because Vanessa and Heidy was not able to clear one creditor. They are not aggressive enough. Lack of communication in that office is the main reason. They stopped informing us about where we stand. We wasted $1,200.00. Nothing happened! I asked to be refunded half of what I paid for, but they promised that they'll do their best! Their best was not good enough! They should not promise their client and give false hope.
