I told them it was urgent that I got the info that day since my accountant was working on my papers. The lady assured me she would call, leave a voicemessage, abs email me by the end of the day. A week later and not only did I not hear back from them but they are not answering any calls. All this information should be known rates are at 2.5 maybe 3.0 She then stated that they use an "investor and a bank" Who's the investor do they know hold the lien or title?!
