Thomas always took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and keep us updated every step of the way. One of the things we appreciated most was how quickly they were able to get everything done and get us to closing. The entire process moved incredibly fast. We are extremely grateful for all of their help and would absolutely recommend Thomas and the GEM Mortgage team to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thank you for helping make this such a positive experience for our family!

He is kind and patient and believes "there are no dumb questions" which put us at ease; making him very approachable. We loved him so much that when our dream home suddenly and unexpectedly came on the market we chose him for a second time to walk us through the process. Buying your first house is one thing, but having to sell and buy at the same time is another. Again Thomas was able to navigate a crazy market and land us our dream home!! I can honestly say that we would not be in this house without him and all the hard work he put into this. 100% recommend working with him.

I've been calling for the past year trying to get my loans situated and I get no call back. Last week I finally got someone to answer they told me Crystal is not in but they will look at my account and find out what I need to put on my taxes. I told them it was urgent that I got the info that day since my accountant was working on my papers. The lady assured me she would call, leave a voicemessage, abs email me by the end of the day. A week later and not only did I not hear back from them but they are not answering any calls. I loved working with Crystal but the stress I've been under because of the company putting me on the back burner is not even worth it at this point. So sad I have to find another loan advisor.
