I cannot say enough about the level of customer service and knowledge that Sense Financial has, and shares. Sense Financial is and has been 100% responsive the 6 years I've been a customer, and they are dedicated to helping their customers manage their 401k effectively and in compliance. If Dmitriy thinks you're going to act in a way you could be non-compliant with the IRS rules, he will tell you. If you push it, he will make it clear to you that the IRA is not to be toyed with. He is the person you need to navigate these rules. I have seen companies with excellent customer service. Sense Financial, however, has the Single. Best. And Consistently Best Customer service I have experienced. His support team as well have Always Been on point. The wealth of knowledge on the client portal is copious, well organized, and detailed, but written and organized in a way that's easy to follow.
