After some bad past experiences and investments with other "advisors", and recent changes in our family financial situation, I was very reluctant to get the financial consulting I realize I needed. Nevertheless, I was strangely compelled to answer the man soliciting at my door on day (it could have been his adorable daughter who was joining him that day). I am glad I did, He took the time to understand our family financial goals and has worked hard to guide us on investing toward them. His new office is nice and the small things, like having a dedicated place for my daughters to sit and color while we talk, are just a reflection of the care and detail that he puts into his work and his clients.

I've been calling for the past year trying to get my loans situated and I get no call back. Last week I finally got someone to answer they told me Crystal is not in but they will look at my account and find out what I need to put on my taxes. I told them it was urgent that I got the info that day since my accountant was working on my papers. The lady assured me she would call, leave a voicemessage, abs email me by the end of the day. A week later and not only did I not hear back from them but they are not answering any calls. I loved working with Crystal but the stress I've been under because of the company putting me on the back burner is not even worth it at this point. So sad I have to find another loan advisor.
