Recently when my policies came up for renewal, I contacted the agency and was informed via email…read morefrom my agent of over 10 years that she was no longer my agent and that I should have been notified via mail over the summer. She summarily referred me to another agent, Tracy Foster, who has spent the last few weeks systematically berating me for attempting to find a less expensive policy and now is threatening me with signing something relieving the agency of liability if I switch from Kemper to Mercury. The crazy thing is that I had Mercury for many years through this same agency upon their recommendation with no issues. Tracy suggested that if I am unwilling to sign their document, I find another agent. No problem, will do.

Not only is Joe an experienced, reputable financial advisor, but his staff is equally skilled. His upright character and masterful communication skills builds trust that has translated to $$$ for our family. My husband works for a very demanding international corporation that is draining his energy and "life" (as he puts it). We stay only for the health insurance. Joe helped us to find a solution and plan for an early retirement that will probably save my husband years of strife. Although my husband is 60 and still working, he is able to work knowing what to expect when he retires early, and now has the confidence to do so with the help of Joe. He also facilitated our relatively new marriage to transition from separate, non-disclosed, finances to transparency and merging our financial goals not only for our financial future but for a healthy marriage. And finally, not only did Joe increase our portfolio by several thousands of dollars but he did it by listening to our needs and wants and dreams, and partnering with us to build a solid financial future for our family. I have recommended Joe to many friends and family and he has exceeded all expectations.

I also got my taxes done during the time period the other reviewers are complaining about. To put it some perspective the government changed and enacted new laws and regulations. If you wanted your taxes done correctly, and wanted to save yourself the headache of an audit you understood why it took a little longer to get a refund. As for the price increases for Phil's services I will not lie they have gone up. He also has more paper work to file, he increased his staff, and moved into a new space. All of these things cost money and the pre-interview process is seamless and makes the process run more smoothly. I just had this years appointment on the the 24th of Jan. 2015 and Phil was still with a couple that had gotten there late. Instead of waiting we were questioned by a staff member so that by the time we were done he was ready for us. Customer service is amazing! It is ridiculous that anyone would say this company isn't concerned with the the customer. You are offered water, coffee, or tea from the get go the staff is super friendly. Our children were a little restless during our appointment and Evie the receptionist totally took it upon herself to help us out and take the kids to draw and play. That doesn't happen at H&R Block! If you want a comprehensive and detailed look at your taxes with a supportive staff and great communication the look no further! PSI Financial Services is worth every penny spent!
