I've been with Allstate Insurance for years, specifically at the John Budge Office, and they never disappoint. Allstate Insurance has been reliable, affordable, and gives me peace of mind, but what truly sets them apart is the team at this office. They are always helpful, professional, and go out of their way to explain everything clearly. Every interaction is friendly and genuine -- you can tell they actually care about their customers. I wouldn't change my insurance for anyone else, and I always recommend John Budges Office to friends and family. If you want service that's dependable and agents you can trust, this is the place to go! Thank you Marcy for your help today! Happy Thanksgiving! read more

Thanks Kenia Castillo, for being so efficient and helpful! but mainly for giving me the best quote possible for insuring both of my cars.

Whitney is a 5 star Agent. She has been helping me with all of my insurance needs. She helps with my personal and business insurance. She is always professional, friendly, and informative. She is currently taking on a big task for me. She is helping me find a new insurance for my business, since the current insurance we have will no longer be doing commercial insurance. I am glad our insurance agent is available for any questions we have. I always recommend Allstate and Whitney to all my friends and family. read more

Whitney was most helpful and gave accurate information regarding my homeowners insurance policy. She helped lower my auto insurance explaining what could be eliminated. read more

How do I start? I wasn't happy with the exorbitant rate I got from my Motorcycle insurer for my two brand new motorcycles so I started looking for a nearby office of ANY insurer at this point that will work with me. My rates were pretty ridiculous that even my former broker helped me out trying to lower it and even suggested, "I won't blame you if you shop for a lower one,"! I just entered "Motocycle Insurance" here at Yelp and All State Insurance Agent: John Budge came out first on its list. Before this I tried Google but the first two firms I called were not taking any more clients (they must be pretty made, wow) and the next two I called did not answer (only called back later in the day which, you may have rightly guessed by now- too late!) Whitney answered my phone call. I was so glad to speak to an actual person because before this I was trying senseless going through every insurance website out there. Online applications are a nightmare and they do not get back right away, and some takes 3 weeks to get back and if for some reason you weren't available when they ask for docs, your application is toast! Not naming names, GEICO. My phone conversation with Whitney was smooth and painless. She asked me what I needed for my policy and what coverages I needed to be there, and we were pretty much done in (checks phone) 28minutes and I was glad I got coverage and, most importantly, at a lower & fair rate than what I had before. I told her she is officially my broker now, and not long after I hung up the phone I called my former agent and cancelled my expensive policy. Thank You again Whitney and the All State Office of John Budge! read more

We switched insurance for our home and vehicles and am very satisfied with the customer service received and great rates. We were treated with great professionalism and were not rushed into anything when it came to changing our insurance. The staff at John Budge office are extremely friendly and helpful in all areas including giving us a local hamburger recommendation to try in the new city we're now living in. Definitely recommend them to anyone in the City or anyone looking around for new insurance! read more

Didn't warn me about my rate going up. Tried to cancel but they didn't and now I owe. I'm super upset with this Allstate and the communication is awful. Don't get Allstate. Even when my car had broken down they didn't help. The prices are too high. You can find something better. Trust me. I regret ever having Allstate. read more

I have been a client of John Budge for over 10 years. He has always been at my disposal. I can't imagine changing agents since I have all of my insurances bundled. I might be able to find a better price elsewhere if I shopped around but it is doubtful that I would get the same level of service that I get with John. read more

Quick, reliable and they assist in determining which coverage is right for you. I felt like they really want you to get the best deal than just selling you a service. read more

I've had my renter's insurance through this office since 2015. I was recently contacted by Whitney, she wanted to see if she could save me money on my auto policy. I gave her my info and sure enough, my payment would be less than what I was paying with another insurance company. We bundled both auto and renter's and I'm still paying less than what i was paying for just auto insurance alone. Whitney was professional and respectful. Not sure why it took forever for me to bundle my stuff, I'm just glad I did. Thanks Whitney! You're the best! read more

Good Coustomer service very responsive

I've been with the same Allstate agent for many years now. The real test of an agent is how they can find ways to continue saving you money and how helpful they are when you've had an incident. With both my house and our cars we've had to use our insurance. The agent and Allstate overall really helped get our cars fixed and some damage to my house. Even when the accident wasn't our fault they took care of everything and then took the responsibility of dealing with the other insurance company. I have gotten quotes from other big insurance companies, like AAA, and even though they convinced me they could save me money when I sat down with them they couldn't come close to Allstate. I highly recommend John Budge and Allstate for your car and home policies. Also, the agent Whitney has been finding ways to save our family money for years! read more

Whitney Poole made the transition easy for us. My boyfriend and I called in to replace an old car with a new car purchase. My rate decreased from the monthly payment I had and with a higher coverage. We have a better peace of mind knowing we are covered. This was good news for us because we were expecting the rate to go up because of the SUV we recently purchased. If your looking to switch insurance we recommend this agency. The customer service is exceptional and they take really good care of you. This is how all agencies should be and I'm really happy I made the change from an old Allstate agency to this one. read more

Whitney Poole walked me through the complex process of bundling my insurance coverages with Allstate. She worked step-by-step with me to offer me a great package. I found her to be professional, knowledgeable, articulate, prompt, and very pleasant to work with with no pressure to make a deal with Allstate. Instead she takes time to explain insurance nuances and details in an individualized matter. I highly recommend her to any person considering a change to their current policy. read more

We have been a client of the John Budge Allstate Insurance for approximately 15 years. During all this time we have received excellent support from not only Mr. Budge, but his whole team. This is especially true of Mr. Manuel Bernal. Most recently we have had to set up home insurance on our recently purchased house, and he provided wonderful support in quickly providing a quote and working with the Escrow company. When we finally sold our old home and canceled its home insurance, Mr. Bernal handled this quickly with no hassles on our side. I highly recommend John Budge Allstate Insurance and his whole team. read more

Great customer service. Assistance, questions or service are just all a phone call away. Whitney Poole is an absolutely 5 Star customer service agent. She immediately replies to emails or calls. We have been with Allstate for more than 30 years and we have been pleased with the Budge Agency. We've worked with Whitney twice in the past 14 months and she is awesome. So I had Progressive for a few years and always thought I was with an insurance company that actually was fair and cared about its customers. How wrong I was and whats worse is that their true colors were exposed at this nations hardest moment of at least my lifetime ie covid 19. The double billed me offered no refund to help until I canceled my policy. Anyhow a friend of mine has always talked about how great his insurance, ALLSTATE, is. So I gave my local office a call. And you know what not only did my policy rate go way way down, but they offer so much more within the policy that Im so positive would cost more at any other agency. So if you have the time to save money and desire genuine agents, then give this local Allstate a call and ask for Whitney, shes awesome and on top of her game! read more

Bob was very helpful and informative as I searched for home insurance. I am in escrow and Bob offered to get in touch with my escrow company and work with them directly. We compared the estimates I had from other insurance agencies along with his estimate and overall for the coverage /deductible, and estimate, Allstate was the better package to suit my current needs. They were immediately in touch with with my escrow company and sent them the information that was requested. Whitney was also very attentive and efficient in providing the information in a timely manner to escrow . read more

I have had a couple different policy's with this particular Allstate insurance agency and have always had fast and great service. Recently I noticed a reoccurring charge on a credit card I never use and had noticed it a couple times in the past but it was only $15 so kept putting off the phone call to inquire about it. I eventually called left a voicemail and had a call back with in 1 minute from Whitney. I let her know I had a charge that continues to go through my account mouthy for over a year and wasn't sure what it was. She quickly informed me of a service I ordered and I had FORGOT to cancel but haven't used. Whitney went out of her way to prove I hadn't used the service to Allstate and get me a full refund for the year+ I hadn't used the home insurance. This was MY fault and yet Allstate made it right like they always do. It's employees like Whitney that keep me forever hooked on multiple services. They have fast response, honest, and take care of their customers. Thanks Whitney! read more
