STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I went there for a standard registration and transfer of deed. I feel $309 was pretty high but they got the job done. As I thought they did until I got the new deed. Instead of 12k miles the lady inputted 120k miles. I was trying to sell it and had to take a lost of $4k because of their mistake. In their defense, they took 3 weeks to try to "fix the issue" with no resolution except for me to go into the DMV myself to show proof; which is what i was trying to avoid in the first place. Yesterday I walked in to register a vehicle and pay past due registration on a car that I had just bought. The lady with platinum hair was assisting me. She told me if I was aware of the past due amount on the registration to the car and I said yes. Are you should I go here because I hate to be waiting in line at the DMV for over an hour this is like the third time that I walk in there for services and I've been extremely happy the other times. She told me The amount to pay to bring the cart up to current registration was $547 I mediately walked out of there went straight next-door to the official DMV office waited an hour and 30 minutes but I ended up paying $212 to bring the same car up to current registration. that's a rip off!!! She was charging me more than half of the amount just to bring the card to registration with them that is so ridiculous. read more

Don't waste your time at this place. They are thieves. I paid for a year of insurance in full ($300) which included a broker fee of $20. That's what was pitched to me and is exactly what my contract reflected. A $20 broker fee seemed fair and this place was conveniently located by the DMV. One week later, I received a bill from Progressive Insurance stating that the balance due was $260 and showed that they had received only $20. Thinking that this was an honest mistake by the broker, I immediately returned to this office, and before I could finish my sentence, the manager stood up, walked over to me and stated, "I don't care what you have to say buddy. Sue me. You probably don't even have papers." WTF!!! So I sued them. They went to small claims court and presented a contract which had my initials and signature OBVIOUSLY FORGED. The penmanship on what was supposedly my signature looked very neat, like a woman's handwriting. Their fraudulent contract stated that I agreed to a $260 broker fee. Who in their right mind would agree to such a ridiculous broker fee. The judge gave them a verbal lashing and ordered them to refund my $300 plus court fees. This experience now gets even worse. Approximately one week after one judge ruled in my favor and scolded them for their fraudulent business practices, I received a letter in the mail from the Pomona court stating that the broker business had filed an appeal and won. WTF!!!! I went to the court and asked why I hadn't been notified of the appeal so that I could have provided the original contract to the appeals judge and presented my case once again. The court clerk told me, "Honey, the court isn't obligated to notify you. You're lucky the appeal judge awarded you $70." To this broker business I say, SHAME ON YOU. To it's employees I say, if you're in on this scam, SHAME ON YOU. As for the Pomona Court and the way the appeal judge handled my case, I can see why you're doing small claims appeals, and you cant even do that right. PATHETIC. read more

Dont come here. They completely ripped me off and lied to me. The guy said my monthly was about $50 and i said "ok i'll pay for a year." I didnt pay attention to what i signed (thats my fault) and trusted them to not rip me off. Big mistake. Turns out the policy was for six months. I wound up paying 600+ dollars for a 6 month policy. Thats double the normal rate!! Even better? I wasnt informed my insurance lapsed until AFTER it expired. Fantastic. read more

I came in to awesome insurance yesterday morning after going to 2 other insurance companies to open a policy. The first 2 places were charging me a ridiculous amount for a down payment to open a new policy, i know roughly what is expected to pay and i 100% understand it's a business and they have to charge for their service but Adriana's insurance was over doing it. I walked in to awesome insurance and Nour took care of me and i wasn't even there for 20minutes, gave me a good price, answered all my questions and didn't bullshit me. I spent a total of 14 hours over 2-3 days at the DMV and didn't receive any help so I reached out to Rosie and not only did she take care of my issue but got it resolved in less than 15 minutes! They're partners with the DMV licensed professionals ready to get things done in no time. You are late with something. Had a suspension on my registration was in the shop no insurance etc etc. ran over here last minute and got it done for a small fee. They are the best In The west. This place is awesome at trying to rip people off. Came in today for a title transfer, the girl was gonna charge me $190. I was a lil shocked on how expensive it was gonna be. She said dmv was gonna charge me $155. So I declined their service and went to another place. There they charged me 100 flat. He told me dmv was gonna charge 60. So there you have it,be careful when dealing with these scammers. They will awesomely screw you over if given the opportunity. Zero stars read more

This place is beyond terrible and anything but awesome. I called for some information and the girl that answered the phone wouldn't give me an answer. So I asked to speak to her supervisor who was extremely rude and declined to give me the information I was asking for. Instead they just kept regurgitating the same answer which had nothing to do with what I was asking. I told her she was being very rude and instead of apologizing she hung up on me.
