Jeffery is awesome and very helpful. I just wasn't ready to change insurance co. Getting a homeowners insurance policy is way to expensive now. The cost has tripled. read more

Joel & Jeff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, they really go out of their way to make the insurance process smooth & easy. I needed to change my insurance a couple of times when I purchased new vehicles and it was refreshing not to have to go through a middle man or make a customer service center esq call. These super professional insurance agents and their staff are a real gem in the Chino area! Absolutely recommend :) read more

I've been a client for about 5 years now and Wright insurance has saved me a ton of money. Last year they saved me almost $700 when we bundled my home (wasn't an option earlier) with my auto. This year they worked with me and my wife to shave off another $250 off of our auto annual auto insurance. Jeff is always friendly, professional and always has my best interests in mind. He not just an insurance agent, he's more like my trusted insurance adviser. I even purchased my extended warranty for my corvette through them - it was a much better deal than what the dealership offered. To sum it up, I have better service, better coverage and better piece of mind. read more

I have been dealing with Nadia and she has been awesome I dealing with my multiple changes that I have made to my policy. Patient, understanding and professional. I highly recommend Wright insurance. read more

EXCELLENT INSURANCE AGENCY! We have had our auto insurance with Wright Insurance for over 20 years. There are a few areas in life that you need honest, integrity and peace of mind and one is in your auto insurance company. Wright Insurance has been that for us. They always work to get us the lowest premiums, handle any situation as quick as possible and usually say to us, "Don't worry, we've got a handle in this!" Next time you're looking for Auto Or Life or any type of insurance give them a call. We tried others in the Chino area and like I said, we've been with them for over 20 years! read more

Dave is seriously the BEST. Always fun to chat with and genuinely looks for the best insurance policy/pricing for you. Glad I can rely on such a great team for customer service and care! read more

I used to think having an insurance agent cost more, and doing it yourself was the way to go. Wrong! When my wife and I moved into a house in a fire zone and couldn't find homeowner's insurance at a reasonable price, a relative recommended Jeff Wright. Jeff saved us a ton of money right away. He then looked at our auto and other coverages and he saved us money there, too. He's also made sure we're safe, which is most important of all. From the beginning, Jeff has been friendly and professional. He always keeps track of our policies and makes sure we have the best deals. I also know that if any problem comes up, Jeff will be on the case 24-7 until we're back on our feet. Much better than doing it all yourself, and less money too! read more

I have been a customer of Wright Insurance for approximately 10 years and have never had to make a claim on my homeowners insurance. That was until this month we purchased a new home and got the keys only to find the water valve for the washing machine had not been turned all the way off and water had soaked through the walls and was running down the garage floor. Fortunately for me Jeff at Wright Insurance and Shannon crane from mercury could not have been better to me Shannon came out and took care of the claim even when the prior owners insurance denied the claim. I am very thankful to have mercury insurance and would recommend them to anyone. They have made a lifelong Mercury insurance customer ! Thank you Shannon and Jeff! read more

I can't say enough good things about these guys. People are always looking for the cheapest deal around and unfortunately you end up sacrificing quality. I don't ever look for the better deal as least not since I've been with Wright Insurance, their value is in the family owned business and personal customer service. Jeff has always been there for me and reached out to me personally if something wasn't right(on my part) to make sure I was always protected. Even when I sent him a text needing proof of insurance at 9pm at night because I left mine at home, Jeff responded instantly and got me an email to me! After 7 yrs with them I wouldn't go anywhere else their value is definitely in the way they take care of their customers. Thank you Jeff so much you are awesome!!!! read more

I've become very annoyed and frustrated with Jeff Wright who has been my insurance agent for over 25 years. His lack of responding to my emails and voice message is very discourteous, unprofessional, and unacceptable to me. It appears that it's time to take my business elsewhere. read more

I have been doing business with Wright since 2011. This office has been tremendously helpful. Whether I need to update my policy, inquire about discounts, or receive clarification in regards to premiums, the staff has always been tremendously helpful. They are patient in answering questions, timely in getting done whatever it is that needs to get done, and responsive to emails and phone calls. I started with only auto insurance, but because I appreciate all their efforts, I decided to move my homeowner's insurance, renter insurance, and earthquake insurance to the same policy just to be able to work with this team. And the funny thing about it all, I have not seen them via face-to-face in over four years because they are effective at communicating via e-mails and phone calls. I have not needed to step into their office. Special shout out to Nadia and Jeff! Thank you for being so helpful and patient these past five years. Looking forward to continue doing business with you in many more years to come. read more

I have been with Wright Insurance now for about 17 years! Dave Ross is wonderful! He is always very helpful with my needs for my car or house. He is on top of it and never minds when I call him. I have referred friends and family to him and this company over the years. Every time they have gone with them because they have the best prices! I recommend them 100%! read more

Jeff Wright is the consummate professional. Jeff took great care of me, answered tons of questions, and researched a policy that provided the same exact coverage as my AAA policy for about $700.00 per year less! Any other reviews regarding a lack of customer service just don't fit in with the outstanding level of customer service I received from Jeff and the rest of Wright Insurance. I have no qualms whatsoever in referring anyone to Wright Insurance because I know Jeff will take great care of all of his clients. read more

Jeff Wright and his staff are true professionals and SO easy to deal with. Wright Insurance saved me about $700 per year over AAA with the same insurance amounts and deductible! I could not be happier with Wright Insurance. Calls answered, super professional, willing to bend over backward for my business! read more

Have been with Wright Insurance for a number of years now after having been referred by a family member. We have always received very high customer service and Jeff is always very professional but also very caring of my family and our needs. Anytime we have needed to make changes to our plan or have ever had any issues come up, (such as when our mortgage company sent the home owners payment tithe wrong address) Jeff has handled them quickly and made things right with very little headache on my part. Also anytime I have been offered a lower rate by other insurance companies, Jeff has been able to look over our policy and found ways to still save us money along with providing amazing customer service. This is an agent who truly cares about your business, but also about your family and keeping you safely insured. I highly recommend Wright to family and friends! read more
