I've been a client for about 5 years now and Wright insurance has saved me a ton of money. Last year they saved me almost $700 when we bundled my home (wasn't an option earlier) with my auto. I have been a customer of Wright Insurance for approximately 10 years and have never had to make a claim on my homeowners insurance. That was until this month we purchased a new home and got the keys only to find the water valve for the washing machine had not been turned all the way off and water had soaked through the walls and was running down the garage floor. Fortunately for me Jeff at Wright Insurance and Shannon crane from mercury could not have been better to me Shannon came out and took care of the claim even when the prior owners insurance denied the claim. I can't say enough good things about these guys. People are always looking for the cheapest deal around and unfortunately you end up sacrificing quality. I don't ever look for the better deal as least not since I've been with Wright Insurance, their value is in the family owned business and personal customer service. Whether I need to update my policy, inquire about discounts, or receive clarification in regards to premiums, the staff has always been tremendously helpful. They are patient in answering questions, timely in getting done whatever it is that needs to get done, and responsive to emails and phone calls. I started with only auto insurance, but because I appreciate all their efforts, I decided to move my homeowner's insurance, renter insurance, and earthquake insurance to the same policy just to be able to work with this team. And the funny thing about it all, I have not seen them via face-to-face in over four years because they are effective at communicating via e-mails and phone calls.
