I've been calling for the past year trying to get my loans situated and I get no call back. Last week I finally got someone to answer they told me Crystal is not in but they will look at my account and find out what I need to put on my taxes. I told them it was urgent that I got the info that day since my accountant was working on my papers. The lady assured me she would call, leave a voicemessage, abs email me by the end of the day. A week later and not only did I not hear back from them but they are not answering any calls. I loved working with Crystal but the stress I've been under because of the company putting me on the back burner is not even worth it at this point. So sad I have to find another loan advisor.

When you are looking for help with credit, when there are issues and you need answers in an area that most of us really know very little about, this is the place you want to be. MY STORY I consulted with Dean on questions I had about a mortgage, a Refi, that I had taken out on my home with another lender. I received the rate I wanted from the lender, but not without the lender calling me at the last moment claiming there was some sort of hit on my credit and then trying to jack the price up by almost $1000. Being a homeowner and not a financial wizard, I did not know any of the nuances involved in financing or getting credit ratings or any of that stuff - most of us don't. I needed to understand what had transpired and if it was feasible to do that, what it meant to my record, and whether my lender was acting aboveboard. Dean was able to listen to what I had to say and explain back to me what the facts were regarding the credit report. The lender was trying to hit me with an increased rate on a disputed item that was over 12, probably 15 years old, I mean way back. Come to find out, thanks to Dean's knowledge, that in California credit items that are more than four years old are dead and undistributable, so the fact that the lender told me it was being taken for action and would affect my loan was a total lie!! I have a lot more work and investigation to do on this, but using Dean proved to be an excellent choice!! In a world full of scammers, shaky plans and programs for credit fixes et cetera, knowing that someone like Dean is there to legitimately, honestly and with integrity help you really means a lot to me. I hope you'll give him a chance because when things are negative and things are desperate, you need to be sure that the person you talk to has both the knowledge and the integrity to help you and Dean has both!

Adrien jumped erratically between topics, clipped terminology mid-sentence, and attempted to showcase expertise through jargon that ultimately backfired. His use of a graph depicting tax history and national debt felt performative rather than informative--a clear turnoff. Mentions of Roth conversions were casually dropped, seemingly to entice attendees into future consultations rather than to educate. At no point did either presenter cite their professional credentials, nor are any verifiable designations listed on their website. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the material presented. The venue--a community room at the local library--was poorly maintained. We were forced to relocate due to visibly dirty tables and stained surfaces. The acoustics were equally problematic: excessive echo and ambient noise severely undermined any attempt at meaningful communication. It's unclear why MLFS couldn't secure a venue that meets basic health and presentation standards--such as a clean, carpeted hotel conference room with proper sound insulation and equipment. Victoria encouraged attendees to grab snacks as the session approached lunchtime, triggering a chorus of crinkling bags and chewing that further disrupted the already fractured delivery. Overall, this seminar failed on every metric: content quality, presenter skill, venue hygiene, and professional credibility. Within 15 minutes, we were compelled to leave--astonished by the lack of coherence and institutional rigor. It was, without exaggeration, the most poorly executed seminar we've ever attended.
