And I would also like to recognize Sofia, very understanding and helpful when trying to make a payment arrangement due to unforeseen circumstances which I needed to move my payment date. However the manager Jennifer, is very rude and lacking customer service skills. When she called me to discuss my payment being late (of course I take full responsibility) she introduced herself and bluntly and rudely said "Your payment is late. Why?". I have been in customer service in many fields for over 15 years. The lack of customer service or any kind of understanding or empathy was completely absent. I was not asking for a miracle with my credit score, I was aware how I messed up my credit but I didn't know how to tackle it to get it better, Mr. Chris highly recommended not to worry that he will help me that that's why I hired him, he'll tackle these companies to try and get rid of them from my credit score, 3 months pass by and I ask for a update of how the situation is going, no response.
