This might be the most important review I ever write. If you're reading this, like you, I searched…read moregoogle and then went to Yelp, as I always do. If you're reading this, I want you to pause and truly absorb this review, because I was in your exact position not long ago. If you're grappling with student loan debt, particularly if your wages are being garnished or about to be, I understand how overwhelming and stressful it can be. It can make you feel trapped and unable to move forward. I personally experienced this firsthand, as I had been dealing with a garnishment for years and had accumulated a staggering $368,000 in student loan debt from a community college and a bachelors, that included accumulated interest. A never ending nightmare. Once a wage garnishment finished, another garnishment for student loan would start. It was endless. However, it's important to recognize that there are solutions available, and seeking the right assistance can significantly transform your situation if you're being garnished or about to be. Christopher Peters provided me with the guidance and support I needed, and his impact on my life is profound. I transitioned from feeling powerless and helpless due to the garnishment to finally having a clear plan and a sense of peace of mind. It wasn't an overnight process by all means, but taking that initial step made all the difference. It took me over a decade to make that call, but I did it. I only wish I had taken action sooner, as many of us do when we find relief. It's just I let the hopeless feeling take over thinking nothing could be done and this was to be expected. I'm glad I took the chance and called the firm. I'm now on a structured payment plan with my student loans and not being garnished. A BIG win for me!! If you're struggling with student loan debt, with a garnishment on your earned wages, don't ignore it or assume that you're out of options if you're being garnished. Don't wait! They may be able to fight for you. Remember , the right guidance can help you stop the bleeding and begin the process of rebuilding your financial life if you're in garnishment. Fullman Firm assisted me in my fight, as their help truly changed everything in my situation. I hope they can change yours.

I contacted this firm regarding a default judgment matter and was assigned to a case manager,…read moreStanley Gibson. The initial conversation was condescending. He walked us through the obvious steps of the process as if we were slow, without actually answering the questions we asked. He followed up with a brief email containing a quote and nothing else. I emailed him my questions on July 22 and got no response. When I called to follow up, he answered by asking if I was a different client, using that person's full first and last name, rather than asking who was calling. For a firm handling people's financial information, that's a problem. When I asked about my questions, he said he didn't care, that the lawyer would answer if he answered, and hung up on me. I reported this to the manager, Joshua Rubio, who was apologetic and asked me to send my questions so the attorney could respond. Instead of answers, I eventually got a forwarded email from a senior partner declining to take my business, saying the relationship had broken down. The only thing that had broken down was that I complained about how their case manager treated me. None of my actual questions were ever answered. The quote was reasonable, but I could not get basic information before paying.

I went into this with the expectation that change will not happen overnight and that it may take several months if not almost a year.
