I hired this business last year to help prepare my credit from some stupid mistakes I made when I was younger, resulting in a couple of charge-offs multiple collections, and hard inquiries. The pricing was reasonable and affordable for me. After some time, I noticed progress, and after the quoted timeframe from when I signed up, everything was resolved, and my credit score went from 520 to 760. I went into this with the expectation that change will not happen overnight and that it may take several months if not almost a year. I see some of these other reviews being negative and I believe there is more to the story with these individuals than what they are sharing. There are always two sides to a story. I brought all my issue to this company five months ago lol and I am about 75% into my contract with them. I've seen significant changes in my credit score. I've seen multiple negative things removed and I have nothing bad to say about them they stay in communication with me they've always been very understanding I highly recommend their services just stay honest with them and keep an open flow communication and you will see a significant change. I especially want to shout out to my customer service rep Jascha he's extremely knowledgeable and whenever I tell him that he's overwhelming he always slows it down for me and takes it in my pace. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS SERVICE! I have hardly given a bad review to anyone but I wish this one has 0 instead of giving 1. All was going well with communication until the creditors started to sue me. That's what Karina was paid in full (really high price compared to others I have seen after signing up with her). She completely ignores you and blocks you for few weeks. Then calls back and gives you hope she'll work on it. She refused to answer my calls after that. When I call with another number, she answers then snaps at me saying she hasn't been to work for few days. Why did she not respond to my calls yet answer another? Notice, she doesn't respond to the ones that criticized her on the reviews. To add to the insult, every since I've given my social security number to karina, I've had bills coming from Experian every two weeks. Couldn't stop it until I closed my credit card. Extremely worried my information was given to the wrong person. I know I have been taken and fooled but I will not let her do this to anyone else. Please do not use her service and recommend anyone to use her. This is beyond unprofessionalism but playing with people's lives. Karina will impress the kcuf out of you.trust. Best advice would be to be half a year patient. I went in not knowing what I was getting myself into. First time I ever bothered with credit repair. I had about 29 charge offs and collection accounts starting with all three credit bureaus together. Other accounts had late payments but I'm not gonna bother talking about those. I went from 29 chargeoffs/collections to now 11. In a matter of 6 months. I am a little upset that she didn't let me know that she could've gotten all these chargeoffs/collections off within the 6 months if I paid the full amount up front. The price is upfront,steep,but upfront and definitely affordable of you do monthly payments. I paid $3000 in payments for all those charge offs,collections,late payments,misleading reporting information and 52 hard inquiries to be removed. I consider my situation pretty bad. You would more than likely pay less than I did considering you didnmt get yourself mixed up in unsecured personal and installment loans. This should have been written along time ago, but better later than never. I met Ana at Credit Expectations last year July 2017. I had been a renter of apartments and houses all my adult life. I never valued having good credit, I felt it was too hard to achieve and that people who had good credit were the wealthiest people. Last year with the advice of a close friend I call Ana for help. I was renting a house for 7 years. The owner of the house told me you have to move out by 2018. I was devastated, shocked, scared and felt overwhelmed. I knew I had a great career as a nurse and my income was good, but my credit scores were in the low 400s. I admit the first time calling Ana, I thought this is one of those scam companies and all they want is my money. I WAS SO WRONG! After my first conversation with Ana I was confident and ready for the battle of building my credit. My husband and I made the decision to buy a house and never rent again. I never wanted to feel that fear of someone telling me I had to move. I spoke with Ana on regular basis, I began to feel like she was a good friend with great guidance and knowledge. I received weekly and monthly updates about the status of my credit. Within 9 months of working with Ana, and saving money, My husband and I bought our first house together. We closed escrow May 2018. I was so excited and happy!!! Before working with Ana my score was 405, and when I bought my house my score was around 690. After buying my home I continued to work with Ana. I thought just because I was able to buy a house I could get approved for anything. Nope, that was not the case! The battle was not over! I wanted better than a 690. I wanted higher credit limits and more trust with the credit bureau. Even after buying a house credit card companies did not want to give me a credit increase or a new card. I was still working with just two secured credit cards from Wells Fargo and Capitol One. The highest limit for Capitol One was only $500. I was feeling disappointed and frustrated because I wanted to have better limits or get approved for a home improvement loan. After 3 more months of Ana's hard work I applied for a credit card with American Express and was approved for a $3000 limit. Yeeeessss!!! And it is unsecured. Two days later I applied for a Capitol One unsecured card and great news I was approved for a $9000 limit. I couldn't believe it!!! I would have never thought having a score of 405 would climb to 725. Now I'm confident that working with Ana at Credit Expectations I could get to a credit score of 800 plus!!
