I came to Diamonds Tax completely overwhelmed. As a business owner, taxes felt like a monster I could never get ahead of, and after going through two accountants and four bookkeepers, I was honestly losing hope. Then I found Dahlia and her team, and everything changed. She has saved me over $10,000 through tax strategies I never even knew existed. I started with her as a sole proprietorship and, thanks to her guidance and advice, I have grown into an S Corp. That kind of growth does not happen without someone truly invested in your success. Her team is incredibly responsive. Questions never go unanswered. And having bookkeeping, payroll, and tax strategy all handled under one roof at Diamonds Tax has been a complete game changer for my business. I am so grateful that I have referred my entire family to her. If you are a business owner who is stressed, behind, or just tired of feeling like taxes are out of your control, stop scrolling and call Diamonds Tax. Dahlia is the one. read more

Very unprofessional and condescending. Set 1 foot in her office and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Not even worth the effort. She was late to our appointment and really didn't apologize for that, then had a very condescending attitude about the fact that we had done our own business taxes for past years--and only needed her services for the current year. Needless to say, we found competent help to reconcile our books and assist with taxes. So glad to have looked for someone else we can trust. Good luck to anyone using her. read more

I can't recommend Dimond Tax enough. Dalia was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. She caught details I would've completely missed from pervious years and made sure I was getting the best possible outcome. On top of that, she's responsive, professional, and just really easy to work with--tax season is way less stressful with her in your corner. read more

Dalia was super friendly and took me in the same day I called her. She has an accent so I think people confuse her for being rude but she's really not, maybe a bit straightforward but that's fair as she's running a business!! I was a bit apprehensive after calling her but once I got to her office and met her in person I was happy I went through with my appointment. She was the cheaper option compared to other quotes I got too and as a college student, I didn't want to owe anything (which I was told I would by a different preparer) but I didn't! She was able to get me a refund and I'll definitely be seeing her next year :) if you have a small business or have multiple forms (salon, booth rental, college student, stocks &bonds) she's you're girl! read more

Very unprofessional and Dalia will treat you like you're nothing in a heartbeat. I gave her 2+ years of my business and LOYALTY and after today will no longer be going to her. There was a mishap of communication. Moral of the story is, I needed Dalia to file something for me before the due date which is Dec 31st which was couple weeks away. I contacted her Monday, got no response. No response on Tuesday. So I contact her again Wednesday, and I guess it was her assistant that finally replied saying Dalia was out on vacation until Jan 6th, which she could've notified us in advance or at least replied and let me know when I first contacted her on Monday. I get that it's holiday season and people are busy, heck I was super busy too at work and also taking care of a little one on my own so I lost track of time. But in this industry, when the client needs something no matter if you're out of town or not and if its your business, isn't it only right that you or at least your assistant does their job correctly and give your clients a quick response and still try to help out?? I have friends that are CPA and they can work remote and always try to work around with clients. Today I saw a totally different side to her and it was not pleasant at all. Very rude, unprofessional, and quick to cut me off as a client. She lost a good loyal client who gave her 2 + YEARS OF LOYALTY AND RESPECT, she just easily told me to go somewhere else and she doesn't want to do business with me LOL. I got no words on her childish behavior. read more

First I made a meeting with her and she cancelled my meeting because her office hours are changed. If thats so, you should change your scheduling then! Secondly when I called her she was very unprofessional and all i asked is couple advice I needed for my new LLC so I can understand what I am doing in my new LLC. She just ignored and said I cannot answer any of that sorry!! "You can google that!" Jeez what an answer! She is just unprofessional and the way she talks is unprofessional too. I am clueless in taxes and want to know how should I put prices for my products and how the federal tax will charge me at the end of the year based off on how much i make! I was friendly first in the call, a man seeking help for understanding his rights. Its my fault to go for her i have heard a lot of bad reviews about her firm. Not recommended for anyone seeking any advice for their taxes. She is not worthy your time. read more

She is unprofessional to deal with her new customers. I am an IT project manager and my husband is a maintenance manager. We reserved a call to discuss with her the strategies to fill our tax once my husband answered her call after she was 20 min late she rushed to shut down the call because she thought we are using her time for a free consultation without even listening to my husband which give me an impression that she even didn't check our filling records to think about that. read more

What a tremendous tax service this office provides! Dalia is incredibly courteous, friendly and most of all, efficient and great at what she does. I had been doing my tax returns with the big green machine of HR Block for the last 5 years and their outrageous costs to file finally broke my wallet last year. A good friend of mine recommended Dalia, and I'm not exaggerating, I got the absolute best tax return/refund I have ever gotten! Dalia courteously even offered to review my tax return from last year and she found mistakes made by the expensive big guys and will re-file last year for us. My wife and I could not be happier or more satisfied with the service quality, integrity and friendlies. I highly...highly recommend this office for all your tax and financial services needs year round! read more

So after filing my taxes on my own I received over $5,000 more than I would have if I filed with Diamonds tax. I was told I could not file because of the very little EDD money I had received. When I asked if she could file anyways she said that was unethical and couldn't because she's licensed and can not do illegal things. TurboTax allowed me to file and submit my taxes and everything went fine. I was not asking to break the law I was asking if it can be filed as turbo tax was allowing me to. She made zero effort to ask about any additional income or situations to help us. I figured all of that out on my own. The review that states she will treat you right if she's making money off of you is 100% true. If you chose to go here just be careful to not ask questions or make her feel like she's not the professional or she will literally refuse your service. Just make sure you act accordingly because like she states they have the right to refuse service to anyone they see fit. Warranted or not. I do not leave unwarranted bad reviews. I want to uplift and encourage our local business but my experience was too horrible not to share. read more

untrusted person and Not professional at all,, she mostly don't answer calls or txt for days

Dalia did my taxes. She was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I will be coming back next year. Prices are good too.

We used YELP to look for a local tax preparer and found DIAMONDS TAX. We called the office in the afternoon and that same night we were entertained. We decided to take our taxes to Diamonds Tax after being frustrated with our previous tax preparer. We were at Diamonds to just file for the upcoming tax year and came out filing an amendment to prior tax years to obtain refund from the previous year. Dalia Shehata really impressed us with her professionalism and attention to details. Dalia was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process and very pleasant to work with. Also, we were able to do the filing and amendment in a matter of days. We are so glad we found Diamonds Tax and their prices are reasonable! read more
