More than 5 stars! I highly recommend this tax accounting firm. They are extremely professional, deeply knowledgeable, and always responsive. Every time I reach out, they address my concerns promptly and clearly. Working with Dana has completely transformed how we view our business finances. Her attention to detail is unmatched; she is incredibly reliable and leaves absolutely no stone unturned. From providing expert guidance during audits to managing standard tax preparation, her proactive communication ensures we are never left in the dark. Thanks to her, our family business navigated through an audit smoothly, with no problems! What really sets Dana apart, though, is her demeanor. She is friendly and patient, bringing a sense of calm to high-stress financial situations that would otherwise feel overwhelming. After owning a small business for 12 years, I've been through my share of CPAs. Dana and her team is the most available and ready team I've worked with. Dana goes over the numbers, explains them in a way that makes sense, helps create strategies for the near and long-terms goals instead of just saying do it or don't do it and we'll figure it out. The team went over my previous returns, past goals, and explained where things were aligned and where it may have been misaligned. Dana shares her experience, expertise, and connections to facilitate a more efficient system for my family and my show. She has been available for questions at every moment and I have the upmost trust that she is constantly looking over my files personally. Can't recommend Dana and her team enough! read more

I can't say enough great things about Grace Tax Group team. Their service and communication are absolutely top-notch -- especially my CPA, Dana. Dana has been helping me with my business taxes since 2021, and I have zero regrets. I was a new and small business that needed help fixing and filing my taxes. She's incredibly responsive, always answering my questions quickly and thoroughly. Also her expertise and willingness to go above and beyond have made a huge difference in my business. I've been to many CPAs in my life and have never gotten along with one as well as I do with Dana. She's personable, efficient and knows the answers to everything I've asked for. I felt like I've LEARNED from Dana which is something I've never gotten from my previous CPAs. It was so nice to learn how to save on my taxes and what I should be doing for my investments that I've made. I feel like my assets are protected and I know what to do going forward with my taxes for the upcoming year. Dana will be my CPA for life and I'm extremely happy I found her. This review is 100% deserved in every aspect! read more

I had so many complications -- previously misfiled taxes, dual citizenship, moving internationally, back-filing, income from multiple sources, stocks, everything!! Dana and I had multiple conversations over zoom and phone to resolve everything and I felt nothing but trust the entire time. The team was able to review my taxes and fix costly mistakes from a previous firm filing my taxes incorrectly and I received money back, twice. They communicated frequently and in a timely way over email, and I was constantly kept in the loop if any delays came up. The online portal they used for file uploads and esignatures was great and easy to use on desktop and mobile. When they had to mail something to me to sign and send back (internationally!) they even included a sticker with their return address. Very detailed, thorough, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I would recommend Grace Tax Group to anyone who needs taxes filed in CA, especially if you also have international tax concerns. I'm so glad I chose them for my taxes. Every cent was worth it for the peace of mind they brought me. read more

The service attitude was very poor. I called to inquire about tax filing and specifically requested assistance in Chinese. I was first told that a transfer to a Chinese-speaking representative was available. However, after the call was transferred, the new representative said that only English was available. When I then switched to English, the call was abruptly disconnected without any explanation. read more

Where the American education system failed me, Grace Tax Group did not. I am perhaps the most financially illiterate person and I'm friends with someone with a 400 credit card score. I called Grace Tax Group using the number provided on Yelp and was greeted by a friendly agent of the group. Dana was professional and educated when answering all my ridiculous questions when it came to filing my taxes. I think she and I had a good laugh at how I was able to make it this far in life filing taxes that I did my previous employment years. Dana helped me file for my 2024 taxes and even provided advice on registering my own business in California and the IRS. The tax group's services are extensive and affordable. I'm grateful to have found this firm and I'm looking forward to many years of business with them. read more

I cannot speak enough good things about Grace Tax Group! Dana took the time to comb through many, many pages of tax documents and our case was not simple. I went back to her two times and each time she did an amazing job! She saved me money with the most recent filing and it was a major life saver!! I can't recommend Dana enough. If you want someone who is experienced, knowledgeable and delivers great service, this is the place to go! Dana is awesome!! read more

I recently came to Dana for the taxes related to my personal training business. As someone who is very cautious about COVID, she made sure to keep her distance and provided an extremely clean environment for me to discuss all of my issues. She went the extra mile to make sure that I was fully informed on how to save the most amount of money on my taxes and it was honestly the best financial decision I made in 2022. Dana is so much more than an accountant. She's a great friend and I really trust her with everything in regards to my business and expenses! read more

5/5 starts, great service! I have used this business over the years to help me manage my books and file. They have helped me manage two real estate companies, and a software LLC business -- exceptional service! If you need help with a small or medium sized business, Grace Tax Group is the one to use. The bonus here is that their fees are very competitive and reasonable for what you get in return. I highly recommend this business! read more

I own an Amazon business where I sell make up bags and 2020 was where I found some really big success. I hate paperwork so I was really lost when it came to the taxes on the money I made. Dana is my savior because she really guided me through the process on how to save money and pay within the legal range. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and she really communicated very clearly what each and every step entailed. Dana you are the best! Thank you so much for your help. Had a great experience working with Dana this tax season! I feel like I'm a pretty uncomplicated case, but she still took the time to go through what to expect and the timeline for filing. I also really appreciated her advice for how to improve my finances and savings and tailor them to my current income and goals. She's quick, efficient, professional, and communicates well. I used to do my own tax thru Turbo but it had given me troubles for the past two years. (yeah I guess no complains because it's free but there were glitches so I re-did them handful of times & even customers service can't resolve for the peace of mind...) when you hide your personal paperwork a little too well & freaking out; didn't find them til the deadline is near... I called over five CPAs in the area & of course none of them are taking any new clients but Dana SAVED me!!! Friendly, upfront, professional, calm & too nice to be true under pressure for a crazy tax season handling a mess (me) while constantly communicating for updates & needs. Excellent customer service, five stars well deserved!! Thank you very much, Dana & team!!! read more

I own a food blog and get paid through an ad network which supplements my income. My previous CPA did not know how to handle it which is what led me to find Dana. Dana informed me about tons of decisions I could make and really guided me through the entire process (sorry for being so annoying Dana). She's a great person and I will be coming to her again for my tax issues! read more

Honestly, I was blown away by how great of a service I received from Dana. I came to Dana with concerns about a new house I bought and wanted to learn more about the property taxes. I took a big hit to my business during covid and Dana really helped me out through that extremely tough time. She gave me tips on how to maximize my losses and, honestly, she's the reason my business is even running today. My personal and corp taxes were a complete mess. Since last year, Dana has been our personal and corporate accountant and financial advisor and I learned more about investments with her in one sitting than I ever thought possible. Dana is awesome! I have a hard time going out these days due to COVID which is why its so awesome that Dana provides virtual services where I can get her service from the safety of my own house. My parents own a restaurant out in LA and it was pretty difficult to find an accountant who speaks Korean. I contacted Dana for this reason but she really blew me away with her costumer service.
