I found BCT Accountancy Corp on Yelp/Google while searching for someone I could truly trust with my complex tax return. I was initially skeptical of the thirteen 5-star reviews--but after my previous preparer completely mishandled my 2024 filing, I needed a real expert to fix the mess. Working with Dora over the past three weeks has been an absolute relief. She is professional, diligent, responsive, and refreshingly humble. What impressed me most is her integrity--if she doesn't immediately know something, she says so and then dives deep into research to ensure everything is handled accurately and efficiently. My return involved RSUs, ESPPs, out-of-state rental property, brokerage accounts, and W-2 income--no small task. Dora not only corrected my 2024 errors but also optimized my filing strategy, ultimately helping me recover money I had overpaid. Her attention to detail and strategic approach made a measurable difference. Unlike larger firms that delegate work to junior staff, Dora personally handles everything from start to finish. Having one knowledgeable expert manage the entire process provides incredible peace of mind. While she's not a financial advisor, she also shared valuable insights to help me make smarter tax decisions moving forward. I couldn't be happier with her service and will absolutely continue working with her. Proud to be her 14th 5-star review! read more
