We used to work with luz when she worked with a different company brilliant industries. When we wanted to keep working on our credit we called her and she was now with a new company called blue print so we proceeded to work with her to help my boyfriend get his credit fixed or atleast help him be able to get approved for credit cards. He paid for a trade line which was $2,000 which was a lot but she told us it would work. He applied for credit cards after getting the trade line and either way was denied. We contacted Luz why and she said she would help. We waited but never got help or any credit improvement. So we literally paid for that trade line for NO REASON!!! WASTE OF MONEY! We felt we had more improvements on his credit with the other company. Definitely don't recommend! read more

BEWARE OF FRADULENT SERVICES. I was reffered through a real estate company to work with Luz to clean up my credit! Luz was easy to speak to and was fast to communicate. I trusted Luz and her team to remove old accounts off of my credit report in feb of 2023, Luz told me that I should see results by june last year. Id been very patient, I spoke to Ines everysingle month but the real questions I had where not being answered. My accounts are in the same condition today June 13, 2024, as when I signed up, absolutely nothing has changed. Thats 16 months later! Also just to add, I was in touch with the real estate company THAT REFFERED ME TO LUZ and theyve informed me that they NO LONGER work with Luz because of too many complaints in the same nature as my case here. I have a hard time reaching Luz, last wednesday she called me and when i expressed i was unhappy with the services and was looking to be refunded, she told me that she needed a couple of days to go over my file, she then scheduled with me a call back to go over everything so that the issue at hand can be resolved. Luz failed to stick to our schedule. she never called me, never messaged me and has been running from my phone calls text messages and emails ever since. Luz leaves Ines to handle everything for her and take my complaints as Luz is the only person in this business who can issue back refunds. Ive had 3 scheduled phone appointments with her which all where left with no hearing from her. I requested a peaceful termination of this matter and I expressed in emails that I felt that this was fradulent. The emails were CC'D between Luz, Ines and myself. Ines has been in communication with me and is not responsible for these matters just to add. I mentioned taking Legal action if i had to, thats not my wish as it just seems like more of a headache for everyone involved and one would think that a bussiness owner (i myself am one) would take pride in their customer service since this is what it is all about. I was assured that Luz reads all of her emails and all they can do is apoligize to me because they dont have answers for me anymore! I really hope Luz returns my money, this says a lot about a person on so many levels. This is a warning for all who may be considering to conduct business with this company. Dont! 1.Thank you for responding to my review considering you wouldn't respond to my text messages nor calls. Just to clarify if you would have told me since the beginning that the amount of accounts the process was going to take longer. I would have been okay with that it because I am aware of the amount of work that needs to be done. Unfortunately you did not explain that to me I am upset because the time is longer than what was promised. I understand this is your business in as such you have to close deals however you can but do not over promise... 2. Regarding the garnishment you think I'm stupid it seems by the $475.00 covers the court but again you have a bad habit of saying things that are not true because when it comes to garnishment you file with sheriffs not court and it's absolutely free... "SO BASICALLY $475.00 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING" and paid paralegal $150.00. 3. Because you felt the need to put numbers out there so I'm going to clarify that as well so I paid you $600.00 to dismiss garnishment instead what paralegal did was to offer a settlement amount a total!loss and negative for me.I paid you $3295 to remove all negatives from my credit. So now I have to pay an additional 9955 because of the poor work of paralegal now I'm negative -$13,250 so I don't know why you think you have helped me. 4. To finish your processing department has always been in contact with me. Furthermore, they have always explained and answered any concerns. Truthfully, in that matter I am thankful for customer service now my question is who is going to cover the settlement that your legal department offer to do without asking if I was OK with settling these accounts.
