Highly recommend A4CPT! My wife and I had a free initial consultation to discuss probate taxes, property tax reduction, and TIAA retirement planning. The receptionist made the intake process smooth and welcoming. Kendra Salot took the time to understand our situation, answered our questions openly, and made excellent points. It was a great first exchange, and we look forward to working with them on our tax needs. read more

I had issues with the IRS and FTB. Unfortunately, my longtime tax professional had taken ill and died suddenly. He did not have a succession plan and on the advice of counsel, his executor destroyed all of his records. Although I did not have copies of all previous filings, Kendra was able to piece things together and get me back on track. What I like best is that, as busy as she is, Kendra treats me like I am her only client. read more

Kendra has made tax season so much less stressful for us the past 2 years. She is incredibly thorough, excellent at explaining everything, and personable! Both years she's handled our taxes I have walked away with so much more than just tax-prep. We don't have complicated finances, but I still prefer to come to A4CPT for the wealth of knowledge they provide helping us navigate the current tax season while preparing us for next year. I especially appreciate that no question is too big or too small - she takes the time to help you understand your financial situation. 10/10 and 100% recommend! read more

As a new business owner I was out and about searching for a CPA with extended knowledge in in-home childcare. After my third try, Kendra provided me with an immense amount of support to prepare the appropriate documentation needed in my business records and be ready to do our taxes. I have also received her services for QuickBooks which she provided phenomenal opportunities for me to learn more about business expenses. It is her transparency of what is expected from her performance and reputable business knowledge that trust was built and I was relieved from the stress weighing on me. I have worked with her in Quickbooks and Tax preparation for 2 consecutive years and many years more to come. Even though it is her professionalism and expertise I was engaged to continue doing business with her, it is the respectful and professional relationship we built that keeps me coming back to her. read more

Have only had 2 interactions. Tax prep and a consult to prepare going forward, since we are close to retirement. Sadly almost all financial decisions in our household we ask how we are affecting our tax responsibility. Used to prepare our taxes for several years. Two years there was issues. One was easily corrected on our own and when asked questions they provided no help. The following year another mistake was made were they transposed numbers resulting in later owing a large sum. During the process of trying to figure out problems Kenda and her team completely ghosted us. There were phone call after phone call and emails sent. She was always too busy to call us back and emails stated we would get a call that never came. When I started calling from my phone they wouldn't ever pick up. I would call from another phone number right after and would pick up right away. Obviously hiding from having to answer any questions or fix their mistake. I had to pay a separate company to repair her mistakes. I recommend many clients to her over several years but they have all left due to bad service. I would not recommend at all. Bad business practices. read more
