I would leave negative stars if I could. I took my 4runner here a few weeks ago for an oil change, it's been to this location a few times over the years. The young kids that worked there seemed completely distracted and more concerned with each other than their work. After nearly 2 hours wait time I leave. 2 days later on my way out of town for the weekend my engine starts knocking. We pull over, and my oil tank is BONE DRY. My car has never had an issues with oil leaks and I find it very hard to believe that 5.5 quarts of oil managed to mysteriously leak from my car in 2 days time without any evidence of it doing so..:no spot on our driveway, no oil mess in my motor, NOTHING. In calling jiffy lube we were basically told our only option is to pay $2k+ to have someone tear apart our motor and diagnose the problem, at which point a manager from jiffy lube would review that diagnosis to determine if they will help us (I'm sorry but I have NO faith in any jiffy lube employee at this point to trust them with anything to do with my vehicle.) We were also told that this facility has NO RECORD of the exact amount of oil that is put into each vehicle to prove the amount in my car when I left (I'm sure the EPA Will love that.) AND we were told their way of "pressure testing" the vehicle after the oil change is to put the cap on and see it the pressure light turns on. What?! That makes no sense. So basically they have no tangible data to verify oil actually went into my car that day, we're expected to take their word for it. A complaint has been filed with the beauro Of automotive repair and the environmental protection agency since jiffy lube refuses to take responsibility or help us with this mess. I was charged $100 dollars, and they could not change the oil filter on my car. They suggested I take it back where I had the oil changed last time and have the filter replaced there. Now, I need to pay somebody else to get the job done. What a waste!! read more

Wow, how things can change! Went by for an oil change, waited around 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and atleast let me know if was going to be possible ( I understand there may be staffing shortage/ or long wait times) and nothing happened. While waiting I saw people coming in and out of the building with no masks on, despite the signs everywhere stating that they are required. I had an overall great experience today at Jiffy Lube La Sierra. I needed to get an oil changed after work before heading home, and saw a banner flying outside this place for a $21.99 oil change. When pulling up I was greeted by the friendly staff and he asked me what I needed. I told him just an oil change, and he wasn't pushy or trying to up sell me any other services. The whole process took about 25 minutes. They changed the oil and checked/filled all my fluid levels, as well as wiped down all my windows. The manager or head bay person saw that my floor mats were dirty and even vacuumed my entire car out. He was super friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone out there looking for a great oil change place. I usually do most my own car maintenance, but many of these places offer such great prices, it's hard to justify me doing it now. Thanks Jiffy Lube, will definitely come again. read more

I think Jiffy Lube is over charge for their worst service. They charge me 120 for my Toyota synthetic oil change minus 20 dollar coupon, while Toyota dealer charge me around 70 only. In addition, they broke my oil filter cover and use disgusting oil. Will never come back here again. read more

I went in on March 2, 2019, and was assisted by Anthony who exuded pristine customer service and professionalism. I like the fact that he did not try to pull any fast ones on me because I am a female. He even gave me a good deal on my air filter, in which I was remiss in changing. Unlike the Jiffy Lube in Perris, wherein these guys tried to get me to pay for unnecessary stuff. I personally like the special care they offer with the window cleaning, etc. Although I live in Temecula, I find myself going to the Jiffy Lube in Riverside. However, the cost was $104 (with a coupon) for an oil change for my 4runner! I usually pay around $68 and if I wasn't tight on time, I would have left. Took my car here some months ago for an oil change. About a month ago I realized that I had a small oil leak spotting in my drive way. But I ignored it thinking it had been there from before we owned the home. Weeks later realized it was spotting more. So finally I decided to get under my truck and check it out. Thought my seal was bad or something, but decided to do the oil change myself. And to my surprise, my oil filter and drain plug were lose and oil leaking from both. Just drops but leaking none the less. Now my drive way looks like crap and my oil was low. Not going here again. They were nice though. That's why they get more than 1 Star. But I won't be back. Never take your car here my dad took our car 2 years so they could change oil and all the things the car needed and they charge us 97 dollars because they said they were going to change the oil,filters,etc.Our car some days ago was having trouble and we took it to the mechanic and they told us it needed a new filter and all those things because we have never change it since we got the car that it was 2019 and all we have been doing is changing oil so all jiffy lube has done is that they change the oil but never filters and all those.So they charge us 95 for just changing oil when just changing oil costs 45 dollars with them.I don't recommend you taking your car there.I hope they don't keep doing the same thing with more people because that is not good. read more

Was out with family on our way to dinner discussing the fact that the car really needed an oil change, and that we'd have to get it done first thing in the morning before we started a long trip. We saw this Jiffy Lube open next to a restaurant so we changed our dinner plans. I dropped off my family, told them to order for me and pulled into Jiffy Lube. What happened next just blew me away. I was spoken to so rudely,so belligerently, and with such disdain I couldn't believe my ears. I tried, I really tried to overlook it for as I mentioned I badly needed an oil change. She continued her poor customer service to the point I simply couldn't do business with anyone that would treat a customer this way. I left. Addendum: I spoke with the Manager today, Adrian. He well extremely apologetic and assured me he spoke with his employee first thing today. Slowest Jiffy Lube ever. I've been going to this location since we moved to Riverside and it's gotten progressively worse. We dropped off my car before noon went a few miles away to take our dogs to the vet, were there for 45min, came back and my car wasn't even pulled into a bay. We went and ate Canes for lunch, came back and now we've been in the parking lot for over 20 min and my hood is still up. Luckily by our vets office we noticed an oil change place. I'd rather drive the additional miles than ever give these people my time or money again. They should be embarrassed. The Jiffy Lube in San Marcos is top 6 in the country and it shows. Changed the oil in my sons 2007 Civic Hybrid. I always take his car to the Honda dealership to change his oil. Dealer recommends Synthetic oil at which I pay roughly $50.00 for. Jiffy Lube wanted Roughly $75 for Synthetic. So i asked them to just to conventional oil. They made me sign a waiver form to let me know by using conventional oil, this will damage my engine. This is absurd! Instead of using this scare tactic, they should just inform the customer the benefits of using synthetics and not tell them their engine will blow up if I don't use it. read more

Started coming to this location in Riverside on LA SIERRA AVE a couple of years ago for our 2 vehicles for oil changes, battery replacement and other services. The current star rating in my opinion DOES NOT match the overall service and convenience provided to us in comparison with other Jiffy Lube AND other similar businesses we have been to. I am very disappointed with this jiffy lube I get all of my vehicles taken care of by jiffy lube. Usually they are great I get here at 559 pm when online it clearly stats they close at 7pm and they tell me they are closed and cannot help me get serviced because they're computers are already shut down. It's 5:59 that is not 6pm why is it that I can not be serviced when you are still supposed to be open, along with it saying they are open until 7pm online. Great customer service thanks jiffy. It is hard for me to get the time to get oil changes being I work 6 days a week and 12 hour days so, It would be nice if people can go out of there way to help you when you need it. I have come to this jiffy lube for YEARS since I owned my first car as a teen and never had an issue till today. I own a Hyundai Veloster flex anyone that knows these vehicles knows they go through oil like crazy I typically have to top off my car twice between oil changes I get synthetic blend good for 4000 miles I typically keep oil in my car trunk just for emergency top off and because you're only allowed one with Jiffy Lube which is understandable well today I went to get my one and because I was over 3000 miles I was denied the free top off youre promised even tho my oil change is supposed to be good another 1000 miles. Again YEARS I have come here OVER A DECADE and you can't just take care of me this one time I know you can see the history on your computer I have never had this happen prior ever but not the pasty chick behind the counter DIDNT even entertain the customer service aspect of her job and said "No" So screw yall I'll Take my money oil changers on Arlington at a fraction of the price and WAY better customer service read more
