The only reason I came to her was because she does my family's taxes and does a "good" job, when in reality she doesn't. Please don't waste your time or money here, she doesn't give af about you or what owe to the irs she just cares about your money and what your gonna pay her. Expecting money that never come really put a strain on me and my family. I had full confidence in her being that she has always done my family's taxes and my father's taxes who just passed away. Don't be fooled by a nice smile. I am a young father of 4 trying to do all I can because she made her mistakes my family is now paying for it. I am still waiting for a response. Wouldn't want anyone else to be in the same situation with their family l. Strongly recommend going somewhere else to save yourself the time and drama that is really unnecessary. She did try to reach back, only after 2 years of me constantly emailing , calling, showing up to her place of business and all a sudden it's "closed". Only after the countless forms I sent her that IRS sent me to appeal the decision. All she had to do was RESPOND. To me, to the IRS, being that she is my tax preparer, and she did NOTHING. For 2 years not a single response or solution. Only after now that the IRS started garnishing my wages was she interested in fixing my situation. I'm sure she has helped a few people out but If she doesn't feel your a priority, she will put you to the curb and leave you with no help or solutions
