Last two years we don't get our return with no explanation and with no help from this place. Finally found out they had changed our bank account number to someone else's completely different bank account , not one or two numbers off, but a completely new account, and had our last two years tax returns go to a total " strangers" account. I'm sure he knew the IRS wouldn't help us either so they went ahead and did what they did to us. Please take your business somewhere else! This place is no good! I'm sure you'll be able to find someone more honest in their dealings with you.

Finally we scheduled an appointment to go over them together but unfortunately the day of my appointment I was told she wasn't able to come into work. Due to my work schedule and how difficult it is to get a day off I wasn't able to wait any longer and needed someone else to do them on time. When I called her to inform her and request one of my W-2 forms back I was greeted with lots of attitude from Liz. Not to mention, every time I call and she is busy, I am told that they will relay her the message and get a call back but I never do even if I wait a couple of days. I was very patient and polite, but receiving that kind of response was very disappointing.

By regulation of the California DMV only they had received all my documentation and did not return it. So I have to use another service and perform absolutely the whole process again.
