I went in one day after a 30-hr shift at work and they let me sleep in the lobby. The connections to my battery were loose and caused my car to lose power for a second each time I went over bumps. Their mechanic showed me the problem and recommended that I replace the leads, but as a temporary solution he molded a penny to reinforce the connection for free! All businesses should be like this.

Only downside is they only fix Honda's and Toyota's, so if you don't have one of those, they will not service your car. But conversely if you do own one of those makes, they do great work.

I rented a U-Haul through them because it was close to home and it was a BAD IDEA…read more For starters when I walked in nobody was there yet they had the door open, 5-10 minutes later owner parks and comes in to help me. While assisting me a young child comes running in requiring attention which took an extra 30 minutes to check out U-Haul since owner couldn't multi task or get child under control. When I got the u-haul, I notice that the dolly I paid for was missing which was no problem I plan to just mentioning it upon return. When returning the u-haul, the lady does full inspection (everything's fine) we go inside to finalize bill & she was trying to charge me over $100 for small u-haul for 3 hours. When I asked her if she could explain billing to me turns out she had extra miles, dolly, insurance (that I opt out of when checking out but she didn't catch). Long story short I had to argue with the lady for over 30 minutes about being over charged I end up having to go through U-haul to get refund. SO DOUBLE / TRIPLE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND CHARGES BEFORE LEAVING. Or simply just go through U-Haul because I really feel like this lady tried to scam me because she couldn't do basic math.

DISHONEST people! I needed a moving permit and registration renewal and was informed that the total…read morecost would be $50 on the phone. I went to Jackie's and processed the transaction. They explained since I needed a moving permit I will need to pay my registrations fee in advance and come back with my smog paperwork's to complete my registrations. I paid my fees and confirmed that once I get my smog completed.. I just need to return and turn in my smog paperwork to Jackie's and the process is completed. Super simple and easy. I return with my smog paperwork and now they want to charge me an additional $50 to complete the transaction. Even my receipt states "California Registration Renewal Fees." Jackie, herself, explained to me in detail why they need to charge me again. Her employee failed to explain the part to complete the registration you will need to pay another $50 to turn in your smog paperwork. She apologizes nothing can be done because the employee Jackie failed to trained properly that did my paperwork conveniently, is no longer with them and no one can dispute what the employee did. I was there on 10/13 and today is 10/24. Why would I pay $50 dollars to do my registration renewal process but have to pay another $50 just to complete it? One's incompetence to train their employee should not be made held accountable by your customers.
