They dragged out the answer -- I had to demand the they tell me. Thank the Lord cause this is a bait and switch place and we would've driven all that ways just to have this BS pulled on me. Asking Price for a Chevy 2018 Volt = $17,889 Added Fees: $7,804 Surprise Total Bait Switch: $25,693 ----- I mean I expect dealers to try and tack on ridiculous things, and I've been shopping for a while now so I've seen them add Simonizing, Car Protection ---and other basic scams. I think the other reviews must be fake because this is such a blatant scam and they were so not willing to back away from it- it's just an outrage.

I had a great experience buying a truck from Sean and his brothers. They made the entire process…read moreincredibly straightforward and easy. We found the truck we wanted for our business, agreed on a price, handled the paperwork, and were on our way. There was no unnecessary back and forth or pressure, just an honest and professional transaction. Going into it, I honestly wasn't sure what the truck was worth. After spending time researching the market and comparing similar trucks, I realized it was priced very fairly. It was a 2023 dump truck with only about 40,000 miles, and it ended up being a great value. Like we do with every vehicle we purchase, I had my independent mechanic inspect it from top to bottom. The only things we did were our standard maintenance items: an oil and filter change, spark plugs, and a coolant flush. Those are things we do on every vehicle we buy anyway. Other than that, the truck checked out great, and there weren't any unexpected repairs waiting for us. To me, that really speaks volumes about the way they do business. There's a reason they've been around for so long and have earned so many positive reviews. They represented the truck honestly, had everything ready when I arrived, and respected my time. I'll definitely be back the next time our company is in the market for another truck. Highly recommended.

The best service I have ever found! Not only did Shawn work with my budget, but he also accommodated all of my business needs for this purchase. Shawn went far and beyond! I can honestly say this is one of the best businesses I've had the privilege of interacting with in a very long time. There are not enough stars or marks I could leave for this great business. I have already referred other businesses to Shawn, and I will continue to purchase here as I build my fleet. Thanks again, Shawn!!!!

I give her 5 stars. The second person I dealt with was Jeremy ,he checks all your tires as you arrive he explains the process on how he checks your tires. He is very informative. And also polite and courteous. I give him 5 stars. The next person I dealt with was Chris, he schedule the work that's gonna be done that day I was most impressed with the way he approaches his job you could say he goes beyond the call of duty. He is very informative He takes care of you like it's his car and that made me feel confident that I picked the right dealership ,he is also very professional courteous, and also checks on things and makes sure you're a satisfied customer I would like to give him more stars, but the high rate of stars is five he gets a solid 5 star - I have been in management for several years. I have to say that Chris is definitely and most definitely manager material. The last person that I dealt with was Andrew , he's one of their top mechanics he took me on a road test to see how the car performed after work was done - I was very pleased with his answers and the work that was done he is also very polite courteous and also a good driver I give him 5 stars thank you, Toyota

After having my vehicle serviced here and getting back home, I was saddened to discover my vehicle…read morewas returned to me with dirty filter. In the past I have had good experiences with the Larry H. Miller Toyota Corona's Service Department and staff. This time they fell a little short. I came in for routine service on my vehicle that includes their "Multii Point Inspection". I discovered that the air filter more than likely was not inspected (see photo). Possibly the service tech just forgot to check and advise. I did notify they of the issue and I was happy to hear them taking responsibility by offering to replace the filter at no-charge if I drive back. Maybe they will extend the offer to my next visit?Unfortunately, I was already home when I discovered the dirty filter and purchased a new one at a local auto parts shop. Thank you for owning up to it.

I am beyond disgusted with Cardinal Way Hyundai in Corona…read more We brought our vehicle in for two reasons: to get a quote on a broken A/C knob and to have the transmission diagnosed after warning lights came on. Instead, they charged us $280 just to diagnose the broken knob, quoted over $1,500 to repair it, and didn't even perform the transmission diagnostic we specifically requested. Charging someone $280 just to tell them a knob is broken and then quoting $1,500 to fix it is absolutely outrageous. Families are struggling to afford groceries, and this is how loyal customers are treated? We've purchased two vehicles from Cardinal Way Hyundai, and today we're leaving in tears. After this experience, they have lost our business for good. We will never buy another vehicle from them or return for service. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers, this wasn't our experience. I will be sharing what happened with everyone I know so they can decide where to spend their hard-earned money.

I called Car Sho because I was seriously considering purchasing a vehicle and wanted to ask a few…read morebasic questions before making the trip. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with was rude and very unprofessional. When I asked about the warranty, his response was basically, "You're buying a used car." That did not answer my question at all. Asking whether a used vehicle comes with any warranty is a completely reasonable question, especially before spending thousands of dollars. I had already seen several negative reviews about Car Sho, which is actually why I decided to call and get information directly from them before judging the business. Unfortunately, after that phone call, I can understand why some customers have complained. I also noticed that some of their vehicles appear to be priced higher than KBB values. When a vehicle is priced above market value, I would expect the dealership to be even more transparent about the condition, warranty, fees, and what exactly the customer is getting for the price. Based on the way I was treated over the phone, I did not feel comfortable doing business with Car Sho. A potential customer should be able to ask basic questions without being talked down to or made to feel like they are wasting someone's time. I'll be looking somewhere else. I recommend anyone considering buying from Car Sho do their research, compare the vehicle price with KBB, ask for all warranty and dealer fees in writing, and have the vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.
