If you plan to buy a car never buy in this dealer, the service is good but when the car is outside the dealer they will not help you at all, very disappointed and regret buyed a car, I recommend that a trusted mechanic check the car before buying it,I bought a chevrolet sonic and in a year I had to replace the water pump, the thermostat, the battery and now I had tow it to my house because the computer failed, I called and nobody wanted to help me or give me advice regarding the car that I buyed with them. Honestly guys, I'm not sure why this company has received the negative comments they have received. I just bought a 2013 F150 from them on Monday, and it was one of the easiest, and smoothest car purchases I have ever experienced! I'm 60 yrs old and I have purchased and/or leased over a dozen vehicles in my life. This one ranks right up there at the top of my list! I called Jonathan the night before, and I filled out the paperwork online. Upon arrival the truck was pulled, cleaned and washed, and was waiting in the lot. The financing was fast, easy, courteous, and cheap. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour with my new truck...and by the way, the truck is awesome! I positively love it. I drove almost 2 hours to test drive a car. The person I had been dealing with prior to going to the site was nowhere to be found. They put me with someone else who could have been the least bit interested in answering any questions about the car. I guess because he wasn't going to get the sale on the car. In any case, when I followed up the next day, the guy Peter who I'd been communicating with would not respond to be (guess he wasn't interested in the sale). When I ask him about financing the car he indicated to me that if I wanted to make payments and not pay cash for it the car would be $2,000 more!!! This place says they don't "bait and switch." I don't know -- but this sounds like a pure example of bait and switch to me. I would not recommend this place at all. Terrible customer service and they are not transparent about their financing practices. Also, he told me the car had a minor scratch. When I got there it was covered with white paint spots and several "minor" scratches. read more

Bought a car here that broke down as soon as I drove it off the lot then when they "repaired" the vehicle it was returned with far more problems than it had before taking it in. I have to say I took my daughter to browse for her first car and just see what they had that was in her budget. At first they really didn't have anything we really didn't like that she would be able to afford. Right when we were about to leave Jose showed us one last car that was new to the lot and very cute and perfect for her. She drove it and loved it, of course it was a bit out of her budget. We sat with Jose and this Momma was firm with was we were going to put down and what we were not going to to pay per month and of course he really worked it out for us. Well bought a jeep there so far so good I just cut and pasted another review as it was my experience also Just purchased a car from OnQ and traded in my previous car and the entire experience was quite pleasant and I have no complaints. They had a very reasonable deal for the newer car and gave me a good value for my old one. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive and just generally seemed like normal, reasonable people and not overly pushy salesmen like some we've experienced elsewhere. The entire process took a little less than 2 hours including inspecting the car, test driving, paying, and signing all the documents. I do have one suggestion to ownership. Perhaps there are some 1 stars on your yelp that could be changed to 5 stars. Perhaps consider helping folks out a little as I read some 1stars that almost keep me from coming in. A blown head gasket or motor two weeks after buying a used car is just sad. Think of it as advertising budget. 1 stars on yelp are opportunities to demonstrate to the public their in good hands . We went to look at a 2015 Mustang at this dealer at night, and when I called the next day, I told the manager I wanted to take it down the street to a local mechanic that I've used before, and is known in the community, and he tells me "we don't let our cars go to that place." I said I'm the one purchasing the car, and if I want to take it to my mechanic, I'll do so. The guy tells me, we'll pass on the deal and hung up. Obviously, they are hiding something with their cars. Peter and his staff are nice but the cars are marginal. Supposedly they do thorough inspections of the cars. I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart on 12/20 and it had electrical problems from the beginning. After letting them try to repair the car for 2 1/2 weeks I still had problems and returned it yesterday. I looked at other cars on their lot but almost all that I looked at already had warning lights on when I started them up. They were good about giving me a refund although I'm concerned that it will take awhile to get the financing pulled from my credit report. read more

Honestly, I bought a car from here in the beginning of the year and i have regretted ever since. We bought it with a lot of miles which i regret but we thought overall its a great car. Since we've bought it we already had 3 issues with the car. This last issue is both door frames on the windows are popping off and when we let Peter know and showed him and he basically told us that we would have to pay to have it fixed ourselves after he told us when we bought the car if anything should go wrong to take it back there and they would fix it. I spent 3 weeks searching for a used vehicle until I came across OnQ's post on the dealership section of Craigslist. Initially, I was interested in their Elantra but after browsing their online inventory, I had to see the Sonata, Optima and Altima in person. I drove to Corona on Sunday and knew my search would soon end upon arrival. OnQ has a large range of vehicles from cars to trucks, SUVs, and everything in between. After seeing the 2017 Nissan Altima with 22K miles, Charlie and Peter showed me 3 major car reports and I knew it was for me. The next morning I called Charlie to close the deal. I drove straight to the lot after work and was out of there in 30 minutes, no joke (I have prior experience buying a used car, I contacted my credit union to get my loan pre-approved before shopping. That helped speed the process, especially bc my loan officer kicks ass). For the size of the lot, these guys are moving vehicles in high volume which means they're busy and personally, I enjoyed the alone time I had while inspecting my Altima. It takes the whole sales pitch away, no pressure. Plus it allowed me to get intimate with my car and to feel good about my purchase. If you're expecting to be babied for half a day, this place probably isn't a good fit for ya. Do some research and head over with a car in mind. Overall, I couldn't be happier with OnQ's inventory and speedy service. I just called today to upgrade my other half's 2015 corolla to a full size sedan. I'll be back! Im sorry, isn't that what shopping around is? Plus, the pictures of the cars aren't what they say because when we went to look at the car the scratches in the pictures posted had been fixed because in person it was a totally different story. Sales person: Peter. 2018 vehicle with extras, low mileage and priced to sell. Overall condition of the vehicle good. Thoroughly checked car out finding one speaker non-fuctional. Replaced upon insistence. Process in purchasing car relatively painless....from arrival time to departure time less than 2 hours. Phone/texting conversations seemed transparent and informational. Final sale price was less than quoted on the phone. Peter knew we were very interested in the vehicle, so really tried to work with us. We drove 350 miles one way to check this potential sale out (but I had other options available in the area). He worked very hard for this sale, giving us a price break and really tried to be transparent and helpful. Filled gas tank. Great! No windshield washer fluid and badly needed an oil change. Once home discovered passenger side door panel had been replaced (didn't show up on any VIN accident reports) with an automatic door lock(remote) rather than a manual (key) lock. Since I live 350 miles away, I opted to negotiate Peter sending a check for the part and I would pay for labor. Received check for full price of part. Super! All in all....okay job. Why not a "great" job? -no one knew about the passenger side door panel having been changed out -No original key and duplicate was twisted. (Don't know why!) -All fluids needed to be checked even though Peter said he has a company servicing all his vehicles. Hmmm! -Replaced speaker of inferior quality (at least it was replaced, right?!) -Low tire sensor. Tire patched with ATV patch?! Now the tire is patched correctly and the low tire sensor is off. -Needed an alignment. OK. I understand that....maybe. -Oil pan dent and spot rusted. Sometime in the future to replace. Not a big deal.... -Left tail light seal compromised. Had to go to dealership for that one. Vehicle was under manufacturer's warranty. Good thing, since Peter wouldn't deal with this. -Small things....missing 12 volt plug cap, fingerprints on ceiling, wrong owner's manual. (easily fixed by me) -Total expense to fix all problems: about $600. (door, manual, alignment, key replacement) -Big problem!! Vehicle plates mailed to dealship, not to my address?! Details!! And when On Q Auto Sales office called, a $15 FedEx fee to get plates. NOPE! Had already called DMV, so have plates coming to my home, not On Q Auto Sales. Details Peter! Your office needs to slow down, check for details, and be more contentious with your cars. Oh! The car had been unlocked on the passenger side the entire time it was on the lot since nobody checks doors to make sure everything is secure. Oops!! When you shop here, do your homework FIRST. Bring a list of "what to look fors" and double check all paperwork, especially where the license plates are to be mailed. (fortunately DMV was extremely helpful with that situation!!) read more

I bought a truck here on Oct 30 2017. By Jan 19 2018 I still had not received the plates and title, despite calling them and visiting them to check the status. I was always told, "next week". The last time (on 1/4/18), Pedro told me, "Thursday (that would be Thu 1/11/18) for sure - our registration service has been on vacation." How much vacation do they get, for heaven's sake? I went to the DMV on Jan 19 to see if the paperwork had even been started. It hadn't. I then went to the dealer, and they (Danielle) told me that it was with their registration service, and the person there was out until 2:00pm, and that she would call me. They have never called in the past, and they have not done the service that they charged me for. All they do is lie and try to fluff you off. Do yourselves a favor and buy your vehicle somewhere else. Update: On Friday Jan 19, 2018, I posted this and other reviews. The DMV had told me no registration process had been started. On Tuesday Jan 23, I got a call from OnQ that they had my plates and everything was done. I went to get the plates and registration. They had registered themselves as lien holders even though I have paid for the truck in full and nothing is owing. So, they still have not given me the title, and they have filed an unjustified lien. Update 1/30/18: I got a call from the DMV regarding my complaint of OnQ. The Investigating Agent confirmed that the lien should not have been placed on the title. She also told me that they have had to deal with several prior complaints about this dealership. Be warned - stay well away from OnQ Auto Group. Final outcome: The DMV agent instructed them to sign off the unjustified lien, and to reimburse me for the cost of processing the title. I now have clear title to my truck, but it required getting the DMV's investigation branch involved to achieve that. read more

I know every dealer tries to do this, but this dealer does it to the max. I was in the process of buying the car.. I gave them down $1,200 they charged my debit card card for the money before even starting any paper work. Once we started the paper work they finally tell me the car has been in two front end collisions! Very bad in their part! So I told them just to give me my Money back, they proceed telling me it could take 14 days for the bank to put it back in my card! I was in need of a car ASAP , so couldn't wait to get that money bAck as it was my downpayment for any car I purchase. So I go ahead and say F it! I'll just take the dam car! Hopefully it was fixed properly. A week goes by and I decide to do the oil change and notice it leaks oil. Ugh think you guys get the point! This dealer is dishonest and just wants to make the sale and get the most they can out of you. Stay away! I'm sure there is worse dealers then this out there, but there is also better dealers for fiRst time buyers or buyers with bad credit. Don't be fooled like i did! Ask for the car fax first!
