Despite a few small hiccups after buying my Tesla from here, the Hyundai team here went above and beyond to help me out and make everything right. I especially want to thank Johnny for being absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he made sure I was taken care of and honestly provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced from any dealership. I also want to thank Samir for working hard to take care of my financing and Jason from service for taking care of the issues with my vehicle completely free of charge. Overall this team truly stood behind me and made sure I left happy ! :D

Review on CardinaleWay Hyundai in Corona. Yesterday, I took my 2 year old, still under original warranty Hyundai to Cardinale Hyundai for a few issues I was having with my car that were covered under warranty. This was the first time I ever visited this establishment. I met with the service advisor, Junior, explained to him the 3 issues I wanted looked at and went home and waited for the call. A couple hours later, Junior called me, as well as sent me a detailed invoice electronically explaining the results of each issue they found. One of the issues, a small oil leak, was found to be the fault of the place I took it to to get the oil change. Apparently, they over torqued the something or other cap and it caused an oil leak. (This place has since rectified the issue and all is well). As I was looking through the detailed invoice that Hyundai sent over, I noticed it stated that I needed a new air cabin filter, for a hundred and some odd dollars and an engine filter for another hundred and some odd dollars. It stated on the invoice that it needed immediate attention. So I authorized it and the two other things (covered under warranty). As I was looking at my invoice from the oil change place (planning to call them and open a claim with them) I noticed that I had changed the air cabin filter and the engine filter with that oil change on 1/31/26, 6 WEEKS AGO. Surely filters don't need replacing after 6 weeks. I immediately called them back and told them to NOT replace those filters for over $200 as I just replaced them 6 weeks ago. I asked them why they would recommend that I change the filters? Junior stated he didn't know, that there were no pictures uploaded as is their policy and he didn't know why he recommended that. I asked him if it was their practice to take advantage of people who aren't knowledgeable about cars or to try and take advantage of women. He stuttered and changed the subject. When I went at 5 pm to pick up my car, I again explained to the other service adviser what happened and told him what a bad taste it put in my mouth as a first time customer to CardinaleWay Hyundai. I asked him again if it was their practice to rip people off? He blew me off, acted like he could care less and had no explanation. I told him I thought maybe his manager needed to know what his technicians were up to and he handed me back my key and ushered me out of the building. At this point I decided a negative review would have more of an impact than speaking to the manager who probably acts just like his service technicians, so here I am. Take this as you will, but if you aren't very knowledgeable about vehicles you may want to avoid this place. You will be unnecessarily charged for things you do not need. (I always bring receipts so I've included both invoices to show what they tried to charge me for and what I already had done on 1/31.)

These guys came through! Went to Ontario on an advertised price that they wouldn't honor. Called Joey down in corona and he came through and got me exactly what I was looking for. They didn't have the exact color on the lot I wanted and they went and got one within an hour. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, look no further these guys are solid!

Fraud. Called 3 times for dealer to get back to me with the numbers after I provided all the information multiple times. Moment they called me back said price is 25k with no additional offer, yet on their own website and multiple platform it mentioned additional discount if I finance through them. Price includes: $1750 - Hyundai HMF Dealer Choice : $1750 discount and 5.39% APR for 24 months. $44.05 per $1000 financed. Driver's mirror severely damaged

My mirror on drivers side was wiped with something abrasive when my car was washed. It was scratched severely.My front tires were never rotated as promised. I will never have maintenance done at this location ever again. Thanks to Hayden manager, she was no help at all resolving my situation.

Despite what the owner stated in the past, I've had my Ford worked on over there several…read moretimes.....all for the same problem.....the transmission! The 1st time I thought all went well, until when he had the car delivered, on the receipt was stamped 6 mos warranty! Well, after I authorized him to repair the transmission....he said that he would give me a 1 year warranty. When I asked him about the 6 mos warranty stamp, he said "no worries they made a mistake....I will honor 1 year." I paid him $3,200 for the job. WHO in their right mind would agree to only a 6 mos warranty after paying that much?! So, the car ran well for about 7 months, then transmission went out. I called him, and had the car towed back over there. He said that " you know it's out of warranty, but I will see what I can do". So now he forgets about what he initially told me! So, he kept my car for another 6 mos......dodging all of my calls, and making up B.S. excuses about why my car wasn't ready! When I got the car back he told me that he would not give me a new warranty! The car ran for another few months....then transmission went out again! Smh SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Oh, and he must know someone over here at YELP, because he had my 2 prior reviews taken down! Smh
