Overall we had a great experience at this dealership. We bought a new Kia Carnival. Our salesman Mario was professional but had an easygoing chumminess about him. We were pretty set on wanting the Ceramic Silver with a dark interior which they didn't have in the lot. However, with the help of the manager they were able to make it happen that day at the price we needed it to be at. We were prepared for the finance guy to be pushing multiple warranties, but was pleasantly surprised that it was much quicker and way less pushy than our experiences in the past. Aaron Kia sold me a vehicle in May of 2026 and has yet to process the DMV paperwork and temporary license plate is about to expire. From initial assessment, looks like they took the titling and DMV fees--forcing the customer to pay additional costs just to pocket money. Moreover, the Sales Manager Safi Azad, Sales Manager, defers all questions or inquiries to his "boss" that never reaches out (it's been two months of contact). Suffice it to say, a CA DMV investigation report will be filed and customer affairs report will also be filed. Not to mention, they have dragged their feet in filing paperwork--and forced us to continue to pay our vehicle payments for the car that we traded into them for two months. Called DMV and they have no record of the temporary plate number they gave us. Looks like poor administrative filing--or straight fraud. Had to get a lawyer involved. read more

Over 1 quart of extra oil in the car, complete engine failure. 30+ days later, they still can't tell me what is wrong with the car, an estimate of when it will be repaired. Like other recent reviewers, we also have temporary plates that will expire despite many headaches from trying to intervene. Finding assistance with this at Aaron Kia has been frustrating at best and impossible at worst, including from the folks who originally seemed so eager and friendly in the sales dept. At the time, I thought the buying experience had gone well. I was wrong. Original review: "Ted and Safi helped us get into a great car. They were both so nice and funny and patient and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions... we can be a bit high maintenance lol. Buying a car can be hair raising, come to Aaron Kia of Corona for a hassle free experience. Wow I sound like such an ad..." Unfortunately, I can't recommend Aaron Kia of Corona to anyone. TL;DR: Buying the car was stressful, but that's pretty normal for dealerships. What isn't normal is selling a vehicle before having the documentation necessary to complete the title transfer, leaving me to chase down answers for months, and then failing to communicate or follow through on promises. The post-sale customer service has been abysmal. The purchase process itself was relatively smooth. Normal dealership negotiations. Ted was friendly, but many of our questions about the vehicle couldn't be answered without asking someone else or looking the information up. Safi ultimately stepped in and helped close the deal after we walked away over a dealer-installed KARR security system. To their credit, they did remove it after initially insisting they couldn't. We were at the dealership from roughly 4:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. Seven hours. During that entire time, they couldn't even charge the car. We took delivery with about 10% battery, and they had to jump-start the 12V battery just so we could leave the lot. That's not what I expected from a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Then the real problems started. I purchased the vehicle on April 11, 2026. By mid-June, I still hadn't received permanent plates or registration. I called the dealership, and instead of handling the issue internally, I was referred to the dealership's DMV representative myself. I then contacted the California DMV directly, only to be told they had no record whatsoever of a registration application for my VIN. After multiple calls and follow-ups, the dealership finally investigated and admitted the issue: the vehicle had been acquired through auction, and they were still waiting on title documentation from the auction house. Read that again. The car had already been sold to me, financed, and driven off the lot, yet months later they still didn't have the documentation necessary to complete the title transfer. At no point before purchasing the vehicle was I informed that this documentation was incomplete. On July 1, I spoke with General Manager Cal. He told me he had spoken with the dealership's DMV representative, Roxanne, who said she would work on creating a replacement title so the registration could move forward. Cal assured me this was the top priority and promised that if the registration wasn't completed before my temporary operating permit expired, the dealership would overnight me a new temporary operating permit so I could continue driving legally. I followed up immediately with an email documenting our conversation. No response. A week later, still nothing. No registration. No permanent plates. No temporary operating permit. No update. No response to my emails. For something that was supposedly their "top priority," they certainly have a funny way of showing it. Months of silence, broken promises, and leaving the customer to do the legwork just to find out what's going on. Every meaningful update I've received has come only after I called, I followed up, or I contacted the DMV myself. If you're considering buying a car here, understand that the experience doesn't end when you drive off the lot. If something goes wrong afterward, based on my experience, and other 1-star reviews left by numerous other customers, you're largely on your own. I sincerely hope your experience is better than mine. Lies from the sales rep and Manager. I will not be recommending this dealer to anyone after being lied to by the sales representative and sales manager Johnny. I purchased a vehicle from Aaron Kia and was charged for additional equipment that I was clearly told had already been installed on the car. I have text messages from the sales rep indicating it was installed and could not be removed. I even offered to take different accessories instead of this one but was told it could not be removed and was pre-installed. After I had the vehicle and contacted KARR security, I was advised by a representative no equipment was on the vehicle. When I called the dealership, the manager Johnny advised it was a mistake and informed me a refund would be made and I would receive a call back--but that turned out to be completely meaningless and another lie. From that point on, they stopped responding entirely. Phone calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and no effort was made to correct their mistake or follow through on what they said. Charging customers for items that were never provided is unacceptable, and the complete lack of accountability afterward makes it even worse. This felt deceptive and extremely unprofessional. I would not trust anything this dealership tells you, and I strongly recommend taking business elsewhere unless customers want to deal with the same frustration, runaround and lies. read more

Purchased my 2027 telluride from here and had such a great experience. It is not a secret that car buying can be daunting, but not the case this time. Safi and staff were friendly and not pushy at all. I told them exactly what I wanted and what color. When I called, they didn't have the color but had my second choice. I was so stoked this KIA dealership opened close to my house. I needed a warranty service for my EV and had previously gone to KIA of Riverside where the service was terrible and they had my car for a month. Aaron Kia was awesome. My EV6 was there for three days and only because they had to order the part. My tires were pretty bald so I had them replaced while it was there as well. They replaced all four tires cheaper than I could get elsewhere, if you can believe that, and they were the exact same upgraded tires my car came with. Same brand and size. Sofia, the service person who communicated with me was excellent with everything and answered all my questions with knowledge and friendliness . There was literally no wait when I picked it up. They washed it and even vacuumed the inside. They even did a multipoint inspection and fluid top off at no charge. I will be buying all my future vehicles here and having them serviced here as well. Came in for an oil change and to also ask sales about my lease and so on. Maintenance was so spacey. Waited an hour like they said then asked for an update. He went to my car and all of a sudden I get a text for tracking on my vehicle maintenance ( at the end) then mumbled would be back with paper work. Waited and he never came back out. Don't know What's going on there. While waiting for maintenance I walked to sales for those questions I had. A girl walked back with me to maintenance to look at my car and said she would be back with all the info and someone to walk me through the app as no one do that when I bought my car. I waited an hour then saw the girl. She said someone was supposed to call, I reminded her she said she was coming back with another person then told me to go back to the sales trailer. This is all an hour and half later. Then waited in sales trailer ( which smells so strong of b.o.) for another 30 minutes. also can clearly tell some of the guys are stressed and over worked for the lack of other. Nataly called me asking about selling my car to them. The first 2 days, her communication was very responsive, friendly, professional. I felt good about our interaction. She asked me to bring the car in to get an appraisal within 20 minutes and I agreed. Due to time restraints I told her that my wife would bring in their vehicle in my place and that she could come the next day at 10am. She asked me if the vehicle was in her name and I told her that it was only in my name. My wife called me the next day after taking the car in and told me that they didn't give her the appraisal. She said that they would call me with it. I didn't understand why but didn't think anything of it. I called and texted Nataly several times to talk about the appraisal. I was not able to get a hold of her at all. They obviously didn't want the car but to completely ghost me after my wife brought the car in is disappointing to say the least. I would understand if they weren't interested in buying the car but to totally dismiss me after is very disrespectful. My wife is also very busy and she took the time to take the car in. If she didn't want to call, it takes 5 seconds to write a text saying "not interested". Nataly is unprofessional and this type of behavior shows me that she is only after what she can get from you. If there is no benefit to her, you don't matter and that's not the type of person or dealership I want to do business with. read more
