    The service performed on my vehicle at this dealership was not executed in accordance with generally accepted automotive service standards and procedures. On the day following the service, three tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensors were activated, indicating that the tires had not been properly inflated to manufacturer-specified pressures. I have not experienced similar deficiencies at other dealerships, including Toyota and Honda, indicating that this issue is attributable to improper service rather than any inherent vehicle malfunction. Furthermore, upon operating the windshield wipers for the first time post-service, a dashboard notification indicated that the windshield washer fluid level was critically low. The service documentation, however, indicated that this item had been completed. This discrepancy strongly suggests that service items were marked as completed without having been properly performed, which constitutes a deviation from standard duty of care in vehicle maintenance and raises concerns of systemic procedural deficiencies at this location. This is not an isolated incident. The most recent service required multiple weeks to schedule, and prior transactions, including contractual documentation, necessitated dealership personnel visiting my residence to revise agreements. These circumstances collectively demonstrate a pattern of operational inefficiency, inadequate oversight, and disregard for the reasonable expectations of the customer. The repeated failures reflect a breach of duty to perform services with due care, resulting in a loss of trust, inefficiency of time, and misuse of financial resources. I am not seeking financial compensation, remedial offers, or any gratuities. My intent is solely to document the failure to perform standard, routine service tasks with reasonable care and to record the resultant erosion of confidence in this dealership's ability to provide adequate service. Based on these repeated deficiencies, I will not utilize this dealership for any future transactions or service needs. Please don't reach out to me to waste more of my time. I'm done. Update: I recently had service performed at Mazda of Corona. Following the visit, I took my vehicle to Claremont Mazda for an independent review. During this inspection, Claremont Mazda confirmed that several critical service and safety items, including tire pressure checks and fluid top-offs, were not performed, despite documentation indicating otherwise. The only service item confirmed as completed was the oil change. At the time of inspection, multiple tires were reading between 8 to 10 PSI below manufacturer-recommended levels, creating a potential safety hazard. These findings indicate a lack of transparency and documentation integrity in the service records provided by Mazda of Corona and suggest that certain service items were marked as complete when they were not actually performed. On 12/23/2025, I spoke with the General Manager regarding these concerns. He was dismissive, made inaccurate statements about the tire pressure decreases and fluid levels, and behaved unprofessionally toward me as a customer. Notably, the General Manager did not have prior knowledge of the Service Manager's email regarding these issue and admitting fault for services not performed and also validated my concerns. Shows that the dealership doesn't care about retention and that is fine for my own future knowledge. This dealership has been reported to BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair) and to their corporate office.

WHO in their right mind would agree to only a 6 mos warranty after paying that much?! So, the car ran well for about 7 months, then transmission went out. I called him, and had the car towed back over there. He said that " you know it's out of warranty, but I will see what I can do". So now he forgets about what he initially told me! So, he kept my car for another 6 mos......dodging all of my calls, and making up B.S. excuses about why my car wasn't ready! When I got the car back he told me that he would not give me a new warranty! The car ran for another few months....then transmission went out again! Smh SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! Oh, and he must know someone over here at YELP, because he had my 2 prior reviews taken down! Smh

I simply said what I was hoping for, an independent inspection from a local mechanic (I live in Los Angeles & traveled out to Norco to look at this car), that I was looking for a used Japanese or Korean car, & my price range. As soon as I shared the name of the dealership (I didn't say anything about my experience or concerns with them, just the name), Kenni said she won't even do business with them, as they sold a used Mustang to her son whose clutch he asked them to fix, because he could tell it needed repair, they refused, and it went out about 800 miles after the warranty he purchased with this used car dealership expired, the clutch then costing $1000 to repair. Kerri also VOLUNTARILY gave me pointers for used cars, sharing that CVT's (Constant Velocity Transmissions, commonly known as Continuously Variable Transmissions) are not as reliable as other transmissions, which helped me narrow my search in cars in my budget. She also shared other GEMS of cars with recalls on engines, and how great she's found CLK 500 Mercedes cars to be. She has 38 years of experience. I passionately recommend for a trusted, capable, fair mechanic in the Norco, Corona area!!! She is my personal car buying angel of mercy.

Called on a Friday at noon and spoke with Jeff and told him my Jeep didn't pass smog, and what the fees were to diagnose the problem. He let me know the fees and said we could bring it down today and he would probably have it over the weekend to see what was going on. Dropped it off right away, it's only a couple miles from my house, and Jeff called with an update on Monday and said what the problem was and how much it would be to fix it. I approved the charges and he also said they could do the smog test and certification too. Great! I don't have to take it to another place to see if it passes, Crescent Auto will do it all! Got the Jeep back, Jeff explained everything and gave us the detailed invoice with the smog certificate and off we went. My husband usually works on our vehicles, so this was a first for us to take the Jeep anywhere and it was definitely in good hands with Jeff and Crescent Auto.
