Three strikes: 1. Understaffed in the AM, I was told to wait 90 minutes or come back. 2. They did not have a filter for my Camry...Probably should call first... 3. HORRIBLE SERVICE. EXPECT LEAKS. You can never get through to this Jiffy Lube. I figured out that they take their phone off the hook so it rings busy all day. I tested this on 3 different days. Never the less, i needed my oil changed with full synthetic oil and I couldn't get in to the dealer. I gave this Jiffy Lube a chance and now I regret it. Not only did they charge me more then the dealer, even AFTER a coupon, but they were rude the entire time I was there. They looked like I was bothering them and I was the only customer there. An A-Ok place to get an oil change. My car unfortunately has to go to a professional place like this one to get it's oil change. The oil must be pumped up from the bottom. And only places like this can do it. I have to work with what I have. I've been here a few times and both times the staff was friendly. Thankfully both times they weren't that busy and I was there no more than 30-40min. They have a tv, free coffee, free water, a vending machine, and a restroom in their lobby. The tv both times was showing a movie while I was there to entertain me. This is a chain so be ready for chain prices. Make sure you come in through the back/alley way. That is where you drop off your car and someone will approach you to help you. I don't get out of my car unless I'm approached. This location is close to 6th St/Civic Center. You may see a few homeless people hanging in the front area outside. One time when I was there some random person went inside the lobby, grabbed coffee and just left. Just something to keep in mind. Ted, the manager, was super helpful and professional. I had a couple things that needed work on my car (radiator flush, fuel flush, oil change...) and Ted was very transparent about the cost and time it would take to fix. One of the best Jiffy Lube's I've ever been to (I've been to over 15 across the country), I'd definitely come back here again. Not sure about all the previous negative comments on this thread. You don't go to Costco and get mad at the staff for trying to sell you food you don't need. Why are people getting upset at the staff at Jiffy Lube for trying to sell you products? My experience at Jiffy Lube - Corona on Sixth Street. Asked for a simple oil change for my Toyota. The manager was accommodating however seemed distracted. Once oil change was complete and the "all points inspection" was done as indicated by the Jiffy Lube promise and all check points listed as done and in good working order on my receipt. The employee who completed the work backed my car out and said, " You're all done and set to go". My intuition told me to double check the items listed as complete and in good working order as stated before I drove away. Turns out a good decision to listen to my intuition. To begin, my car was running with the door open as thought by the employee I was ready to drive away. I immediately smelled hot oil and saw some light colored smoke coming from under the hood.  I opened the hood and found the employee failed to replace the oil filler cap and oil was spraying out of the running motor onto the underside of the hood and once the hood was open oil sprayed the windshield as well as the roof of the car. I immediately turned the car off and asked for the manager and the oil to be cleaned off my car. I continued inspection as the manager cleaned off the windshield and hood of the car. I found the "ok" check mark next to the wiper blades, mine were cracked, old and literally falling apart. What does Jiffy Lube fined to be "ok"? Brakes windshield washer fluid, brake fluid and all "ok" check off points were clearly not completed Very disappointed and surprised the oil change professionals fell extremely short of professionalism! Please do yourself a favor and either do it yourself or go somewhere the crew is at least competent enough to replace the oil filler cap when they are done! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I had to get an oil change and saw that there was a yelp coupon if you got their Signature oil change. I really wanted Pennzoil oil for my car since that was just a basic oil and I didn't need anything fancy. When I first got there they started on my right even before I knew how much it would be. I had the $15 coupon for the yelp deal. So this is how it went.. 'What year is your car?' - Jiffy Lube guy, '2013' - Me, 'Oh it looks like you need the semi-synthetic or synthetic oil', 'Umm, no sir I just want either Pennzoil or your basic oil for an oil change' ' We don't carry Pennzoil' ' Okay that's fine, I don't need anything fancy.' 'Okay sign here for your estimate' When I looked at the paper it said $54! I told the guy I had a $15 off coupon and if I could use it. He said yeah I added it on for you. Your total is $55. If I had a $15 coupon why did my total just go up $1? Anyway I saw my car already being worked on so it's not like I could say no. That's how they get you, red flag #1. I'm sitting in the waiting room and the same guy comes in a shows me my air filter and it looks pretty white with a little bit of black on it, he's like see your air filter, we should probably replace it. I said just do the oil change and nothing else thank you. Red flag #2. I hate when they up-sell you on stuff you don't need, but I get it. Check out time, my car was done in 15 minutes, which was good, but I go to check out and the assistant manager helped me and my total was $55. I let him know that outside I signed an estimate that said $54 and also I had this coupon. So it should be cheaper than that. He got the original guy to come in and say that if the coupon worked in this system I could use it, it didn't work in the system of course. So the yelp coupon does NOT work (FYI). Anyway, I said I didn't even want semi-synthetic oil I only wanted the regular normal oil. So the manager was nice enough to give me $10 but I would NEVER go back there! Here is my experience at Jiffy Lube, I had an accident and broke my leg, so I wasn't able to change my own oil. I decided to have Jiffy Lube do the oil change. After a few months (under 5,000 miles) I went to change my oil, so I went to Walmart and bought a new oil filter and oil, cost about $25. I drained the oil and pull the oil filter off only to find the filter Jiffy Lube uses is not compliant to the OEM filter, in fact the OEM filter would not screw on??? So I had to reuse the old filter Jiffy Lube used. BEWARE of their shady practices. read more

They were willing to work with me as to I have a interlock device in my car. Most places wouldn't change my oil because of the inconvenience of the interlock! If I were to give 10 stars I would!!!! Had been going to this location for over 20 years tand taken multiple vehicles but after today's experience will not be back. After Manager "David" left this specific location customer service went completely bad. I specifically asked for a certain item when I first arrived and it was not taken care of. There were other items on my checklist marked as done and saw they were not. Brought it to the managers attention but he didn't seem to care. Future customers keep an eye out and make sure you are getting what you pay for. read more

I went here hoping my 2015 Toyota Camry wouldnt cost much for an oil change. The millenial there tried to high ball me. He says synthetic oil change is gonna cost me 89.99 dollars. I was initally lost for words and said i dont need any fancy synthetic oil and was still quoted 89.99 dollars. I say Im pretty sure i can find a cheaper price somewhere else and he lies saying I would not find any cheaper prices. I proceed to make just ONE phone call and get quoted approx. 56 dollars at another place. Not sure what the millenial wanted with my 33 dollars that he was trying to get out of. Smh. I took my work vehicle there for an oil change because I drove by and saw there was no wait. My vehicle is a lease through Enterprise leasing and Enterprise pays for the maintenance and repairs as long the car is serviced at one of their authorized locations. I was in and out in 10 minutes and I was handed a copy of the receipt of services they performed totaling $257.40. I thought it was pretty high, but since Enterprise is paying the bill, I didn't ask any questions. I then drove away and attempted to clean my windshield but no water was coming out. I checked the windshield washer fluid tank and it was empty, but according to the receipt it was "added". I went back to the Jiffy Lube and told them about it and nobody thought it was a big deal. I then asked them if they performed any of these other services they charged me for and they said they did. I noticed a $59.99 charge for the cabin filter replacement and asked them if it was replaced. They told me it was. I asked them to show me the new filter they claim they installed and when they pulled it out, it was old and dirty. Again, nobody thought it was a big deal, including the manager. I asked them if they actually changed the oil and they said they did. I then had the manager check the dip stick and it looked dirty to me, but he claimed it was changed. I asked if they changed the oil filter and he went under the car and took a picture of the oil filter, which looked new. Not sure if you can change the oil filter but not the oil. I'll give them credit for changing my windshield wipers, which they charged $48.98. They did however charge $24.99 for a tire rotation which they did not do. There was no apology or any type of explanation from the manager or any of the employees, who stood there the entire time as if I was the unreasonable one. I didn't pay for the service, so there was no money out of my pocket, but I would be furious if if was a regular paying customer and had to pay for services that were not performed. I don't think Enterprise will be happy about it either. Needless to say I won't be bringing my car back here for any type of service, since it's not going to get done and the employees straight up don't care. I don't usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I felt I needed to let others know about this place. I guess I should have checked their 2 1/2 star rating prior to taking my car there. So I have always done my own oil changes and decided to just go through this jiffy lube because the convenience. Nice bait and switch David M. I Asked for synthetic oil got conventional oil. I clearly didn't know the correct prices because I buy my own full synthetic motor oil and filter for roughly $30-$40. And the quote came out to be $53 and signed the paper work. (I should of read it) Came up to pay and said here is a $15 coupon off synthetic oil changes. David M said ya for synthetic you got conventional oil. I instantly called him out and told him I asked for synthetic oil he giggled a little and said no that would of been $110 see you signed right here. At this time I asked for his Manager Jorge. Same story pretty much. And only offered to drain it and put in synthetic oil at full price lol. I again told the manager Jorge that I clearly asked for synthetic oil. So I paid them and while walking out the door Jorge told me if I bring my own oil he will drain it and put in my oil for me for free. I'm not sure why my review was removed so I'm going to write it again.. the manager just wants to sell you services if your a female going alone to get your oils change they will half ass it and leave screws all over your engine / under the hood. They will say your car is missing this missing that just to sell you stuff. My in law who is a handy man checked out my car said they left screws hanging everywhere and they did not change filter. As advertised, they get you in and out quickly. But they need to pay more attention to details. Instead of trying to sell services you don't need, they need to double check their work. Oil change price was competitive to other comparable services in the area. But when I asked them to double check that an access panel had been secured, they just went through the motions. When I rechecked the panel I found one of two bolts retaining was missing and the panel was open. And maybe a wipe down of splattered oil near the filter would had been nice too. I really enjoyed the complimentary services that are included with the oil change. The team of technicians were friendly and I was in and out of there very quickly - I want to say less than 15 minutes.
