Once again, this franchise disappoints per usual, the only reason we came here is for an alignment because they have a pretty good deal for lifetime alignment. We didn't think much of it since I figured an alignment is not that hard to do and they are a tire specialty. Why is it we end up leaving with 3 hrs later with three stock hubcaps when I specifically recall having four hubcaps leaving my house and I can verify that because I have a ring camera from the time that I left my driveway to the store keep in mind I live 3 miles away. I return to get my fourth hub back on I figure oh maybe they forgot it. It's a simple common mistake but instead they're pretty much accusing me that I did not have that hubcap. And keep giving me the excuse that the manager is on lunch and then they can't do anything about it. I tell them OK I will wait for your manager to be done with lunch and the guys like oh why would we want to keep your $10 hubcap keep in mind stock hubcaps are not $10. I specifically know that they are about $100 per hubcap from Toyota, when I keep insisting that no, they didn't forget to put my hubcap back on. How would it fall off so easily after getting an alignment. They eventually order me a new one after having to fight them on it and threatening to call corporate, which I'm still gonna do for the customer service. But it's the principle of a matter so for anyone coming here make sure that you record all around your car when dropping it off I would even document the engine and make sure everything is in place because they will try to blame you for any missing pieces. read more

Was contacted by the area manager who seemed like he wanted be helpful until he found out that I had reversed the charges from my bank. After a lengthy conversation about how I expected nothing more than my money back and the matter to be dropped with no repercussions he proceeded to say I was just a "dead beat" and only wanted free service. This was after I gave them the option to put the original parts back and they refused. I was also told I was filmed during the process and faked my signature and that they would have no problem fighting and winning with the bank. Well....more than 30 days later my bank sided with me. I also sent two typed letters to the corporate office with all the evidence needed including GPS, start/stop indicator, miles driven while in their custody etc.. Corporate must not care either because it's been over 45 days and no response from them. All in all this place is a sham that doesn't have the customer in mind. I did however end up spending over $1000 dollars to repair the alignment being messed up due to the unnecessary repairs. Also spent another $700 for new tires which was the actual cause of the issue. The actual cause of the issue was diagnosed in 10 mins by two different companies. All in all I had a terrible experience and no help from corporate leadership!!! read more

AVOID!! Recently took my Toyota 4Runner to get serviced and it seems they stripped the bolt to my skid plate when taking closer look at home, causing the plate to be lopsided and improperly secured. They lied and said it had always been like that. Additionally, their customer service is terrible and will not voluntarily provide you with the best information unless you pry. After driving home from the vet, my tire popped when I hit a curb and as you can imagine my anxiety was already through the roof. And of course this had to happen a day before Thanksgiving eve! Fortunately this Firestone was literally the next traffic light away and 15 minute from home. I walked into the store in a panic and was quickly put at an ease because although they informed me that they don't have the specific tire that I needed in store they can have it shipped, delivered and installed within the next 24 hours and I'd have it before Thanksgiving. Surely enough my car was ready within 24 hours and I was so relieved this inconvenience didn't ruin my thanksgiving plans. OMG, we have been Firestone customers for years, and I usually went to another one in Orange near my work. This branch overpromises and way UNDER DELIVERS! I work from home in Corona now and so I continue to try and give this shop a chance out of convenance BUT... they just can't do simple tasks. I brought my car here to get a brake job, left it to be picked up later in the day. Never get a call that is done- when I do, "Umm there is an issue that we cannot finish today we'll need to keep it overnight". 2 days later it was finally fixed, they triggered the electronic e-brake and couldn't fix it so it had to be replaced (on their dime at least). Wife brought in her car to get new tires, did it in one LONG day, but went to leave and one of the tire sensors is not showing up on the dash- ask the tech "Oh that happens, drive it for 25 miles it will reset". Next day it is worse, reads out tire sensor failure. Wife goes back they said, oh we must have damaged it- we will order one and replace it tomorrow "we will call you when it gets in". 4 o'clock rolls around, so I call, they person who answered did not know anything about our issue, put me on hold and I spoke to Paloma, "oh yes I remember your issue", I ask is the part in?, "ah yeah" , should we come in now? "Yeah come in let's fix it for you". Wife gets there, she sits for 1/2 hour before they even start. Supposedly fix it, ask HER to test drive it, and...not fixed. Brings it back and they wait another 1/2 hour to take another look at it, took them 2 & 1/2 hours. Bottom line - WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!!! read more

Nice store but needs more support from corporate or whoever is responsible for online scheduling. Store didn't know about my appointment and didn't have the tires I picked online. They tried to find me a replacement but everything wasn't ready locally or within the region which would have taken days to transfer. Appreciate the effort to help out just the situation was out of their hands. Firestone needs to do a better job to support their shops so they can actually get the business people are trying to give them. If I had the time to wait it out I likely would have but I had to keep searching. read more

I don't understand the urge to up-sell and tell people there are problems where there are none. My entire day was wasted, I could have gone somewhere else and fixed the problem. I guess it's my fault for agreeing to leave my car for an inspection-- knowing I recently had an inspection at the dealership and was told all I needed was break pads. I came here to change my breaks, I was told they didn't have time, but he could inspect my car and that would take 2-3 hours. I dropped my car off around 12:30pm. Before I even got home, I received an invoice via email totaling $1000. I immediately called and told him, I just want my breaks changed. The sales rep said that he was just ordering the parts in case I need it and no one has checked my care yet. So before ANYONE even looked at my car, they already started ordering parts. First red flag. They're now determined to find something wrong. When I came back at 4, he said they just finished the inspection. The break inspection checklist clearly has that my rotors are fine, but they said they want to cut them. The most recent inspection at the Dealership I was told they just need to be turned. Only the front breaks need to be changed. The dealership told me that. And their own inspection says the same thing. So WHY is he recommending brand new breaks for front AND back? Why is he recommending cutting rotors for front and back. I just hate dishonesty. I asked him to just change my breaks and he said he can't do it unless I do the whole break package. (I've owned multiple cars over the last 17 years and I've never been told this) They wasted my day, if I knew that they would refuse to do what was asked unless I bought their whole package, I would have never left my car. If I knew they would try to convince me to change perfectly fine (by their own inspection) back breaks, I'd know not to waste my time. read more

For a first for me I ordered tires online from a place called Tire Rack The prices are crazy low and they shipped the tires for free to the tire shop where I had the work done. Very easy easy experience and best of all I saved a huge amount of money My experience at Firestone was awesome. Steve did a great job getting me in and out but the best part of this experience was a service agent named Star who was polite and very focused on GREAT customer service. She's probably the best reason why I will now use this place on Main Street for all my tire needs Great experience great savings and above all a very solid and professional customer focused experience. Best Firestone in the area! Everyone is always very kind. They fit me in as soon as they can. Setting up appointments is easy online if you don't want to talk to anyone. I always come to this one. There's a small waiting area, but I've never had to wait too long. Honestly with the prices most dealers charge, I much prefer coming here. I also am super forgetful and always forget to bring my Firestone credit card, but they're always super accommodating and make sure they get the info they need. read more

Jeremy,, the service manager, took care of my car today. We have been to this location before However, this was the first time he has helped us. He went above and beyond to make sure my tire was at a safe air pressure level and not leaking air. The psi dropped to 6 this morning. He located our account in the system quickly and offered to inspect it right away. The wait was maybe 15 minutes and came out to tell us what was going on with it. Since there was not a leak , we weren't charged for the inspection. Thank goodness! He was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely return to this location for our cars service. They sell you a contract for service. Then do not honor their contract.. their excuse is their technicians are not qualified to work on vehicles. I would not trust them with your vehicle as they themselves say they are not able to do alignments as their technician is not qualified to do them. read more

I don't know what happened to this firestone. I brought two cars and both jobs I am unhappy with. With the Prius they didn't update me or do the rotation I asked for. The courtesy inspection wasn't even completed. With my Miata I wanted an alignment and tires installed. They somehow managed to blow my main fuse and didn't even notify me until my brother went to pick up the car. Needless to say he wasn't able to pick it up. I needed an alignment...all they did was look at my current settings...no adjustment..nothing done. The work is the representation of management. read more

I was there just the other day and I needed a diagnostic which cost $99. They told me I need new cables and terminals and battery. I know already that my battery is just fine because I tested it before I went in. So I told him to just replace the cables and terminals as they were rusty and old. He tried to convince me to get a new battery. But I stuck to it I knew that my battery is just fine thank you. So they did not replace my battery and charge me for that. When I came to pick up my car they did not have the print out of the diagnostic. I asked for one they said they don't give out the print outs they're just useless numbers. Every place I've ever had a diagnostic at gave me a print out because it shows me all the things that could be an are wrong with my car. But they insisted that that's not normal. Which I found shocking. That was a red flag for me but no you sitting there arguing because obviously he was gonna stick to that story. I paid my close to $300 and when I got home I found that only one cable had been replaced and the other one was still the same old rusty dirty broken down cable and terminals. I will not go back to that place ever again and I don't recommend them as they are dishonest. read more

I came here for the convenience which I shouldn't have. They told me it would take a hour to get a vehicle inspection. I called them three hours later asking when my car would be ready and they said they were about to call me so they could find my wheel lock. Another hour later they called me back and gave me my estimate. I decided to go with another place because the estimate they gave me was way too high. I asked him if I could pick my car up in 15 minutes and they told me give them a hour because they were at lunch. I let them know I was already late for work because they were behind on my car. My car was ready 45 minutes later. When I picked up my car, there was stuff on my floor from them looking through my compartments for my tire lock. I took my car to another repair shop and they let me know I did not need 3/7 things Firestone was recommending. I wasted half of my day and $30, waiting for them. Save your Time and money somewhere else. read more
