I came in for a simple flat tire repair and have now been waiting for almost three hours. The most frustrating part is that the shop doesn't appear to be all that busy. Several service bays have been sitting empty for much of that time. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but there has been very little communication about the reason for the delay or any realistic estimate of when my vehicle will be serviced. Since the tire was actively leaking due to a puncture, I didn't have the luxury of planning ahead or rescheduling. I came in expecting a timely repair so I could get back on the road safely, which makes this nearly three-hour wait especially disappointing. A flat repair is typically a routine service, and a wait of this length with open bays is difficult to justify. Customer service is not just about the quality of the repair, but also about respecting customers' time and keeping them informed. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of expectations. I hope management takes a serious look at its scheduling and customer service processes. During my wait, I spent some time reading through many of the online reviews and noticed that long wait times and poor communication are recurring complaints. Unfortunately, my experience only reinforced those concerns. The entire process felt more like waiting at the DMV than visiting a tire service center. Customers should not have to spend hours waiting for a routine flat repair, especially while service bays appear to be sitting largely empty. When so many reviews mention the same issues, it suggests a pattern rather than an isolated incident. I hope management addresses the underlying problems and makes meaningful improvements to the customer experience. Photo attached showing the mostly empty service bays during my wait. read more

I came in today for a scheduled tire service appointment and was assisted by someone named Tom. From the outset, the interaction was unnecessarily combative and patronizing. I clearly explained that the flat was on the rear right tire and noted--based on my own familiarity with vehicles--that the nail appeared to be outside the sidewall, making it a candidate for repair. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, Tom chose to correct my wording with, "you mean the shoulder?"--a distinction that felt less about accuracy and more about asserting authority over a customer. It immediately set the tone. He then informed me the tire tread measured at a 2 and needed replacement. While I acknowledged that replacement was likely imminent, I explicitly stated I wanted to explore repair first and discuss full replacement after reviewing options and pricing. He dismissed the request without meaningful discussion and ended the interaction abruptly. Within minutes, I returned ready to move forward with pricing on new tires. His response--"we're the biggest tire company in America, chances are we have it"--was delivered with a level of condescension that was both unnecessary and unprofessional. I wasn't questioning your inventory; I was asking for a quote. It's not a riddle. I asked again, simply, for a quote. I was then told to wait in the lobby. Despite having a 12:00 appointment, I sat waiting while he proceeded to assist multiple walk-in customers who arrived after me. After nearly an hour with no follow-up, no communication, and no acknowledgment, I left. Just an extended lesson in how little my time mattered. I contacted American Tire Depot immediately after. Within five minutes, they confirmed availability, provided pricing, and offered same-day service--everything this visit failed to deliver. Efficient, respectful, and refreshingly free of ego. This experience was defined by dismissiveness, poor communication, and a clear lack of respect for a paying customer's time. It was defined by condescension, poor communication, and a surprising resistance to simply doing the job. If the goal was to lose a customer, mission accomplished. I will never be returning. read more

I came in Tuesday on 9/8/26. I was helped by Charles to get new tires for my Truck, he was kind and communicative . I came in once again today on 9/12/26 with my wife to get a Roto/bal on our Elantra. He came and let us know that we had a nail in our tire and helped guide us on buying a new tire. I can't stress enough of how wonderful and an absolute pleasure it is to be helped by a true Gentleman and a human being. The same goes for all the team at this location. Nick. Frank. Thank you for giving me peace of mind that my wife isn't driving around with a bad tire. read more

I had a great experience at America's Tire, and I especially want to recognize Charles for the outstanding service he provided. I stopped by during peak hours to have an air check service on my Range Rover, and even though there was a long line, Charles completely changed the experience for the better. He was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. His attitude and customer service were so good that I honestly forgot about the wait. Employees like Charles are the reason customers come back. He represents the company exceptionally well and clearly understands how to make customers feel valued. I will definitely return to this location because of the experience he provided. I hope management sees this review and gives Charles the recognition he deserves. In my opinion, he is exactly the type of employee who should be considered for advancement or a leadership position. Thank you, Charles, for the excellent service! read more

So as luck (bad luck) would have it, after a week of new tires. I got a nail in the right rear! We rolled in before they closed and they were kind, professional, and helpful. My man Diego once again was stellar. This is going to be our regular spot for tires, although I would like to not see them as much as we have this week. read more

1/ People watch out! Flat tire repair schedule on line at least 3 days !!, or you have to wait at least 4 hrs. ? for all America tire stores. 2/ Tires rotating ( just only rotation) the waiting time at the store is right around 2 hrs.(even I have appointment and the shop was not busy at that time). 3/ My car manufacture recommended max tire shows 36 psi all around, they put 44 psi (front) and 38 psi (rear) !!! I am very disapointed with over all performance at Corona America Tire, look like they only focus on selling tires not services after sale. read more

I've been a faithful long time customer since this location opened. Customer service was always on point and appointment times were generally respected. ALL of my recent experiences have been overwhelmingly frustrating. Customer service has gone downhill and making an appointment is utterly pointless. I am not sure if this is location driven or if it's a corporate issue where customer service is no longer their focus. Whatever the reason may be, it appears that keeping customers happy is a thing of the past. My rating is based on previous 5-star and current a 3.5-star experiences. read more

I recently went to America's Tire to have my tires replaced under warranty, and unfortunately, the experience was much more frustrating than it should have been. My tires were under warranty, but because the company's system had been updated, the manager, Marty, was unable to locate my purchase. I showed him my bank statement as proof of purchase, but I was told that because the purchase could not be found in their system, I would have to pay full price. Marty was not helpful in trying to resolve the issue. I contacted customer service afterward, and they were able to locate my receipt, verify my mileage, and process the warranty correctly without requiring me to pay full price. I appreciated customer service resolving the issue, but I should not have had to make that additional effort. When I returned to the store, Charles apologized for my previous experience with Marty. However, he then began sharing personal information about Marty and discussing his health and personal circumstances. I found this extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. Regardless of an employee's personal situation, those details should not be shared with customers. Charles then explained that my replacement tires were not in stock and would need to be ordered. He offered me a different tire, but I specifically declined because I wanted the original tires I had purchased. I was told they would be ordered and that I would be notified when they arrived. I returned Monday and had my tires installed. When I got home, I noticed that the tires did not appear to be new. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating that my tires were scheduled to arrive Wednesday. This understandably raised concerns about what tires had actually been installed on my vehicle. I called Charles to ask what tires were put on my car. He told me he had spoken with more than 150 customers over the previous three days and could not remember what tires had been installed. He asked me to return to the store so he could inspect them. Overall, this experience left me with more questions than confidence. The warranty issue was eventually resolved through customer service, but the communication, professionalism, and uncertainty surrounding the replacement tires were disappointing. I hope management reviews this experience and works on improving communication, customer service, and professionalism. read more

I was leaving work and the TPMS system said front passenger tire was low. I physically checked and the tire looked fine. But the sensor showed PSI at 24, instead of the recommended 34 psi for my vehicle. I decided to bring it into America's Tire for quick evaluation. I arrived here 10 minutes prior to opening on Wednesday morning, approximately 0750. No appointment and no real answer. Tom greeted me and said he'll check for a nail, faulty TPMS, or another issue. After a quick glance he saw a tire dead center between the tread. He said they can patch the tire for FREE because the nail was in the middle of the tread and not on outside walls. They serviced the vehicle and patched the tire and I was on the road by 0900. An hour of my time and $0 out of my pocket. Many place charge $20 for a quick patch and the places that charge $0 are hoping the leak is on the side wall so you must purchase a new tire from them. Regardless, I'm satisfied with customer service, speed and service, and price in this specific case. read more

The two is grace for the guys who were friendly but poorly trained in customer service. The corporate office should have a conversation that includes efficiency, customer service and effective communication. A walk in customer with a flat should not wait 3 hours due to poor management. Why not have an express lane for quick jobs. Why not stop taking appointments when you are short staffed and running behind. Why not communicate with customers with an option so they know that the eta tracker is faux not real. A bit of communication with customers makes the difference between a return customer and one with a disappointmenting experience. This shop is in a prime location that would be great if it wasnt operating like its in the middle of no where with people who don't have anything else better to do with their weekday. Not a good visit. read more

These guys are great . I got an online quote from Costco on Michelin tires who does not charge for installation. Made an appointment, showed them the quote on my cell phone and they matched the price! Going here was better than costco as you can make an appointment at one of their slow times and minimize your wait. Plus their waiting longe is more comfortable as Costco has none. In addition they have several sales people to accommodate customers as Costco has only one and there is always a wait because their counter person is also answering phones. This location always has a line but that is a good sign as it shows high customer volume. Not to worry, get their quote and come back at a more convenient time for all parties and installation. Never going back to Costco for tires. read more

Has been my go to location for many, many years but lately I've been left disappointed. Since store managers Tom and Rudy had both left this location, customer service has gone downhill. With an appointment time scheduled I went yesterday and Charles told me to wait in my car and he'd come get me. Well after 20mins of waiting past my appointment time, I went back inside to speak to him and he seemed to have forgotten his word, while busy on the phone. In addition, there were a line of customers all waiting around while only ONE car was getting serviced in the bay. This occurred over the full hour I was there, empty bays while Charles is busy on the phone setting up more and more same day appointments. When my car was finally done with the simple tire rotation service, I found out that they left one tire under inflated and forgot to reinstall 3 of my 4 custom metal valve stem caps!? Makes me even question if the wheels were even torqued to manufacturer's correct values. Save your time, money & sanity by visiting another location. read more

Flat tire repair. I was told (via text) my completed time would be 11:12. It is now 1:30 pm, and my car was just taken to the bay. The only reason why is because I raised hell. Being completely honest, I understand delays happen but I came in expecting a flat fix to be a fast, when they said 1.5 hour wait that's what I expected to happen due to the shop being somewhat busy. But 3.5 hours are you serious ? No option to go anywhere else because of the tire but this place is horrific, I'll understand if they follow up with customers and let them know about their wait but holy hell man get your guys stuff together read more

Had to bring my car in to America's Tire after getting a flat from a valve stem leak--ended up leaving it overnight until they opened. As soon as they opened, they were on it. Super quick, friendly service. They got the tire fixed right away, took care of the valve issue, and had me back on the road in no time. Only hiccup? They forgot to return my lock release for the tires, which is kind of important. Not a huge deal, but it's something to double-check before you leave. Overall, solid experience and much appreciated after the headache of a flat. Quick, professional, and helpful. read more

After ordering tires a week prior, one came in the wrong size. You could see how busy it was, how stressed the shop was, and yet Charles helped with what I would consider the best customer service I have ever received. He didn't sell me a timeline that wasn't achievable, he was very concise, polite, and the next day had my truck serviced FAST. I am so blown away by his commitment to turn a bad situation around to something good. To anyone reading this that needs tires. Give this team your business. read more

The best part of AT at this store is Marty and Tom. AT installed two different brands of sensors and caused it to malfunction. I've waited two hours in the waiting room when I had an appt. Terrible customer service. My wife had an appointment at 10:30 and they didn't call her back until after 12 PM. When I called to complain and explain to them that we've had an appointment for a long time all they can do is apologize. When I asked them why are they over booking and making customers wait, the employee just told me that that's a corporate decision. So the corporate knows that customers are waiting for Hours and they don't care. read more

Finished in 1 hour 15 for 4 tires changed on my Honda clarity. About $460 The technicians were very courteous and nice. I would gladly come again. Thank you. read more

What concerned me most was the attitude of the front desk staff who are responsible for greeting and assisting customers. I will not trust anyone else with my tires. I have been going to America's Tire for decades now. First at the Torrance location and now, this one. I am never disappointed and they always put me at ease considering it's usually a flat tire and it can be a rattling experience. Yes, they're busy, but they're communicative and manage your expectations well. The service m, especially at the Corona location, is always top notch. Highly recommended. Thank you!!! read more

EDIT: Chandler D. responded to my review with a link asking for my contact info, but the website gives an error when trying to submit on multiple browsers. I called and was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour with an appointment. So I scheduled my appointment and when I arrived I was told there were three people in front of me and it would take 3 hours to complete. I was asked if I would like to reschedule but I had already driven out there and was told rescheduling would have the same three hour wait anyway, so I stayed. Aside from the regular overbooking, when I got home I noticed they not only did not install the wheel caps correctly, but they had actually damaged one of my wheel caps. read more

Buyer beware. Over the Christmas break, I stopped by to get a free air service. The younger gentleman told me that my rear tires were at 3/32 (time to replace soon he said) and front at 5/32. Tonight, I went to Les Schwab for a free tire rotation (even though I didn't buy my tires there - it's their business model to earn your business); the rep measured my tires at 7.5-8/32 front and 5.5 to 6 rear. I have a RWD EV, so that type or wear is normal and needs to be rotated. Get a second opinion before listening to these guys. Les Schwab has zero reason to lie, as they sell tires. We visited and waited in line while an employee named Marty was assisting another customer. Anticipating a delay, we decided to take a seat. Shortly after, another guest entered, we immediately got up and stood back in line, and Marty immediately greeted and assisted them. Unfortunately, at no point were we acknowledged or asked if we needed assistance. This experience left us feeling overlooked, and it raised concerns about fairness in how customers are treated. I would encourage management to provide additional training to ensure that all guests receive the same level of courtesy and attention. read more

We've been here several times over the years and haven't had any issues, but this time I dealt with a rude employee. I'm fairly certain he was a manager too. He was wearing a different shirt than the others. We were set to purchase four new tires, but from my first interaction he was curt and almost hostile. I ignored this at first, but he kept at it so my wife and I decided to leave. We won't give our money to a business that employs someone who treats us this way.
