I came here only because it was the closest place to get a tire patched. I used their services in the past when I lived inthe area, unfortunately the experience confirmed why I dreaded coming in. I was the only customer the tire technician was working on, yet it still took 40 minutes just to get a simple tire patch completed, and that was only because I intervened. After identifying a clearly visible nail in my tire, the technician sat on his phone with loud music playing and made no effort to proceed until someone explicitly told him to do so. The repair only started after I went into the office and asked the front desk employee to instruct him to patch the tire. Otherwise, I would have been waiting much longer. Check-in was also inefficient. When I arrived, the office worker asked me any I was there and then turned around and simply went about her day making calls to notify other customers that their vehicles were ready and completed filing her paperwork. Once she was done she then she checked me in. Overall, there was a clear lack of urgency, customer care, and professionalism. The staff appeared unmotivated, communication was poor, and the process was unnecessarily slow. This shop needs significant improvement in customer service, efficiency, and overall good work ethic. read more

What started as a simple free brake check turned into an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We walked in expecting honest advice and left paying $498.30 for a hub that was damaged while they were working on our vehicle. There were two bolts that were spinning and wouldn't come out. We were told they could remove them from the back for $220, but instead they cut the bolts, which damaged the hub. Suddenly, we were being told we had to pay for a brand-new hub -- for damage that occurred in their shop. To make matters worse, while replacing the hub they broke the axle and initially wanted us to pay for that as well. After pushing back, they finally agreed to cover the axle, but we were still stuck paying for the hub. After nearly $500, we still don't even have new brakes, which was the entire reason we came in. It's deeply disappointing to leave with more problems than we arrived with. We have been loyal customers for 25 years, and this experience completely shattered the trust we had built over decades. The lack of accountability and care was shocking. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and I would not recommend this shop based on our experience. read more

Scam alert! Do not use this place. I sent my family member to get 2 tires replaced. He is special needs but knew exactly what he needed and told the worker. The back two tires needed replacing but the front ones were in good shape with a tread of 8/32. AFTER he left, they called him and convinced him to buy all 4 and get a front end alignment. They told him the tires were very bad (which they weren't) and unsafe and needed to be replaced too. They convinced him that was what he needed even though it wasnt what he dropped the car off for or agreed upon in person. This is a horrible sales tactic and he was taken advantage of. To make matters even worse, one of the brand new tires were defective and went flat 3 days after it was installed. He went back and let them know. They said it couldn't have been defective and made him pay for a 5th tire and installation and disposal AGAIN for their defective tire that was under warranty. Also, they charged him twice.... $1300 TWICE and hoped that he wouldnt notice. Too long didnt read: 1. They will push and convince you that you need something you don't 2. Needed a Brake job on my car. Made an appointment with Pep Boys only to be canceled by them last minute and told that it was just the website canceling my appointment automatically. I drove less than a half a mile down the street and decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did. They were super friendly, and did an amazing job. They respected the car by putting paper and plastic on the seats. I watched the technician work on my car as if it was his. He kept everything clean and was tightening and double checking everything as he went along. They even test drove the vehicle at the end to ensure everything was OK. They ended up matching a coupon that I had for Pep Boys and gave me amazing service. I would recommend to anyone I will definitely be back. Came here because I've been having a leaking tire for 2 months and I didn't have the time to go get it checked. Upon arrival, I explained the issue and told them where the nail was and was told that it would take about 45 min to fix. After about 45 min, the guy comes to me and tells me that it's done, so I go to the counter and then he tells me that his tech couldn't find a leak and that it was just low on air. I then explained to him that I have to put air in the every morning due to the leak and that there is a nail in the tire. Then his tech tells me that maybe because it's cold weather and neither one of them seemed interested to actually inspect the tire. So I knew at that point that I'm better off just going somewhere else. Then as I go to grab my key I tried one more time to ask him to have his tech take out the wheel and inspect it again and he will see the nail, then he rudely refused and said "didn't you say you wanna try another shop, so just take it to another shop" and printed me my receipt, gave me the key and proceeded to speak to a different customer while I was still standing at his counter. So I leave their shop and go to American tire depot in the area, and within 20 min, they found and took out the nail, patched the tire and sent me on my way! Needless to say, it's unlikely that I would return to this establishment as they wasted an hr of my time, insulted my intelligence and insisted to treat the situation poorly despite me giving him 3 different chances to recover and just do their job. As a business owner myself who also happens to be in the car business, I hope the owner of this franchise reads this and talks to his employees on how to handle customers and demonstrate the most basic level of professionalism or customer service! This is not a trustworthy location. If you value your money and car, please go elsewhere. They will try to take as much money from you as possible. This location has no integrity. A person named Daniel at the front desk tried to up-charge me and scam me out of money, even though I had already had the selected services prices included with my appointment. I used the Just Tires website to make an appointment for an oil change (with tire rotation included) at my local Just Tires shop. I have a copy of my appointment details that includes Valvoline Ultimate Oil Change ($99.95), Oil Filter Disposal Fee ($3.00), and a free tire rotation. This bundle included a discount rebate for $17.76 resulting in the total estimating $85.19 before taxes for my oil change and tires rotation overall. When I went to go drop off my car today, this is the price I am expecting to pay. I spoke to a man named Daniel, who worked at the front desk for Just Tired shop location at 185 N Washburn Cir., Corona, CA 92882 United States. Daniel took my keys and I left, expecting a call later that day for my pick up. Instead I get a call within 20 minutes from Daniel telling me that the price has changed to $157 for my oil change and free tire rotation. (Even after taxes, it would not come out to this new outrageous price point). I asked him if that new price included the promotion that I was using; he paused, stuttered, and had me wait a moment until he said "Oh we do have a promotion for $17.76 and I can take that off the price before taxes." I knew he was trying to up-charge me, hoping that I wouldn't catch on because of the type of car I drive. I had already selected the highest oil type for my car during the online appointment set up and it provided me the estimated cost before taxes ($99.85), and after my promotion was applied ($85.19). I don't appreciate being taken advantage of because of the car I drive, especially from a reputable company whom I valued. I told Daniel that I was going to pick up my car instead of paying more than what was offered. When I got back to Just Tires shop and picked up my keys I asked Daniel what they called their highest available oil; specifically the synthetic oil that my car requires. He confirmed that it is called "Valvoline Ultimate Oil" which is the same name on my appointment details receipt that had been priced at $99.95 before the promotion. I showed him the details of my appointment, which included the name and prices of my selected services. He had no words to say. I told him I didn't appreciate being lied to and expected more from this company. He expected me to pay more than the standard price offered at $99.95 before discount, possibly to benefit for his own pockets. I told him to treat customers as they would their own family; be honest, have integrity, and do the right thing. There was no need for my time to be wasted by an untrustworthy person trying to take advantage of their customers. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, and therefore will not recommend this location to anyone ever again. I don't trust the management that placed Daniel in a position to take advantage of their customers. I am extremely disappointed with Just Tires shop overall. I expected better. My experience at Just Tires wasn't pleasant. I went in on Sunday, July 25 in the am to get my tires installed. Everything was fine. I had ordered my tires online the day before and selected Just Tires to install them. ***Keep in mind I don't drive much, I work from home when reading this*** Problems came later that day around 5 pm. My tire indication light was on on my dash. I noticed my front driver's side tire really low. I walked around the car to find all of them low. My lack of knowledge of tires didn't help, I wasn't sure how to fill the tire or to know when to stop, etc. I called around and luckily, although, Auto Zone doesn't do tires, the gentleman was nice enough to measure the PSI. My front should be set at 33 and back at 32. My front was at 20 the back at 23. I took it back to the tire shop the next day, but they were already closed at 5 pm. The next day, I took it back to Just Tires and they noted it was very low all the way around. They filled it and I left. I figured all was resolved. They didn't ask any questions, they just said pull it up and we will fill the tires up. This was the third visit. That didn't hold, so on the following Sunday, I drive it back over because the front was nearly flat and the all the way around was low. They put my car on the rack and showed my the bubbling around the tire after spraying it. They concluded that the tires were not sealing around the rim correctly and the air was seeping out. My thinking is, let's fix it. It turned into a bigger ordeal that let's just fix it! As far as being tire specialists, I'm wondering where all theirs went? On this day, after determining the tires were bubbling, they offer a tire that's $10 less and to come back the next day. They couldn't get the tire and they wanted to call Goodyear warranty to see about replacing them. I say fine, even though I have to take time off from work to get this done. I thought it was going to be only the am, but it turned out they weren't finished until after 1. I show up the next day in the am and a different guy says he needs to see my prior receipt to determine the previous cost of tires and the new cost. He acted like this was a real problem, like I was putting him out and he didn't believe what I paid. He acted like the people with appointments were more important and that I'd have to "wait until we have time..... we can be working you in". He offered for me to leave and come back later to retrieve my vehicle. At this point I'm like .... Ummm, I'm not leaving, I'm not sure why he'd think I'd trust them? He ends up offering a tire with a $25 difference overall. I agree begrudgingly because I have long trip coming up over the weekend. I don't have much of a choice, I just need them fixed. The whole time he made me feel like it was my fault. Like I had done something wrong. During this conversation, I bring up the why, why do I have to pay a difference on a tire that didn't work out? Additionally, why didn't their "tire specialist" notice on day one that my tires weren't fully aired up and didn't fit on the lip of the tire although they were the correct size? How could their "tire specialist" have not checked to ensure any of this was right or wrong, for that matter? I explained how unsafe that is and how that's a lack of customer service on their part. All I got was a sorry. Not a we will make it right... I will go over this with the guys in the shop, as it is concerning... nothing. Instead, he said well we are only charging the difference in tire, if you went through the warranty they'd give you the tires at no cost, but you'd pay another installation fee, which is about $100 My thought is, it appears to not be Just Tires, but Goodyear too. In the end, they said my previous tires left rubber "indentations on the rim". I was at a point where I didn't even ask. I just wanted to get out of there. Let's just say their customer service isn't a strong suit! I drive my car away... finally, but they didn't bother to clean the tires or rims. What this comes down to is this. This tire place doesn't do quality work, they don't check the safety, and ultimately if something happens it will cost you to get it fixed. As if all that wasn't enough, while waiting in their customer area, I was bit by ants. They were crawling along the edge of the place everywhere. The waiting area is dirty, cobwebs with bugs, looks like the floors haven't been swept or mopped in a decade. So.... You've been warned, proceed with caution! read more

Was having an issue with a tire on my girlfriend's Car and first went to Pep Boys around the corner from Just Tries and they told me I'd have to leave her car for about 3 to 4 hrs and drop it off. It was for her left front tire. I thought that was ridiculous. So I went to Just Tire's and talked to Daisy the Service writer and explained what was going on. She was extremely professional and said she'd have her tire tech on it just as soon as he got back from his lunch. She offered me Donuts and Water and said I could wait in their lounge until he came back. He returned and did a great job checking out the problem and sent me on my way. When we come Back inside, they tell me, your gonna have to wait. Two other customers arrived while I was outside and are being serviced before me. Took exactly 1 hr 20 min to get out of there for one front tire replacement better off going to a hole in the wall or another tire shop. Also, they were the only tire place open on New Year's Day so I was expecting a long wait. They got me in and out within 15 minutes. They were also very friendly and customer service was amazing. I logged in online gave him all the specifics on my car and yet they wanted to charge for another quart. you would think when you answer that information online it would automatically add in the extra court since that specific vehicle requires more but no. I had an appointment at 12:00PM for a Tire Alignment and Oil Change. I had arrived early and checked my car in at 11:30AM, my car didn't get serviced until 2:00PM, and finished a little after 3:00PM. It took near FIVE hours to get a Tire Alignment and Oil Change. Please keep in mind I was the only appointment at that time, and the only customer at the physical location. I would have rather went to the neighboring mechanic shops and been in and out in an hour. Thankfully, Tire Alignment ($89) and Oil Change ($30) were done WELL, but definitely not worth the almost five hour wait time. Please take it upon yourself to take your car to other mechanic shops located in the same plaza. You'll thank yourself in the end. read more

Been coming to the chain for years but this location...you guys are batting ZERO. Three oil changes in a row I've made an appnt. Showed up on time and my car hasn't even been touched until an hour or more after the appnt time and every time I'm told "we're short staffed and only have 1 person". So in the past 7 months you guys are experiencing the same problem? Sounds like management needs to secure employees and techs to handle basic oil changes. What's the point of making an appnt if nobody even touches your car until an hour later? Upon checking in I was also confirmed that it would take around an hour. Which is fine. Even a little longer is not a problem. But when nobody even picks your keys up for an hour. That's not cool. Will be finding a new place. On 12/15/21 I brought my vehicle in due to a nail lodged in the rear driver side tire. I previously visited a few different tire stores but the wait time to just have someone look at the tire was 2+ hours. Just Tires was empty when I pulled in. One employee came out to look at the tire. He stated that he needed to ask his manager because he was unsure of the nail's location & if it were repairable or not. The manager, Adan, came out and said the nail couldn't be removed and repaired because it was in a location (near the wall of the tire) and it was company policy. Adan notified me that the nail had fully punctured the tire. He proceeded to tell me that I would need to buy a new one. I asked for him to quote me for a new tire, the exact that were currently on the vehicle and a quote for a new set. Adan checked the tire wear on the other three tires and stated that a new set wasn't necessary at this time. We moved forward with the order of one tire, which would be delivered next day. On 12/16, I got notified that the new tire was delivered and to come in. Due to scheduling, I returned to the store on 12/17. Adan was there. They got started on the job right away. I went around the corner to get some lunch. When I returned to the store about an hour later, Adan walked me out to the floor and showed me the new tire which was installed on the rim, not yet put on the vehicle. He told me the tire was not the exact same. There was a difference on where the rim met on the tire wall and something about a higher speed tolerance, which means nothing to me because a 2019 Chevy Silverado is not a performance vehicle. I told him I wanted the exact tire and asked if the correct tire I ordered was in stock. He said he asked and it was back ordered 6 months or more. I told him to put the old tire back on and I will not be purchasing the tire he ordered. As he instructed his employees to re-install the original tire, he walked around the vehicle re-checking the tread on the other 3 tires. Adan walked back over to me and suggested I keep the new tire because I will need to be replacing the others very soon anyways. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Two days earlier he said I didn't need a new set. Now that I am declining the tire he ordered incorrectly, he wanted me to keep it and buy 3 more, unnecessarily. I was frustrated and felt my time was wasted. I left Just Tires and went to another nearby shop. I was in total shock when I was told the tire could be repaired, the nail location was not a threat to safety, AND the nail did NOT puncture through the tire so no repair or new tire is needed. Bottom line, Adan used poor tactics for customer service and went to a low level to make a sale. My lack of knowledge of tires opened the door for Adan and he took advantage of that. I'm almost 100% sure they knew once they took off the original tire that the nail didn't puncture through and failed to mention that. Always do your due diligence when it comes to EVERYTHING nowadays. read more

This place and customer service has really gone downhill. My parents had been loyal customers since 1985. Dad has bought tires there over many years. He 'WAS' a loyal customer. But this last time he'd had a nail in his tire and road hazard that was purchased at the Corona location. They wanted to sell Dad (an 89 year old man) an entire new set of tires and wouldn't take the tire on the vehicle off to see if it was repairable! Out for the almighty dollar!!! Adan Sanchez is the manager and the person that gave me this misinformation. I ended up at Les Schwab where they not only were able to repair the tire but did it for free in less than 30 minutes.
