I drove up a little after 10 am. Needed an oil change. Jorge P. Seemed already tired and told me it could take an hour or more. I accepted to wait , Jorge seemed annoyed but all the guys working on 3 cars prior to mine moved quickly and efficiently that Jorge called me to check out only 30 minutes after servicing my car. I asked if there was any coupons and Jorge nearly rolled his eyes at me but did tell me to look it up on line. Jorge rang me up quick & rushed me off to continue sitting .Jorge made me feel as if I asked for free SERVICE! He didn't even offer me car wash as all the other custome rs before me. read more

A little disappointed considering the other reviews. I called to get an estimate for an oil change, they asked for make and model and let me know it would be $129. I drove there and they started working on the car and I was told it was going to cost $179 for this make and model. They already started and I drove 30 min to get there so I had them take care of it. Didn't get the extra service others mentioned. No vacuum. Several of the levels were not checked, and they didn't inflate the tires to the manufacturer recommended amount for this car. Very disappointed compared to expectations and price. read more

As a parent of a 19 year old girl, sending them to go get any car repair done can lead to a costly adventure but at Jiffy Lube they treated her with respect, explained everything with great detail and even helped her with coupons. Additionally, when her car did not run correctly 2 days later, they were super understanding and helpful, double checking their work and went the extra mile explaining that her new problem was a spark plug issue. They don't take appointments for oil changes; it's just first come, first served. $41.99 for an oil change with conventional oil but they offered me a $10 off coupon so it came out to $31.99. That price includes washing the exterior windows, vacuuming, topping off all fluids, and checking basic maintenance stuff like the serpentine belt (see pic). Manny was great, friendly and efficient. I went to this Jiffy Lube location to get my oil changed. I must confess I had a few reservations based on some of the reviews although most were good. The first thing that won me over was the person who answered the phone when I called to get a little info. He was cordial, informative answering my questions, patient and friendly. Good customer service over the phone is huge to me. So that brought me in. When I arrive, I was greeted with a friendly smile (yes, I could see him smiling underneath his mask) and a hello from Omar. Per my request, he kindly guided me into the spot where I needed to place my car & instructed me where to go to be helped inside. That was the 2nd home run. As a customer, I appreciate being appreciated and not herded in like cattle. At the desk, I was greeted by Manager George. George was tops. Very professional, he took care of me with proficiency and thoroughness. I'm one who asks many questions so I can be informed and also to be clear about what is being done. George explained everything, showed me my dirty filters (and yes, that was legit; I hadn't changed them since the Israelites crossed the Red Sea); he applied my coupon (check online just in case there's an offer) & then I took a seat to wait the 20 minutes he mentioned. However, they were done even faster. AND I loved the free car wash bit! YAAAAAY!!! THIS LOCATION WAS AWESOME & I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM! read more

Took my one oil and filter asked an employee they said it was ok. Took the car and when getting there they said they don't do it anymore. So if your bringing your own oil try some other place. But if your not bring your own oil than not an issue. read more

I normally take my vehicle to my car dealership for oil change and it always takes a long time to get it done. It is not really how I want to spend my weekend. I live in Chino Hills, quite a distance from this place but it was recommended by my bf. Arthur's customer service is outstanding, very courteous and very professional. Update: I'm not a happy customer at all. I wrote my original review below right after my visit, and since then I have realized that the workers stole items from my car. Not cool! I am now missing an iPhone car charger, a cleaning rag, and a bottle of Meguier's (sp?) vinyl cleaner. Seriously?? That's what you steal? About $40 worth of products taken, which makes the $90 oil change more expensive since I now have to replace these items. Worse than that is that my husband immediately took his truck in for an oil change after I said what an easy and convenient task it was. Now we get to comb through his items to make sure nothing was taken. If you go here, I guess you can't trust the guys I thought were so helpful and polite. You could have cost me $1000's for a new engine because of your corrupt workmanship. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give this location a Zero and sue them for the damage they did to my 2004 STI I WOULD! Their oil changes are so fast because they don't actually do them they just charge you for it. They didn't change my oil or filter and I know this because the old filter is still there not the NEW K&N filter they charged me for. I check my oil regularly because my car is hard on oil. My oil wasn't even on the dip stick and it was solid black. I almost had a heart attack at this point because this car is my heart and soul. Then I asked my boyfriend to check to see if the piston rings are bad (we are both mechanics) because the car is "burning oil and not leaking it) he gets under the car and is like ummm they never even changed your oil..... the plug was never removed and the filter is the old one. If I take this engine apart and I find that there is damage done I will make sure this location is closed down. They are fraudulent and crooks. No wonder their oil changes are so fast! Because they don't actually do them they just f**king charge you for one. I am beyond mad. Being all sweet to me because I'm a woman but trying to swindle me because they think I'm a moron and don't know shit about mechanics. I got you fools. read more

Arthur, who I believe is the manager, is very informative, shows the prices for everything, shows you your car as they're servicing it and gives recommendations on what needs to be changed WITHOUT being agressive in sales. My mechanic retired this summer and I wasn't sure what to do when it came to having my oil changed. I have never had bad service at this location. It is the same price as the big-box place down the street, and unlike there, I have never waited more than 20 minutes to have my vehicles serviced. Recently I brought in my latest car for its first-ever JL oil change (got a few free ones from the dealership when I bought the car). Several days later I noticed an oil stain developing on the driveway where I park. I took the car back to Jiffy Lube, they found the problem (a defective gasket) and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Great customer service, great pricing, and easy to get to. I tried getting an oil change today, the place was empty of customers and they insisted I had to pay $95 for an oil change, that I had to have synthetic, but my car uses 5w-30. I said no, my cars manual says no synthetic. He started yelling at me synthetic and shaking his head no and waved me off like I was a dumb woman. My car has never used synthetic and never should! Every time I go there, the guys always treat me like I'm a VIP. They are fast and efficient. They offered me a coupon that was on Yelp that saved me $12 so that is an extra bonus. They will clean your windshield and vacuum your car. The service is great and I've never been there for more than 20 minutes. Last time I was there, they didn't push an air filter or other services that I know I didn't need. I just said give me a basic oil change and that was it. NO questions or pressure. The only thing I would suggest is that the coffee machine needs fresh coffee and maybe have some type of water dispenser in the waiting area for customers. Other than that, this place is a great spot to get your oil changed. read more

They did a great job. They were quick. Some sludge came out of the oil tank when draining and they flushed the system without charging extra. The manager gave me a complimentary discount. These guys all take their job serious and run a clean efficient operation. read more
