Nobody loves waking up to a nail in their tire but Seth makes the headache tolerable. I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes and all of my tires were checked along with my tire pressure. I hate leaving a bad review, but my husband and I had a terrible experience with this place. We needed a simple oil change and tires to be checked and patched that had a leak. We made an appointment, showed up and said they couldn't see us because they were over booked. Went back the next day and the service for those two simple things took over 5 hours. Then our tire was flat again the next day. They also didn't put back on the tire caps. Super disappointed in the service since we paid over $100. We will not be going back and now have to take our car elsewhere. read more

Do to short staff at the time of my appointment at 1:00pm I was seated and inform that it will be up to a hour of completion of my services which was a quick oil change. I ended up waiting 2hours and 40 min. I recommend anyone that doesn't have a busy agenda to just drop the vehicle off. Great service but very slow. read more

Don't bother calling to make an appointment. Their call center is in the Philippines. They don't make sure if there is staff to do the job. Called in to get an oil change, was told to bring it down and it would be done in an hour. Get to the shop and was told that they wouldn't even be able to start for at least 2hrs. read more

These guys saved me big time! I got a bad flat as I was about to head back to San Diego on a Sunday night. They were willing to stay open late for me to get towed over and then immediately had a new tire for me. From the time I called, got a tow and then got back on the road with my family, it was just over an hour. They also gave me a fair deal on the service when I desperately would have paid anything. Customer service is always top of the list for me. Dropped my daughter's car at 9:30 am for a diagnostic on the front brakes. At 11:00 am reached out to the person who recommended this place. He text his guy and was told the car was being checked out at that time. I didn't get a call until 1:10 pm at which time I got the long list of everything it needed; if I wanted that I would have asked. And then the astronomical quote. It took you 4 hours for that. Even if it is what it is needed, poor customer service usually means poor craftsmanship so I'll find someone else who I get a trustworthy vibe from. read more

Review: Tire Choice Auto Service Center, Norco, CA Summary: NOT RECOMMENDED, STAY AWAY Reviewed Service for:  Auto Care (Tune up) and 4-Wheel Alignment This is my first time at Tire Choice Auto Service Center, it was a HUGE mistake. I printed out an itemized Tune Up list (Image attached), mainly it calls for Oil & Filter change, rotating tires, and a few inspections. I went to their shop and asking for an estimate, was quoted $79.99, which was the same as the dealer's. Was also quoted $124.99 for 4-Wheel Alignment, which was not the lowest among other places. Surprise #1: Invoice presented to me had a Charge of 166.49 for the tune up, I asked why it wasn't $79.99 as quoted, they said the price quoted DOES NOT INCLUDE the oil change, even though I pointed out is was on the printed list, they would not honor it. This is the fifth vehicle I owned, I had never been to any auto shop for a tune up that does not include oil and filter change. Surprise #2: The invoice included Rotate 4 Wheels, but is wasn't done, my left front wheel has a big scratch on the side which can be easily spotted, it was still at the left front. That led me wondering what else was not done. Surprise #3: When I drove off the shop, my steering wheel was pointed at the 11 o'clock position (Photo attached), I went right back to the shop asking for correction. The technician took my truck in, and was done in less than 10 minutes. When I drove off the shop, guess what, my steering wheel was STILL pointed at the 11 O'clock position. Surprise #4: Went back again, in and out in less than 20 minutes, and.....Still the same. I videoed it, showed to the technician, he drove off the lot and came back, this time, it was corrected. It was done somewhere else. Dishonest, UN-qualified service, I do not recommend their Auto Service and Wheel Alignment. read more

Great tire shop to go on a Sunday. Most tire shops are closed Sundays so this center comes in clutch. Jeremiah helped me in the front and was very knowledgeable and gave me a strong quote. Both in terms of time and money; his quote was spot on. I will always come here if I need help with my tires. It's okay. They get the job done but not as thorough as I'd like. A bit more on the expensive side compared to previous shops I've been too. They bent the bottom of my engine oil housing while working on another item and took no accountability. The only reason I found out was when I was getting an oil change and the tech informed me about it. read more

Took my fleet vehicle here this morning, and no one else in the waiting area, yet still i was quoted 90min for an oil change. Pressed for new oil, i stuck around, but 80min later, no one had touched my van yet. When i asked the "less than enthused" employee about it, all he said was,"they're pulling out a car now, so your next". Needless to say,that never happened. I ran out of time to wait around for them to get their acts together, so i had to leave back to work. All that is enough for a 3-star rating, but what really dipped it, was this. As i left, i explained to the employee, to stop estimating clients @ 90min, and say 2hrs, instead! Had he told me 2hrs in the beginning, i never would have stopped by, and wasted my time. He shrugged his clueless shoulders, as though he couldn't care any less, and handed me paperwork. I asked him to be sure that i wasn't being charged, since nothing was ever actually done. Well...i called my fleet service a few hours later, and sure enough, Tire Choice Auto Service Center of Norco, Ca, on Hamner Ave, billed my fleet company anyway. Unbelievable???..believe it! I booked online for an appointment and preselected the tires I needed and received confirmation. When I arrived they did not have the tires I requested. They informed me they could order them and have them in a few days. I wasted my time booking an appointment with these crooks. I booked the appointment a week early and still got screwed over. I went in here with a single tire that had been repaired at a different tire shop but still didn't hold pressure. I was greeted by Jacob who immediately attended to me and said he would see what he can do. After a few minutes of separating the tire and wheel, he was a able to identify the issue and even showed me the repair needed. He was honest when saying the repair should work, but if it didn't I would need a new tire. Few days later now, my tire is still holding up to pressure. I had an accident on Highway 15 on Monday 5/16. The tire warning sign came on. I came to this tire store to get help. Jacob the manager was very patient. After replacing the stem, the tire was fine. Horrible Customer service** I went it in today at 9:00am (opening time) to get a quote on a tire fix .. immediately upon walking into the store my wife and I felt as if we inconvenienced the sales rep .. in the most annoyed voice , he ask "what's up!?" as I guess we interrupted his conversation with another employee. His tone was so off from customer service Friendly i told him good morning. He sighs irritated and says good morning, what is going on!? At this point was apparent the employee did want to be there but I needed my tire fixed so i just moved on so he could assist us. We go outside to show him the tire that was damaged but he was sarcastic and antagonistic towards my wife and I .. Ive never felt so disrespected..we decided to leave. I rather wait an extra day without a tire then give this establishment any money. I'm sure I'm not the first customer that got this greeting.
