He never finished the brake caliper service offered as he never came back to install or even provide the decals I paid for. Excuse after excuse and he finally admitted botching the tire cover even more. I told him to just give me back the tire cover and just drop off the decals and I'll put it on myself. It's been two weeks since and I give up. I wanted to give him the benefit of a doubt but so far I'm out the money I paid for the decals, deposit for tire cover paint job, and never even got back my tire cover. Should have known better after I texted him from another number requesting another service done while waiting for a response from the number he already has. No surprise as I get a response in a few minutes from the new number and over a day to respond from my inquiry of my tire cover/decal.

I could tell right away he was passionate about his work and definitely puts customers first by how he was explaining everything in detail so I decided lets get all the wheels done while I'm here anyways I was stuck on a "charcoal" grey-ish color for rims, he advised that the past couple grey rims hes done the customers didn't like the way the look, but he knew I was stuck on the grey theme so he took couple example rims out and put them in front of my rims to give me an idea of how they would turn out, definitely going the extra mile for the customer in my book. all said and done I picked my color shade and he said it would be done thursday, this was from me dropping the car off tuesday morning at 8am. Eric gives me a call Wednesday 3pm and told me it was done and ready for pick up. I was like already? I was thinking to myself, wondering if he rushed it and move on to the next car being hes one day early. When I saw my car and how the color came out, I had the biggest smile on my face haha. The rims look literally brand new, there was no scuffs, scratches, curb rashes or any kind, there was no hint that work had been performed on the wheels everything was perfect and quite unbelievably. I was one happy camper, If your someone looking to get your wheels repaired and pick places by their reviews and rating I hope my review gives you motivation to give this shop a visit. FOR THE LOVE OF MOTHER MARIA AND CHRIST…read more DONT BRING ANY WHEELS HERE FOR THIS BUSINESS. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE OPEN 5/7/26 brought a set of 20s three pieces. ASKED TO strip, clean up and rebuild. Promise and provided lead time to 5/14 to pick up. During the week time span, asking for updates, colors no response. Called no response. 5/14 came around, meet at the shop to check out the work. Very disappointed, he didn't stripped the powder coat down like previously request, paint straight on top of powder with no primer. (Like a botch job). Asked eddie martinez (the business owner) why he did this?. His response was "I was from job to job and didn't have time and asked a friend to finish for me". Utter disappointment, and somehow I felt bad for the guy and believed the story. So i decided to extend the lead date so he can proper finish the job. 5/19 Asked if the wheels were ready to pick up. And eddie's excused was "my parents got to a car accident and can't do it rn". I don't understand why he has to lie like that and provide misinformation. So i want to give him the last chance to do it and asked if he can get it done Friday 5/29. He said "he'll do it". 5/29 came around ask him if is done, no response. Told him i would be there pick up the wheel 3pm. But want to come in early to check his credibility. Trusted my instinct, i was right, played me By a fool, didn't strip down, said he'll sand blasted to clear out all the chipping. Didn't go through with it. Have to draft a demand letter through my attorney and request his to pay me. Then caved in and willing to only refund the $400. Thieves stealing $100 from me. Don't do business with him ever, only want cheap and fast job. No business license and worked within a bodyshop, have to escalate through the shop owner for him to call back and pay up.

I had a great experience with Pro Wheels and Tires. My car got a flat tire and I found out that not…read moreonly was my tire flat, but my wheel was cracked in three places. The search was on to find a new replacement wheel, but then I find out that my wheels were custom made for my car and my options were pretty much: A) Get a new wheel made custom again and pay $600+ B) Get four new wheels and pay a bit more We went with B. I wasn't happy to spend this money after just having a flat that could be fixed almost for free because of my tire insurance, but sh*t happens and so I went shopping for wheels. We visited a few places and came back to Pro Wheels because they had a great price, friendly service, great looking wheels, and they were able to do the work quickly. I'm honestly not the type of person that even notices wheels right off the bat - I could safely say that I actually was confused when our tire place said my wheel was cracked - I really think of tires and wheels as the same thing, lol. I was very wrong. Once I started noticing my wheels and all the wheels around me I actually enjoyed the shopping. I went with something pretty straightforward and Itzel from Pro Wheels really helped me with shopping them around and getting the best price. Once we picked out the new wheels, she communicated with me about coming back in and getting the installation done. The installation location is off-site of this location (at CTW on Main St.). Once they installed my wheels, it was done very quickly, and they look amazing! I highly recommend this wheel shop.
