    These guys are great! Shawn is the most honest, ethical and helpful dealer I've ever worked with. I'd been looking around for an older used cargo van to convert into a camper and found a 1995 Silver GMC Rally at Best Auto that was 'the one'! Shawn did some helpful updates on the van after he bought it at auction to bring it up to a higher standard. He was accommodating in how I paid and included a 30 day warranty as a customer service. Turns out the van still needed some minor work after I purchased and he honored the warranty and went above and beyond to get things right. Now I'm set! I'm writing this parked on the beach in Malibu watching the sunset. A guy just walked up and admired the van, asked the story, said he was looking for a van. Who do you think I sent him to?     I just bought a CNG Ford F150 from Shawn at Best Auto Sales and he was wonderful to to business with, he answered all of my questions and not only was the transaction fast and easy but the truck was actually in perfect condition! I took it to get checked up by a certified CNG mechanic and he was amazed at the low miles and condition of the truck it self and the engine!     So I was looking for new Chevy Van I had problems to find good one . Thankfully​ my friend found add for Best Auto Sale I called them and the whole personal I spoke to was super cool and very helpful We got to the spot and I met Shawn. This guy knew everything about all of his Vans and Trucks He let me test drive some of them and I decided to buy one from him The only reason why I bought this vehicle from him was his honesty and no pressure to sell me something (I dislike dealerships with pushy people that's the easiest way to loose my interest in something) After all Shawn kept answering all my questions and helped me over the phone Honestly I will always do business with Best Auto Sales Thanks

    Shawn and his company Best Auto Sales and hands down AMAZING! Shawn is always very professional, knowledgeable and HONEST about the vehicles he has for sale. He makes the buying process very easy and painless! Shawn will always keeps you updated through the approval process and he is the nicest guy! We own a commercial cleaning service and we just purchased our 3rd truck from Shawn! We bought the first 2 trucks over a year ago and they are still in great shape and running strong! Just like he promised! Shawn has now sold us a total of three Ford F-250 Super Duty trucks and they all came with tool boxes, ladder racks, low mileage, leather seats, working A/C and best of all Shawn makes sure the vehicles he sells are properly maintained and clean! We are slowly building our very own fleet of service trucks and I can guarantee you we will be purchasing MANY more trucks from Best Auto Sales! It would be a crime to go anywhere else!     Finding the right van is imperative for our business. We run a security company and our vans need to be equipped with our equipment so that our technicians can have easy access. I was having trouble finding the right van until I visited Best Auto Sales. They were patient and helped me find the vehicle that best suited our business needs. They gave me a hell of deal and I took 3 cars off their lot. Their customer service is second to none and their prices are more than fair. Will be back when we need another van! Thanks again!!

    I want to tell you about this place. Sean and his team are fantastic. I got a great vehicle at a reasonable price. His business model selling government vehicles that are well maintained and super low mileage is a winner. I got my truck home and gave it a good cleaning and a wax and get so many compliments. My drivers fell in love with the truck and take care of it like there own. We will be back for more soon.

    I have very mixed feelings about my experience here. The salesman was actually very good and…read morecommunicative throughout most of the process. We went to see the car almost immediately after it was listed, so it technically was not ready yet when we test drove it. To their credit, the salesman was upfront about that and we understood. We ended up purchasing the car on a Monday, and they told us it would be ready later that week after completing recalls and a few repairs, including replacing tires and fixing a shock after I heard a noise during the test drive. They were also supposed to complete the "dealer add-ons" that I had no option but to purchase for a little over $2,000, including a protectant coating and replacing the 3M door edge strips to prevent dings. When we picked the car up on Friday, it looked clean and appeared that everything had been completed as promised. In hindsight, I should have inspected it more carefully before leaving, so part of that is on me. However, we had gotten a ride to the dealership, so I realistically needed to take the vehicle that day either way. Once I got the car home that weekend, I noticed they had only replaced the two front tires, while the rear tires didn't even match each other. So I ended up with a certified used AWD vehicle that had three different tires on it, even though AWD vehicles are generally supposed to have all four tires replaced together. I also noticed that not all of the 3M strips had been replaced as promised. I contacted my salesman, and while he tried to help, the resolution was disappointing. He said he could get the strips completed, but I would need to schedule another appointment and drive over an hour back to the dealership. He also said he would check with service regarding the tires. A few weeks later, I tried scheduling an appointment on a Saturday and didn't receive a response for several days, only to be told they were booked until the following Tuesday. Since then, I have received zero follow-up from the dealership regarding the tire issue or the incomplete work. Ironically, I have received marketing emails and texts from a different salesperson asking if I'm interested in purchasing a vehicle -- even though I already bought one from them.
