I would not recommend Alpine Truck Sales based on my experience.
I felt pressured to close the purchase early so the sale could be completed before the end of the month. Unfortunately, once they had my money, the level of communication and customer service went downhill quickly.
They held my truck for nearly three weeks, repeatedly giving me vague statements like "we need this" or "we need that," without clearly explaining what was actually holding things up or when I could expect my truck to be released. This truck is part of how I make my living, so having it tied up for weeks with poor communication was extremely frustrating.
There were also several items they were supposed to repair as part of the deal, including a suspension air bag. That repair was never completed, and I am now having to fight just to get something handled that should have been taken care of before I received the truck.
The entire process has been unnecessarily stressful. Poor communication, poor follow-through, and poor customer service. They seemed very motivated to get the deal closed, but that urgency disappeared once the sale was completed.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase another truck from Alpine Truck Sales and would recommend that anyone considering buying from them get every promised repair and condition of the sale in writing and completed before handing over payment or closing the deal. read more
