Blatantly Dishonest - Stay Far Away from This Dealership Terrible experience at CarShow in Corona. I spoke twice on the phone with a salesman named Soehli (pronounced "Solli") about a specific vehicle. I made it very clear I was driving over an hour and a half to see it. He assured me the car was in great shape and "a nice vehicle for what it was." When I arrived, another gentleman -- who was actually very honest and respectful -- told me the car had known issues for several days and admitted it wouldn't be a good fit for me. I appreciated his honesty and feel bad that he has to work alongside people like Soehli, who flat-out lied to get me there. I asked the Liar why he told me the care was fine and No apology. No accountability. Just blank stares and zero concern that I wasted half a day based on lies. This place is untrustworthy and operates with zero integrity. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. I drove the vehicle anyway, and it was definitely damaged, just like the honest salesman said. No one apologized or took responsibility for wasting my time. I bought my 2005 Subaru Outback from Carsho 10 years ago. I have put 100k miles on the car since then. City, and long distance highway (like Canada, New Mexico) I happened to be in Corona last Monday and decided to look for the dealership where I had bought the car, and there it was! John Rose was still there, and he and I spent a nice 30 minutes or so just shooting the breeze, about cars, parts, daughters driving, etc. At the original time of purchase, I thought they had offered me a reasonable price compared to other vehicles, same make/model. They even put it up on the rack for me and I could see that the vehicle had 2 very new Catalytic Converters, probably worth $1500 to me, a new battery and a couple of other things. I wanted new headlights b/c the old ones were very yellow after 10 years, and negotiated if I would pay for the parts (about $225), Carsho would install them. It took about 35 minutes. I thought I was treated fairly. On the negative side, I did not take a CD to test the player (a mistake I won't make again with any used vehicle w/o warranty) and the built in 6 CD player has only ever functioned as a radio. Too old for bluetooth. I chalked this one up to experience. I dealt with John Rose, the General Manager, and he is very knowledgable about vehicles and vehicle problems/repairs. I believe that if I had brought the CD problem to his attention before purchase, we would have worked something out. It is a common problem and not hard to fix. Problems with used car salesmen are the same at every used car lot I have visited since 1977. They work on a small commission so they are hard pressed to sell as many cars as possible. At least it is not Facebook- DO NOT BUY A CAR OFF FACEBOOK. Buying a used car is a difficult choice. You are always best off to take it to an independent mechanic for evaluation. Test the systems, air, cruise control, CD PLAYER!, wipers, all lights and turn signals, flashers, etc. 99% of buyers would have trouble spotting a major defect if there was one, yet a mechanic could tell you right away, This is not about Carsho, but just in general with used cars. In my opinion, Carsho would fix a problem before completing a sale. If they had another Subaru there, I would return and not worry about buying it from them. I am pleased to see so many have written about good experiences with them. I believe that John tries to run an honest shop, but he doesn't listen into every call, and salesmen work on commission. read more

So far so good. I would recommend this business not just because their inventory is great and prices are fair/right/maybe even significantly better than other dealerships- but also because of the customer service being genuine, professional, and prompt. They seem to be honest individuals who take care of their customers, are knowledgeable about their inventory, and disclose anything you need to know. These guys even have a sign in their well-decorated lobby reminding you of your right to get a vehicle you're interested in inspected by an independent/unaffiliated third party at a cost to you (like I said; these guys don't seem to have anything to hide). This is helpful to help you avoid a problem and good to know that you are offered 30 days for any issues presented.I like that they had that here being as I've experienced purchasing a lemon before, so I think this could help others avoid headache and hats off to Carsho so far for being legit. Now I digress: the point is- this is a good place I would recommend. Not sure if it's a family business but they seem to have family type or values there in being good people. Compliments specifically to Jason who took care of my inquiries. He made sure the vehicle I had bought didn't get sold while I was figuring out my finances. Jason was patient with me/my situation (poor credit, screaming children in the background, etc) and did not pressure me into the sale but made it such a pleasant process! He helped me get the vehicle I got today by giving me an excellent trade in offer for my truck. I appreciate how this was done seamlessly without nickel and dimming me or without being pushy. He and John were able to give me that fair trade in value and even offered extra for my trade in, which was very much appreciated. Also; without me asking- they gave a little extra discount for minor cosmetic issues on the vehicle I ended up buying as a nice gesture showing they were working with me n my ability purchase (there was a little hiccup of being unable to finance due to my credit not being quite up to par but they worked with me and were patient, which helped being as getting a vehicle of this type/caliber/price is competitive). So that was very helpful and really cool of them: a gesture that doesn't go unnoticed. I should also note that John was very informative with my paperwork. He is professional and thorough with your transaction. Bought a jeep wrangler from here- literally on my way home- FROM THE DEALERSHIP driving no more than 20 minutes off the lot- it threw a check engine light and it ended up being something costing 2k in repairs. I paid quite a bit and was guaranteed a completely ran through and mechanically sound truck and literally right after purchasing it the check engine light comes on. This was right after a salesman told me they were honest about their cars. How insane like what a joke Very disappointed and would never recommend any one to buy here. I have yet to hear back from them as well! They also said the Jeep was detailed and there was dirt caked on almost every surface. My experience with Car Sho was initially positive - the purchasing process was fairly straightforward and smooth - however after I signed all of the paperwork I feel like I have been hung out to dry. I purchased a used van from Car Sho, and only a couple weeks outside of their 1 month very limited warranty my broke down with a catastrophic and "forseeable" issue with the engine. When I called Car Sho, I was told to pound sand and that they "don't get up in the engine" during inspections. I pleaded for any help at all and I didn't even get the courtesy of a return phone call. Just like everyone else I hate having to deal with car salesman and all that car dealer BS. I've been looking for a truck for months and have ran into all the lies and scumbag sales fucks and was tired of them. I found my truck I wanted there I was super skeptical about small used car dealers and can't afford a new truck so I said fuck it why not see what I can do. Jason helped me out and helped me get the truck I wanted for exactly what I was willing to pay monthly and what I had to put down. I kinda felt like an asshole low baller at first but he is a honest real dude and it didn't matter much what I had to offer. He knows folks need cars that fit them and did his job better than any salesman I have dealt with. Plus the finance guy sat down and explained how credit works and how I can build my credit to perfect the right way and fast. I forgot his name but I will call him Tony Robbins. Thank you Tony. I'm a mechanic/fabricator by trade and know my shit. I did a lot of research on the truck and knew there are some things that could be updated and looked at. Honestly probably the worst Mistake I Have ever done. And I don't want it happening to anyone else. I, not so long ago bought a ford-f250 from them and was the worst. How they say the cheap stuff ends up being expensive and that was the case here. When we test drove there was a noise in the suspension and steering wheel was way to shaky, they stated "is just the aftermarket wheels" (since it did have some) and so I believed it. turned out to be the opposite. A couple months later I started to have issues and yes with the steering. Resulting to replacing the steering rack. shortly after, while driving on the highway all of a sudden I lost all control of the brakes mid hwy in which resulted in having it towed, got that fixed. All good right? No. A month later one morning before going to work as I turn on my truck the motor itself just shook the whole cabin in making a knocking sound which that already is not a good sign. Since it it also a diesel it threw way to much black smoke at first and then white in which as we al know thats not a good sign for diesel powered vehicles. And so after all those issues me being tired of problems over problems I took it to an ACTUAL dealership, Ford of Valencia, Got it all checked out and it resulted in a bad engine, with misfires and everything. Whole week later walked out of it with a 14k bill. Moral of the story I was better off buying a brand new if not a certified pre owned truck off of a genuine dealer. Truck from carsho after tax was 35k plus an additional 14.8k bill thats an easy 50k which will get me in a new base model pickup or even a certified only two to three max year old fully loaded truck. I do not recommend this place. Yes It could've been prevented if I didn't chose them in the first place but I don't want it happening to anyone else. If you do plan to purchase from them, bring a scanner and plug it in that car, bring a mechanic and thurally look through everything. You have the right to do all those extra steps when purchasing a used vehicle especially when it comes to buying from a little dealer like them. Prices are great, but not the cars :/ read more

Had called early that day to make sure the car we wanted to see was there, and after arriving we found out it was out for maintenance, so we couldn't get to see the car we wanted to see originally. Went to look at a Chevy Colorado at this dealer over the weekend. The interior of the truck was dirty and did not look like it had been detailed. Stains on the seat and substances on the plastic interior. I then looked inside the center console which had literally been cut in half and found several condoms(unused) in their packaging. My son and I bought his first car here right before July 4th weekend. Fernando was friendly and cooperative allowing my son to take multiple test drives and climb into a few of his favorites. John assisted us quickly with any documents we needed to get our credit union to approve the loan. Then, while on vacation out of state over the holiday weekend, the vehicle was towed. We were in a panic to find any documents the tow yard would even allow us to use to prove the vehicle was ours. (Do yourself a favor and always have a copy of your registration which you don't keep in your vehicle). On July 4th while these guys were getting ready for I'm sure a big holiday sale, the manager, Charly, calls me back right when he arrives and emails and texts me everything he could. Even though I'm going to leave a negative review for the tow yard in AZ for their inability to cooperate, they sure could stand to learn something from the guys at Carsho. Everyone there was a pleasure from the moment we stepped on the lot and in every call after. Ive bought 2 vehicles from this place, I've never had an issue so I've never really had to deal with them, that is until the 3rd purchase. I can now say i WILL NEVER purchase another vehicle, nor recommend any of my friends or family here... I just bought a 2010 dodge charger, and within 2 weeks i had an issue with a tensioner for the timing belt, of course under warranty, they repaired it. They wouldn't pay for the Tow, so i was required to...Literally a day after repair, had another issue.. check engine code was for crank sensor they claimed to "fix" it by reprogramming it. Still within my warranty, recently again my car wouldn't start, the check engine light came on and i was stuck in a parking lot, i tried starting it for about an hour. I called Joe and explained the issue, i asked of he could have it towed in since he did the previous repair and politely told me to kick rocks... I eventually was able to get it started, and made it to Their location, of course it was a crankshaft sensor issue.... He replaced the sensor and apologized, but all of a sudden my car had a starting issue, never had it before and now it takes forever to start, it sputters and cranks but doesn't turn over. This occurred while in their possession. Joe said its probably a fuel pump but his mechanics supposedly don't have the technology or skill to replace them. So i saved up money to buy both fuel pumps, roughly $500. I replaced them myself at home, this didn't fix the issue... so i drove to him and explained it wasn't a fuel issue and obviously is related to the first repair he had done under warranty. In which he never wrote me an invoice for or any type of paperwork stating he worked on the car... I explained the situation and asked if he can please help me out, he replied " theres nothing more i can do for you" once again politely telling me my cars warranty is up and to kick rocks he doesn't want to deal with it. The vehicle I purchased was also previously in a wreck, not stated on the vehicles car fax... it had a ton of overspray all over the paint which i removed myself... and also has an issue with the rear brakes which i mentioned during the very first repair, but he must have forgotten lol... my struts are leaking and my suspension is horrible... Anyways So here i am 2 months in... paying for all these repairs... my car is consistently breaking down... they sold me a messed up car and told me to kick rocks afterwards.. read more
