These people sold me a car with no rear view mirror. We signed a due bill agreement for them to fix my passenger door which was dented and install a rear view mirror. Not only did they refuse to fix the rear view mirror. They fixed the door dent and incorrectly matched to the original paint color.. the door is off black.. as a single mother I put down $12,000 in cash to be taken advantage of. I followed up with the owner about my rear view mirror, they had my car for a week fixing the door and returned my car with no rear view mirror. After telling me they had ordered the part from Lexus dealership, as much money as I invested in this car I could have got a brand new Lexus off the lot, I am ashamed that these people run a business in this manner. The owner Moe told me to take him to small Claims court, and threatened that I will end up paying his attorney fees. read more

Wish I could give a negative star. I bought my car from them almost 30 days ago. They are NOT trustworthy, don't call you back, don't respond to messages or emails. The car had a service required light that comes on when you start the car. I was assured all service was up to date, they still have not provided service records. I had to take it to the repair shop for an assessment, turns out driver axel busted, rotter totally bent due to this, service light is because its way past oil change. When driving the car, I feel unsafe and felt like the car is falling apart. The Dealership still has yet to respond to me, my service bill for all repairs is well over 3,000. I visited Crown Auto Gallery to purchase a vehicle I had already seen and was interested in. FYI (Before speaking to the manager): I learned the car has damage, even though it was reported as having none on AutoTraders. I spoke with a salesperson named Raphael, who told me the price was not negotiable. I then asked him to speak with someone in finance or management so I could discuss the price and move forward with the purchase. A man from management came out and approached me at the front of the dealership. As soon as he arrived, he said, "What price do you want to negotiate? The price is final." I then asked him, "Are you not going to let me sit down or take me to the office where you conduct your finance agreement?" He responded by asking me, "How much do you make per month?" I replied, "Not much. Don't worry about it." He then said, "You don't have to worry about the car price. Get out of my store. Get in your car and leave this place." Be aware that the listed price is very misleading. By the time they add all their extra fees, you're looking at paying around $4,000 more than advertised. It feels like a bait and switch. My husband and I drove two hours in the rain to check a car we saw on Carfax for $10,999. We test drove and liked the car, we were ready to do a cash deal, we knew with taxes, title and transfer the price would go up to approximately $12,500. To our surprise there was an uptake charge for $1300 on top of the other charges, bringing the price close to $14000 when our budget was at $13,000. I had called before driving there and was assure the price would not go up passed our budget of $13,000. If you go here, be aware what you see online is not true, the cars look different, and prices are at least $3k-5k over the asking price. BTW-this dealer used to be Golden Auto Group, if you yelp them under this name, you will see they rebranded. Wish I had read the reviews before driving here, thankfully, I did not buy the car, will wait and get it from the dealer instead. read more

We set up an appointment for a specific car at a specific time with a salesperson named Anthony, the car and the guy weren't there and a nice guy named Christian had to tell us the car was somewhere else being worked on. LOOK UP GOLDEN AUTO GROUP on yelp, they changed the name of the dealership to HIDE all the bad reviews. Bought a car from them in 2021 Guy who sold me the car fully admitted he can't drive legally be of a DUl which I should've taken as a red flag. While test driving it, I asked if it had been in any accidents was assured it was not. I go in to talk about prices and instead of 14k like it said online it bumped up to I believe 20k. I then asked again now for the Carfax, the DUI guy distracted me somehow and I never saw the carfax (my mistake). I purchase the car and find in the glove box an envelope stating the previous owner had taken it to get repaired due to an accident... mind you also the paperwork they had me sign showed at the last few pages how it's in perfect condition no accidents, is that legal? Idk but it was complete bullshit. I called them to see if I can just get a refund and return the vehicle which they said no, I contacted a lawyer but he was looking to be paid pretty much my down payment on the car to fight my case which he knew he had enough evidence to fight against this fraudulent dealership. If I could go back I'd sue the shit out of this place. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL!!! If I went elsewhere (damn I could even buy a new car w how much I'm paying each month) my monthly payments would be cheaper and I wouldn't have had to pay $30 to see the carfax report to see it hadn't been just one 1 accident but 2. This place will lie to your face to get you to buy a car which is extremely unprofessional. I overpaid for a Scion TC. Don't get me started on the ad ons they force you to pay which are about 5k and the 3k warranty they throw in there (which if anyone has bought a car from this place you can contact them even if you signed for it, saying you no longer want it and they are forced to send 3k back to ur financial institution or cash if you paid full) I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL SCAM YOU Luckily my car hasn't had any issues after 2 years of having it but many reviews on here state how they've been screwed over and how there cars had to pay 5k plus repairs after purchasing especially military personnel who have purchase from this dealership which isn't right. BUYER BEWARE CROWN AUTO GALLERY CORONA My son purchased his first car from Crown Auto bought an extended warranty and the night we came home there were many issues (brakes car made a noise when you start felt sluggish sunroof fell off track) which was a huge let down for my son...we called the next day and they assured us it would be taken care of on Tuesday this week. A couple days later as he was in line at fast food it overheated steam watered poured out everywhere...so we call back on Saturday and they said we will pick it up with a tow truck on Tuesday morning NOTHING and it's 2:30 I called "Mo" and i said please unwind this deal and return my sons money and Mr. Mo said oh no you had 48 hours to return and I said you purposely had us wait until the 48 hours was over to bring car back...how awful to do this...now we have to file with state and other agencies and after reading the reviews we are not the only people who waited over the 48....what a total let down....bad bad bad business read more

BAD FOR BUSINESS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! They are shady!!!! We had our credit union contact them after we had already been pre approved and made a deal for a vehicle on their lot. They literally signed documents to sell to us the car and as everything was a done deal and our credit union was getting set to overnight the check to them they turned around and sold the car to someone else who was approved through one of the dealerships own connected banks instead after our deal was already done.
