Only way to see this problem was to have the supercharger removed. $500 just to be diagnosed.

READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING FROM GOLDEN AUTO GROUP. HERE IS HOW MY PURCHASE WENT. 8/3 - I Purchased the Vehicle. ( which is a whole other rabbit whole of events) 8/7 - Check engine light comes on, took vehicle back to the dealer. 8/15 - dealer says car is ready for pick up. (It's not codes we're just cleared) 8/18 - check engine light comes back on with even more codes 8/24 - Authorized Audi dealer diagnosis the vehicle needing $9,000 in Engine & Suspension repair. 9/7 - Second in depth diagnosis vehicle needing $11,000 in engine repairs. Head Gasket shot and coolant leak. The car is leaking coolant internally into the engine and mixing with the coolant. The car has been in the shop for diagnostics longer than it has been in my driveway. Now I have a car payment with a car I can't even drive. The dealer says there is nothing they can do because I didn't purchase there two day warranty. Regardless of the technicalities imagine buying a car you are so excited about only to find out that the head gasket is shot and has internal damage that could only be discovered by diving it and removing the supercharger. In addition to this purchase they add a AMS Patrol Fee of $1499 AND ETCH fee of $1499 on top of what ever the listed price is. Which I would have been fine with if the vehicle operated correctly. How can an honest business sell this to a client? BUYERS BEWARE SHOP ELSEWHERE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE. ______________________________________________________ Back story, my 2007 Audi A4 was involved in a hit and run last year. Insurance did nothing. So I sucked it up and rode my Bike to work 10 miles each way. Rain or sunshine it didn't matter. Saved up enough to by my dream car which in less than 30 days not a dream but a nightmare.

More bad pitting not shown In The photos

I went there to look at 2 potential cars that fit my preference. Mind you, I am coming from San Pedro so information is crucial to my decision. I looked at the pictures on line, and both cars looked good (No damage in the pics). I called and asked about the pricing for them, and they said the price is firm but that's the price minus Tax, Title and license. I though, ok fair enough. I took an Uber out there based on possibly purchasing one of these cars. The First Car was a complete wreck. There was pitting all over the front bumper and mirrors, and definitely hit on one side and had been terribly repaired using bondo. The Carfax was clean on this car. Terrible. I drove it, and was not impressed. The second car was a little better body-wise, so i drove it and was ready to do the deal. We go into the office, and all of a sudden, all these extra charges were rolled into the price (Paint protection, Alarm, Fabric guard, etc). Obviously up-charges. I was very firm on what i wanted to pay, and thought it was a good number, but they refused to take off all the up charges. Why would you need fabric protection on a car with 100,000+ miles and paint protection on paint that is pitted? First lesson on selling cars.... DO NOT HIDE imperfections Second lesson.....Do not try to add crap cost on to make a bigger profit. AVOID THIS DEALER LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Will not ever be going back.

The damages to the top of my car

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING HERE TO BUY A CAR I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO. I bought a car here that literally left me stranded the same week, I got it. I took it to them to get it fix and when I received it back it had damages on top of the car that wasn't there when, I bought it. I noticed the cv axle leaking oil but decidedto go elsewhere cause of what happened the week before. This is my first time buying a car from a used car dealers and the last. I felt like I would of got a better deal and treatment at the main VW dealership..

$46k out the door
Ripdaman M.

Almost all dealerships charge additional fees and that's totally understandable, but I've never heard of a $38k car get marked up to $46k out the door. Apparently tax, title, and their fees add an additional $8k, and $4k is for their "theft protection" aka just a tracker in the car and other useless gimmicks. You can't opt out of getting the gps tracker, this car also has an accident reported compared to another one i've seen which I got quoted $41k out the door. This dealerships and others in particular that also use deceptive pricing to lure in people buy cars from salvage insurance claims and auctions from other states to fix them up and reregister the title in California and it wipes the title clean. Definitely stay away from this dealership and do your research before you get scammed for a $4k gps tracker

Bondo, 4 inch nails, and Old license plate works not supposed to be. Picture speaks for itself
Jonathan R.

Sold me a car with rust holes in the trunk and told me they would fix. Before we agreed to anything I told him that I didn't want it to be cheap fixed with Bondo I wanted it replaced they agreed and promised that they would get it done the right way. What I got back was completely garbage. They'll most likely comment under this that there has been a resolution To the Situation. But it's not one im happy with this guys are swindlers Will take any opportunity to rip you off

Been waiting for my refund since 6/18/2021. (6/18/2022 is a typo)

Just make sure you bring your own mechanic and always check the wipers, paint, car battery and tires.

I had a great experience buying a truck from Sean and his brothers. They made the entire process…read moreincredibly straightforward and easy. We found the truck we wanted for our business, agreed on a price, handled the paperwork, and were on our way. There was no unnecessary back and forth or pressure, just an honest and professional transaction. Going into it, I honestly wasn't sure what the truck was worth. After spending time researching the market and comparing similar trucks, I realized it was priced very fairly. It was a 2023 dump truck with only about 40,000 miles, and it ended up being a great value. Like we do with every vehicle we purchase, I had my independent mechanic inspect it from top to bottom. The only things we did were our standard maintenance items: an oil and filter change, spark plugs, and a coolant flush. Those are things we do on every vehicle we buy anyway. Other than that, the truck checked out great, and there weren't any unexpected repairs waiting for us. To me, that really speaks volumes about the way they do business. There's a reason they've been around for so long and have earned so many positive reviews. They represented the truck honestly, had everything ready when I arrived, and respected my time. I'll definitely be back the next time our company is in the market for another truck. Highly recommended.

The best service I have ever found! Shawn makes you feel more like family than a customer…read more This family-owned business has an amazing inventory, and after an exhaustive online search, my small business was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Not only did Shawn work with my budget, but he also accommodated all of my business needs for this purchase. Shawn went far and beyond! I can honestly say this is one of the best businesses I've had the privilege of interacting with in a very long time. There are not enough stars or marks I could leave for this great business. I have already referred other businesses to Shawn, and I will continue to purchase here as I build my fleet. Thanks again, Shawn!!!!

Went to test drive a car that I saw advertised online but it was not available so they of course tried the old bait and switch on me. So I went along and test drove another car that they obviously were trying to get rid of. During the test drive, the salesperson was lying out of his teeth about certain noises and smells that the car obviously had and I was bringing up. Even after I called him out on his deceitful sales practices, he still tried his absolute hardest to scam me into buying a car from them. Only after I threatened to call the DMV and police (for keeping my driver's license hostage), he finally backed off. The owner Fawaz and his son even got involved and threatened to fight me. I made a video of what they did to me so if they do anything shady with my personal information/driver's license, I will have the owners arrested and his dealership shut down by the DMV. It's so sad to think how many vulnerable, lower-income people these crooks have probably scammed over the years by selling them junk cars. Btw, Fawaz, your son has the audacity to ask customers for positive reviews in exchange for a kickback. Illegal under FTC regulations btw.
