FAMILY...wow that is how I was treated. I have never been to a dealership where I was comfortable. I was never approached for the "hurry purchase now" or the "put your name in the computer so I can get commission" technique. I was greeted when I walked on the lot.I searched the grand selection of cars (no pressure), and found the one I wanted. Joey was awsome. He gave me personal time and attention. He went through each paper with me to assure I understood and felt comfortable with my purchase. I purchased my dream truck just 2 days ago. 2004 ford f-250 super duty diesel 4x4 . The truck is lifted super high and was in very immaculate shape with low miles. I could tell the previous owner really took care of it. The sales man was very nice and answered all my questions about it. There was no pressure to buy like some of the big car dealers. One thing that surprised me was that the price was right on with what I had been researching . So that took all the haggling out the window so there was no arguing back and fourth and I felt I didn't get ripped off finally. Also financing was super easy and we were out of there within a hour. Normally when I buy a car your there all day and it seems to be a waste of time and energy. My daughter and I went by this place and were impressed by the cars that were there , I had my heart set on a BMW or Mercedes, however I came in driving my old CTS with some issues but i did not want to fix the small problems. we went by at night Sunday night and it was open. they were so nice we encountered a wonderful sales person (JOSEPH) he was extraordinary helpful. the cars there sell themselves they are excellent. My husband works most of the day and night they went to my home to pick up our trade. I ended up buying a newer CTS ( JOSEPH ) the best in getting us the best interest and closed the deal asap. Worst car buying experience EVER! From start to finish it was a complete nightmare. $2,200.00 down plus a trade in, 4 contracts, countless hours wasted on phone calls, driving to the dealer for answers (because no one knows how to return phone calls) only to walk away losing everything! the down, the trade in, and time. Such thieves!! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. We were asked by the "owner/manager" to post a positive review in order to get a free tank of gas and or possibly credit towards a payment on the new vehicle.
