They took us to the lot, while waiting for key to be brought to us from the main lot we looked around at all the different cars. We found a Red Nissan Juke that we were interested in but it was in Car City's storage lot side. We talked to Joséluis who didn't seem real interested in selling cars that day. We just assumed it was because it was later in the day. Disappointed we left with a promise the Juke would be ready by noon the next day. So, the following day, we called instead of showing up and he said it wasn't ready to come back the next day.. we asked why he said because it hadn't been worked on to make sure it was ready. So, extremely disappointed we waited til the next day. When we called again the next day as told to do so, he said it had been worked on but not test driven yet. We asked what that meant as far as us getting the car today he said, "come back tomorrow." We told him, Nevermind just keep the car. We told him, You lost out on a guaranteed sale. I would not recommend wasting your time going to this dealership. All you'll get is empty broken promises and they're not very pleasant at that. I would give a minus star review if they offered that.

I was hesitant when looking online because of the overwhelming amount of 5 star ratings. I can assure you they are all real and very well deserved. I was also a little nervous when pulling up, it's not a fancy high end dealership, but it is just as trustworthy as any other. I bought a used 2015 Miata NC from here and it was such a quick and easy process, even considering I drove all the way up from San Diego! Jafar is incredibly kind, personable, and easy to work with. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. What meant the most to me was that he did not treat me differently because I'm a woman. I am so used to sales people talking to my husband the whole time, even if I'M the one buying, but Jafar was the first salesman to fully respect and aknowledge me as the buyer and primary contact. The Miata was in pristine condition and was even better in person than the photos. I've had it for a month and a half now with zero issues. Smart Motors submitted the paperwork for me and the DMV sent me new tags and plates on time. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly reccomend.

Mind you, they have all the cars in a warehouse. I was then asked to walk through their facility by a salesman to look at the car which was land locked. No way to get in except the passenger side. I asked to test drive it and he said we would need to agree on a price before I did so. I've bought over a dozen cars in my lifetime and never heard this. They can keep their car and shady operation.

I'm writing this review because I want to warn others before they make the same expensive mistake I…read moredid. I drove it home and within three days several serious problems became obvious: - The frame has clear evidence of previous accident damage and substandard repair (uneven gaps, paint overspray on undercarriage components, weld marks that were poorly hidden). - The airbags had been deployed and replaced with aftermarket units (no disclosure). - There is a very strong vibration/shimmy at highway speeds that gets worse above 65 mph -- almost certainly bent rim(s) and/or damaged suspension components from the wreck. - The Carfax (which I ran myself after purchase) shows it was declared a total loss / salvage title in CA two years ago. The dealership never mentioned salvage, rebuilt, or flood history. They denied any of this and refused to fix or take the car back, this place is a complete FRAUD

The TLDR: this is legit and the process was better/faster than going through a dealer. Highly recommend! I'm located in NorCal but Jon made it happen by booking a flight basically the next day upon the sale agreement. Communicated with me through the entire process which was comforting to know that this was real and that I could trust him. Unlike going through a dealership, this process was made extremely easy and almost effortless. Explained all the docs I was signing, allowed an opportunity for me to retain copies of the docs, and made the whole transaction super smooth. Check was already made out to me and given to me during the transaction. Jon is a super chill guy and easy to talk to, but make no mistake he gets the job done and makes you feel confident in your decision to work with him. They stayed later for my husband and I, we were able to purchase the vehicle I wanted to get for the lowest price anywhere... There were a few things that he addressed on the vehicle, and he had me bring it back to repair these minor things all for free..!! We drove from Desert Hot Springs California to the IE in Bloomington Ca I would do it all again the next time we need to buy another car... Instead of addressing the problem, they told me they couldn't find anyone to repair it. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. Communication was poor, and I didn't feel like they cared about helping me or earning my business. If you're going to sell a vehicle, you should be upfront about its condition and make an effort to resolve known issues instead of leaving customers with unanswered questions. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
