My husband and I had the best car buying experience here, we were not pressured into anything, actually I set up an appointment with them and cross messaged my texts to another car dealership by accident, luckily this other dealership was literally only a few blocks away from Archangel Michael auto group .. They stayed later for my husband and I, we were able to purchase the vehicle I wanted to get for the lowest price anywhere... There were a few things that he addressed on the vehicle, and he had me bring it back to repair these minor things all for free..!! We drove from Desert Hot Springs California to the IE in Bloomington Ca I would do it all again the next time we need to buy another car... I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I let them know ahead of time that I was coming on Friday to purchase the car, and I specifically asked what was wrong with it and whether the issue could be fixed before I bought it. Instead of addressing the problem, they told me they couldn't find anyone to repair it. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. Communication was poor, and I didn't feel like they cared about helping me or earning my business. If you're going to sell a vehicle, you should be upfront about its condition and make an effort to resolve known issues instead of leaving customers with unanswered questions. My experience was a doozy. We worked with Michael and jeime. We looked at a 2013 Honda with 145,000 miles. We combed through it and it was junk. They replaced the starter which was out the day that we looked at it. They said that it hadn't had an accident (there was a HUGE scrape on the back right passenger side with RED paint it was clearly side swiped) the battery was not mounted, the carpet had a hole in it, the car was making a loud noise out of the motor which indicates that the timing chain is stretched and needs replaced, there was 4 different types and brand of tires (1 was 10 years old and weather cracked/ which is not DOT approved and illegal to sell like that) service engine light soon was on, every quarter panel on this car had been dinged and scratched. Now, for the fun part. My credit isn't great. They wanted $520 A MONTH for this pile. They talked some crap about my boyfriend who found all these issues. They would not replace the junk tire and in the middle of conversation "angel" Michael drove off on him while negotiating a price because this car was NOT worth asking price. The only 5 star I will give is to Marc the finance guy because he was legit. Besides him this place is crap and overpriced for junk cars. They sell to people who don't know how to LOOK for things. I ended up buying a 2016 for LESS miles and LESS money. They wanted top dollar for an end of life vehicle. read more

If we need a car in future we'll check this place first. Before we bought this car we went some other places , in 1 of the place car looked nice on pics but when we went there it was like total , had a accident or something, they fixed it but still looked like junk and owner was mediterranean , he told my husband he can sell cheaper, but we ran away, it wasnt about the money.. Then I searched online again , found this car , price was really good online too, we messaged and right away went there.. Employee helped us first and told to wait for owner to get more details... They are both wonderful people, friendly, down to earth, we cant believe.. Owner answered all the questions, and even after bought helped us with our questions about car .. He made a little deal too on price.. We think they will be so successful in future, they are already successful, place is there long time.. Owner did everything as he promised , did a detailed cleaning, and needed to fix clock part, car was like as if nobody ever used condition, we cant believe :))) The only thing was we needed to change battery after using a little while , but still worths for the price we paid. Their price is the lowest in market for good quality car , I guess that is why they are successful .. Thanks so much , we are so happy we found this place before searching many places :)))) We were stressed after seeing other places , but you can trust this owner and he is so knowledgable about cars, I think he said he fixes cars too , that is another benefit if cars need little fixing , probably he doesnt charge much or do it for free .. Disappointed. I came here to buy and check out a Mercedes with my husband. The Mexican man helping us didn't know anything about the car. We would've bought the car on the spot the price was right and the car was in good condition. But the man didn't know anything he'd answer my question with another question. This is the type of employee to make a business go downhill and shoo customers away. How many other customers has this business lost because of this man? Yesterday we spoke to the owner or manager and he seemed to know what he was talking about he was really nice and informative. We wanted to talk to him but he was busy understandable it's Sunday morning. But at least have reliable employees at your shop that know their stuff.
