Instead of addressing the problem, they told me they couldn't find anyone to repair it. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. Communication was poor, and I didn't feel like they cared about helping me or earning my business. If you're going to sell a vehicle, you should be upfront about its condition and make an effort to resolve known issues instead of leaving customers with unanswered questions.
