At first we had a great experience with James & Chris. Both seemed to go out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even stayed past closing to speak with us & allow us to take the truck for a test drive. Due to the banks being closed Saturday night, we let them know we would definitely be coming on Monday evening after work to purchase the vehicle as they were closed on Sunday. We confirmed this multiple times, both on Sunday & Monday. WE ARE COMING MONDAY BY 6 to purchase this truck. I get a call as I'm actually on the road to go purchase the truck that they sold the truck to Esquivel Motors down the street to be used as a "fleet truck". I asked them why they would sell the truck when they already knew we were on our way to purchase. This was an 18th birthday gift for my son, who had already seen it. I contacted them twice before getting a response. I asked to drive the car off the lot for a third-party pre-purchase inspection, and the sales person refused, saying I could not take the car alone because their insurance wouldn't cover it, and they were too short-staffed have someone go with me. They asked me to find a mechanic to accompany me to the car lot. I was not comfortable with that (and found it unusual, especially given that you can't fully inspect a car without putting it on a lift), and asked them to either drive the car themselves to the mechanic for an inspection (that I would pay for) at a convenient time for them, or propose an alternative. The sales person repeated that they were too short-staffed, and could not help, and then stopped communicating with me. Yikes! read more

When i first came here I notice the good reviews so I figured it was a good place and was excited to get a new vehicle. Now that's changed. If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a truck from here and it was a hassle from the start. They were having issues with our bank because they kept messing up the price of the truck. It took days to get it sorted. Now we have had the truck for 5 months it hasn't been driven hard and we have been taking care of it until I was driving to work and the check engine light came on. We got it checked out and the engine is completely destroyed and our mechanic said there were bolts and things missing to quiet it down so we wouldn't hear it and notice there was something wrong.. These people are not reliable and they are a mess. I wasn't going to leave a review but now I know they ripped us off and sold us a lemon. They beg for help reviews the whole time you're in there I'm not kidding when I say they ask for them at least 6 times while you're in conversation and now they got it. I would recommend going literally anywhere else but here. read more

Unreliable and not in the buyers best interest. The "as is" policy is where they were able to sell me a faulty vehicle they had no true knowledge of. Im a first time buyer, Four months ago I was sold a truck that had "no issues besides the seat switch". Which they fixed. But the VERY next day (after I took the truck to THEIR mechanic to fix the switch) I had to have the truck towed to a mechanic because there was a wire hanging on my exhaust that lit up while I was driving. it ruined the starter and almost ruined my entire engine. I had to get the starter replaced AND the truck has had an ongoing electrical problem I've put $3,000+ into trying to fix. Alongside that the manger told me I HAD TO purchase a $2,400 third party warranty that ended up being no good for my issues, and is also not fully refundable after a certain time. I'm also finding out four months later the warranty was completely optional and wouldn't have affected the sell. Their phone number doesn't even work so I went down there in person to cancel the warranty and explain my experience with the truck and the manager himself had no words, no explanation and had no idea there was anything even wrong with the truck. Don't do what I did and save yourself the trouble. read more

Well, when you start by calling down to the place to see if they have the vehicle your looking at and they say It's still here. Ok, now you explain that your a long ways away from them and want to know if your price is even in the same ballpark as theirs to save a trip if It's not. So the salesman says he has to talk to his boss to ok the deal he'll call you right back. Never get the call back from this place and to me that means that your'e responsible enough to do a deal.
