Stopped in very last minute. I expressed my urgency for a vehicle and had my eye on one that my Wife and I selected online. Was immediately greeted by Ariel. She and Steven helped me through getting my payments even lowers then I budgeted for and was able to obtain the car and be in and out within a span of 60-90 minutes. Very friendly and attentive staff. read more

Exoduz Auto Group - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Rialto, California

Bought my daily here! I was searching around different places for a Prius and came over this dealer. Almost didn't come but I'm glad I did. Carmen was the one that helped me out and made me feel comfortable with being there. The owner was also very helpful. They made the car searching and buying process super honest and easy. I would recommend this dealer they have good deals, nice cars/trucks and good people. Keep up the good work Exoduz Auto Group read more

Carmen is the worse person to go through. she will sweet talk you into buying a certain car/ the car that I purchased i got into a car accident no airbags deployed even though I had on a seat belt . apparently I'm getting sued by this company for them not specifying that the airbags didn't deploy but there in for a big surprise dealership fraud is the worse to have your record as a car company friendly but rude after you find the little things they don't inform you about read more

I went with my daughter to look at a car and she was a first time buyer. We asked for Carmen and she greeted us and took us to a car we inquired about online. My daughter test drove the car and also test drove it as a second opinion. The staff at the dealership was super friendly not pushy about the sale and was very helpful in helping her buy her first car. She got a great loan for credit which she is still building. We are happy with the purchase. read more

At first we had a great experience with James & Chris. Both seemed to go out of their way to accommodate our needs. They even stayed past closing to speak with us & allow us to take the truck for a test drive. Due to the banks being closed Saturday night, we let them know we would definitely be coming on Monday evening after work to purchase the vehicle as they were closed on Sunday. We confirmed this multiple times, both on Sunday & Monday. WE ARE COMING MONDAY BY 6 to purchase this truck. I get a call as I'm actually on the road to go purchase the truck that they sold the truck to Esquivel Motors down the street to be used as a "fleet truck". I asked them why they would sell the truck when they already knew we were on our way to purchase. This was an 18th birthday gift for my son, who had already seen it. If I could give negative stars I would. Buyer beware. Complete scam. read more

Carmen & Ariel were the sweetest! And I was able to get approved at the best rate possible. I definitely recommend coming here if you are trying to find an affordable car that is nice, clean, and with ZERO HIDDEN FEES! They made the entire process easy for me as a first time buyer. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Exoduz Auto Group - Me waiting for that APPROVAL! - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Rialto, California

I contacted Exoduz about a ford f150 they had listed. I am a remote buyer so I wasn't able to go in person to view the truck. Fortunately, Ed was very helpful. While the whole process took a bit longer, I was able to buy the truck with no added costs, get it shipped for a reasonable price, and the truck appears to be exactly as described. Thanks Exoduz Auto Group for making this experience good. read more

Ariel and Ed had amazing customer service. They were so friendly and genuine. They explained everything so clearly. Ed sold me my car and he made the experience less stressful. We appreciated them both. read more

I contacted them twice before getting a response. I asked to drive the car off the lot for a third-party pre-purchase inspection, and the sales person refused, saying I could not take the car alone because their insurance wouldn't cover it, and they were too short-staffed have someone go with me. They asked me to find a mechanic to accompany me to the car lot. I was not comfortable with that (and found it unusual, especially given that you can't fully inspect a car without putting it on a lift), and asked them to either drive the car themselves to the mechanic for an inspection (that I would pay for) at a convenient time for them, or propose an alternative. The sales person repeated that they were too short-staffed, and could not help, and then stopped communicating with me. Yikes! read more

My boyfriend and I were looking for a new car, which we had been looking for for a couple of months, but then we saw on CarGurus that they had a Honda Accord available. We then looked at the car, and the salespeople were welcoming and answered our questions. Gilbert and his daughter were very helpful and ensured we didn't feel rushed when we came towards closing, even when we showed up the next day to make a fantastic deal! The paperwork process was super easy & quick! Mostly, definitely, 10/10 experience. I recommend anyone looking for a car to look here before going to a dealership where I know they would throw add ones and more. I would definitely buy another car from them again! read more

Would highly recommend coming here, they treated me like family and made the process quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to purchase a vehicle with them. read more

When i first came here I notice the good reviews so I figured it was a good place and was excited to get a new vehicle. Now that's changed. If I could give zero stars I would. We bought a truck from here and it was a hassle from the start. They were having issues with our bank because they kept messing up the price of the truck. It took days to get it sorted. Now we have had the truck for 5 months it hasn't been driven hard and we have been taking care of it until I was driving to work and the check engine light came on. We got it checked out and the engine is completely destroyed and our mechanic said there were bolts and things missing to quiet it down so we wouldn't hear it and notice there was something wrong.. These people are not reliable and they are a mess. I wasn't going to leave a review but now I know they ripped us off and sold us a lemon. They beg for help reviews the whole time you're in there I'm not kidding when I say they ask for them at least 6 times while you're in conversation and now they got it. I would recommend going literally anywhere else but here. read more

I would 100% percent reccommend it here they helped me get my first car . Dustin and carmen helped me out alot and explained everything very clear. Thank you to jesus llmas the general manager gave me a really great deal read more

Unreliable and not in the buyers best interest. The "as is" policy is where they were able to sell me a faulty vehicle they had no true knowledge of. Im a first time buyer, Four months ago I was sold a truck that had "no issues besides the seat switch". Which they fixed. But the VERY next day (after I took the truck to THEIR mechanic to fix the switch) I had to have the truck towed to a mechanic because there was a wire hanging on my exhaust that lit up while I was driving. it ruined the starter and almost ruined my entire engine. I had to get the starter replaced AND the truck has had an ongoing electrical problem I've put $3,000+ into trying to fix. Alongside that the manger told me I HAD TO purchase a $2,400 third party warranty that ended up being no good for my issues, and is also not fully refundable after a certain time. I'm also finding out four months later the warranty was completely optional and wouldn't have affected the sell. Their phone number doesn't even work so I went down there in person to cancel the warranty and explain my experience with the truck and the manager himself had no words, no explanation and had no idea there was anything even wrong with the truck. Don't do what I did and save yourself the trouble. read more

We were at Exoduz Auto Group looking at purchasing a first car for our daughter. The Mini Cooper was ready and waiting when we arrived. Went for a test drive, reviewed all service records and negotiated our best price. We even got a 6-month, 6,000-miles extended warranty. Pablo provided excellent customer service to us! Gilbert treated us to some homemade carnitas and hot sauce. We were treated like family. I highly recommend Exoduz Auto! Their cars were all nice and excellent quality and condition. Thank you again to Pablo and Gilbert. Our daughter is beyond thrilled! read more

Carmen is the best. Went above and beyond to take care of me and helped me walk out with a car. Thanks Carmen and Exoduz Auto Group.

We worked with Bob on purchasing a 2008 Z71 Suburban and well basically everything we asked for he did and we were able to get 80% of it done over the phone before we even went down there. When we arrived they had plenty of space and stuff for the kids to do while we signed and we were out of there in less than 2 hours total including our test drive. Great Service! read more

Well, when you start by calling down to the place to see if they have the vehicle your looking at and they say It's still here. Ok, now you explain that your a long ways away from them and want to know if your price is even in the same ballpark as theirs to save a trip if It's not. So the salesman says he has to talk to his boss to ok the deal he'll call you right back. Never get the call back from this place and to me that means that your'e responsible enough to do a deal. Customers mean so little these days. Wouldn't buy a wheelbarrow from somebody like this........ read more
