Come to find out the battery sold with the car was from July of 2018. I do not live close to the dealership and had many thing to take care of this day so this put quiet a delay in my schedule. Even though I had the battery jumped it would not hold a charge I had NO choice but to replace the battery the same day. $253 later after spending $22k plus to purchase the jeep. I inquire with Paul as far as a reimbursement and he says he can only replace the battery the next day. I asked for even just a refund of what his vendor would charge for a battery and he would not budge. I'm a small business owner and being such, I always go the extra distance to ensure happiness with customers. Paul does not. Repeat business and referrals comes with great or better customer service. That was not provided here. Therefore I do not recommend this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM! DRIVE 5 HOURS TO ARRIVE TO A LIE!…read moreThe price online is not the actual price because every vehicle has already been fitted with $4000 worth of "dealer upgrades" so when you go in hoping to negotiate down they start negotiations by increasing the starting price. In my case they started with a car listed for $40k, I offered $32,500 plus my trade in valued at $8000. The new guy I was working with (Joseph) was determined to waste my time practicing his script on how the price was actually $44000 because those little plastic stickers they put on the edges of the doors and under the handles to prevent dings are an added upgrade worth $900!!!!! The sales team was so dodgy that Joseph went into the office to discuss my offer with the manager and instead of even coming back out they HID IN THE OFFICE like children and called another salesman behind us to come over and say the price was $48000!!!! I was baffled how they kept increasing the price thinking this was negotiating. We left while the manager and Joseph hid in the office. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! I got exactly what I wanted for a great price at the next dealership and wish I had not wasted my time being belittled and scammed by these cons.

They been ducking and dodging me for MONTHS and been lying to me to be since I before I signed my contract. They sold me a car that priced one way on the internet and priced differently in my contract. Nobody made communication with me until after I signed the contract. The car the sold me died twice before I drove it off the lot and then once again after they replaced the battery. They claim it had new tires and one of them popped. I took it over to honda in San Bernardino and they told me I was sold a car with 4 different tires on it. Now I have to pay out of pocket for new tires. Don't waste your time

Price was fair for the miles and condition, so brought wife and kids to Avis to buy. Took it for a quick test drive, checked it over, inside and out and told Twonya that we wanted it. The night before, I had spoken to her about putting the car in both mine and wife's name. After test drive, told Twonya we will take it, she then gave info to George (manager/paperwork guy) and we waited over 20 mins, there was no other customers in dealership. We did a viral sales with girl back east to sell us more extras unnecessary for a car only 1 yr old and under factory warrantee for 2 more years. Twonya brought out the pad to sign all paperwork, but my wife's name was not on the documents. I told Twonya, she then went to George to let him know, she did not tell him we needed both names on registration. Gave George my wife's drivers license, then another 20 plus mins. Twonya comes back, back to pad to sign, George misspelled my wife's middle name, only 3 letters but spelled wrong. George was not happy about that but was his fault. Another 20 plus mins, finally got the right names, spelled correctly. Signed all paperwork, handed over check, they cleaned up the car, put temp plates and ready to drive away. Took over 4 hrs, meanwhile kids sitting in lobby all this time. Twonya is very friendly, very helpful, George was not happy that morning but when I had issues after we left dealership, he was very helpful and friendly and took care of us.
