There were a few things that he addressed on the vehicle, and he had me bring it back to repair these minor things all for free..!! Instead of addressing the problem, they told me they couldn't find anyone to repair it. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. Communication was poor, and I didn't feel like they cared about helping me or earning my business. If you're going to sell a vehicle, you should be upfront about its condition and make an effort to resolve known issues instead of leaving customers with unanswered questions. I understand risks, etc. All I'm saying is they charged me the full value of a "good" Kia for a piece of crap. It had some kind of water damage or something. It would take too long to explain here. Lastly I've been paying on it for two years and have only been late ONE TIME. Now the car is leaking oil. I had 3 customers lined up from work who were interested. I "steered" them all away from this place. (No pun intended). IF you decide to buy a car from them....triple check it and if you're desperate and no one will give you a shot but them quintuple check it or if you can POSSIBLY wait and go somewhere else...do it. Once the window closes of them taking care of you (which is small) all the bad stuff starts to happen and of course they don't care. Total 180 from when you first walk on the lot to buy...disgusting. That guy cares about the one offs he screws. He's not looking for repeat customers, obviously.
